Just check the video. Think that it’s over 200-300e room/night. Yet, the guys are nice.
Yet it’s Paris. So this is what you get. Just get an Airbnb …

Das Hotel liegt in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße ganz in der Nähe des Eiffelturms - deshalb hatten wir es auch ausgesucht.

Das Zimmer mit Bad war zwar ziemlich klein, aber viel Platz brauchen wir auch nicht (wir sind nur mit Handgepäck gereist).

Der Empfang war sehr freundlich und wir konnten sogar deutlich früher in unser Zimmer (ohne Aufpreis).

Wir sind zwei Nächte geblieben (Fr-So), am Sonntag haben wir das Frühstück dazu gewählt.

Es hätte eine wirklich schöne Erfahrung sein können, wenn nicht die Nachbarn direkt gegenüber auf der anderen Straßenseite ebenfalls im 4. Stock gewesen wären - anscheinend ein junger Mann, der beide Nächte ordentlich gefeiert hat, bei offenen Fenstern, Freitags bis nach Mitternacht und Samstags (nach dem Champions-League Siegt von Saint Germain) noch deutlich länger, obgleich nicht weit entfernt am Eiffelturm genug gefeiert wurde.

Schlafen konnten wir jedenfalls nicht bzw. nicht gut. Auf unsere Nachfrage am Freitag (gegen 23:15 Uhr, da wurde schon über 1,5h lang gefeiert) meinte dieser nur wir sollten noch 30min warten dann würden er und seine Freunde eh in die Disko gehen, diese öffnen wohl ab Mitternacht erst.
Es war nicht leise. Auf unsere Bitte hin (rüber geschrien, ging ja nicht anders) haben sie kurz vor 12 Uhr die Fenster zu gemacht. Zeitweilig jedenfalls.
Die Zimmer sind nicht wirklich schallisoliert. Von außen hört man fast alles, vom Flur auch.

Dem Manager hatten wir das auch mitgeteilt. Er meinte nur, er kenne den jungen Mann, dessen Mutter auch, normalerweise würde er sich benehmen, er gehe nicht davon aus, dass er in der nächsten Nacht noch laut wäre. War er aber.
Und wir haben wieder kaum geschlafen.

So nett es hier vielleicht auch war, in ein Zimmer zur Straße hin würden wir nie wieder einchecken wollen!

Deshalb auch nur 2 Sterne (das Zimmer war ziemlich teuer, aber in einem Hostel hätten wir vermutlich kaum schlechter geschlafen).

I had a great experience here, from an exceptionally warm, friendly and accommodating check-in through breakfast and our check-out. The room was pretty, comfortable and supplied with everything you'd need. I must offer a specific shout-out to a gorgeous high-pressure, hot shower that I didn't want to leave. The only thing I would flag is that the building and room has a pokiness to it which is charmingly "old city" for most but might make it unsuitable to those with mobility issues. The location is great for metro links and its proximity to the Eiffel Tower makes for a handy landmark to eyeball your way home. I will definitely look for availability here first any time I go back to Paris.

Hôtel en travaux mais prix exorbitant. Chambre rez-de-chaussée avec vue sur les pots de peinture etc. Soi disant suite parentale donc clic clac pour 1 lit de 2 puis grand lit pour 2 et s d bains wc extrêmement petite. Dommage car personnel sympa et à l'ecoute. Un petit geste commercial serait apprécié.

El hotel cumple con lo minimo requerido, buena ubicación, facil acceso. Solo mejorar el tema de aseo de los vasos ya que no los lavaron o si lo hicieron, no se hizo bien.

Small rooms, too hot at night to sleep. Building works from very early in the morning. Too much noise in the street and inside the hotel. Breakfast room smaller than a normal bathroom. Food very very basic. Never again

This hotel was not in a good condition and unsafe. Elevators were extremely small(it’s either you or your luggage), the staircase is a safety hazard, if you look down from the stairways you can see so much storage of equipment and miscellaneous items. The room was beyond small, when you open the door you hit the bed. The receptionist was nice but the facility was not worth the money. We checked out immediately and found another hotel.
The only benefit was it was close to the Eiffel Tower.

The hotel is hard to find when getting a taxi as it doesn't take you to the right location. Use Google maps instead. The rooms were clean and the bathroom was modern. Could do with some hooks in the bathroom. You can hear when people plug in something to the wall and was a bit noisy. Breakfast was nice. Not a huge selection but was good. Perfect for a business trip

Let me start by saying great hotel staff, very accommodating, we missed our connection flight which made us missing our check in which was on thursday at 3pm, fearful they would cancell the whole rental, I was able to contact them and explain to them we were coming
but would be a day late due to missed connection flight, they held our room for us. And was able to check in when we got in on the Friday morning. Hotel was in a great location distance (short walk) to eiffle tower. This hotel is an older hotel which was under construction during our stay (to add modern day upgrades) which didn't inconvenience us since we were out of the room most of the day. Coming from the USA-Louisiana, the rooms were very small (which is normal there), but again only use to clean up and sleep. Would definitely recommend this hotel due to eiffle tower distance and friendliness of staff.

We were not informed that the hotel was being renovated. The hotel should always inform guests about this beforehand. It was dusty and messy. Our room was supposedly already renovated, but it still smelled strongly of paint and there was still stains and holes on the floor. The bathroom has a hole on the wall due to a missing exhaust fan. ||The rooms are so tiny, a slightly bigger than average person cannot fit in the bathroom. This hotel is not for people with difficulty using stairs. Despite having an elevator, one still needs to climb a narrow flight of stairs with your luggage to get to the room. ||The only positive thing is the location which is near the Metro and the Eiffel Tower.

Emplacement idéal pour se balader. Chambre petite mais propre. Seul bémol actuellement, il y a de gros travaux jusque tard le soir et ça n’est mentionné nulle part lors de la réservation. Pas très cool ! Le petit dej gratuit ne suffit pas à faire oublier le boucan.

We had an excellent stay! Major thanks to Fania at the front desk and the man working breakfast. Fania answered all of our questions! Location is excellent. Short walk to Eiffel tower, the Siene and many restaurants. Rooms and bathroom and elevator are small - but that seems typical for the area. I also loved that we could specifically book a room with 2 Twins.

This is the third time in 17 years we have stayed here, and it has been renovated recently. We love the Rue Cler area. Wide, tree-lined streets. We love being able to walk over to the Eiffel Tower four blocks away every night at 10 pm to watch the twinkle lights. Lots of good restaurants nearby. We love the staff who are friendly and helpful. Of course our room was small (it's in Paris), but had 7 or 8 outlets, including one in the bathroom, that another hotel where we stayed in in a more fancy neighborhood did not have (only 2 available, and none in the bathroom)--this is crucial these days. The beds and pillows were very comfortably soft, but not sagging--just perfect for me! It was reasonably priced for what you get. The renovation wasn't totally finished--some towel racks weren't up yet, so they gave free breakfast--fantastic, and we got fresh towels every day anyway (because it was hard for them to dry without hanging). Not sure how much they cleaned the floors was my only complaint, as it was dusty, and the bottom of my feet and pants showed it. But we also stayed in a more upscale part of town, and the decor there was prettier, but we really liked this hotel as well or better, and it was less expensive and the important things were better, including the neighborhood. Being able to plug in your phone by your bed is huge. Every hotel should have more than two outlets, in addition to the lights.

This was such a pleasant experience! Hotel is super close to Eiffel Tower, I got a chance to have the room with the view of the most famous and beautiful tower in the world. All I wanted and needed during my stay was provided by this place.
Special appreciation to reception staff. They are really nice and friendly.

Chambre qui sent très fort la peinture fraîche. Pas informé des rénovations. ||Salissure de peinture dans la chambre et fenêtres. Manque produits de douche. ||

Outre le personnel charmant et le petit déjeuner très satisfaisant, cet hôtel est très très bruyant, les portes qui claquent, les voix très fortes à pas d'heure, dans la cage d'escalier, partout, dehors même. Les toilettes, la douche...c'est infernal...Ne comptez pas bien dormir dans cet hôtel...

????travaux dépôts gravats matériaux chantier et containers poubelles devant fenêtres chambre sur cour bruits ???? séjour prévu 5 nuits ecourte a 1 nuit départ le lendemain de l arrivée !||Chambre trop petite et pas de support dans la salle de bain pour le papier WC ,et pour les serviettes, pour les valises, pas d’armoire ,ni de téléphone pour appeler la réception en cas de besoins ou d’urgences ,pas de table.beaucoup de bruit lier aux travaux ???? encombrants devant la fenêtre.Je ne le recommanderai à personne .????????????||????????????????????||

Perfect spot for a walk to the tour d‘eiffel||And to be close to the city centre and lively roads with restaurants and bars. The breakfast was well made too and I like the atmosphere and interior of the hotel. Staff was welcoming and nice! The hotel was under construction unfortunately but I bet it will be perfect when it’s finished! ||||I will recommend it to my friends!

Très bon petit hôtel, bien placé et avec la vue sur la tour Eiffel c'est clairement un plus.
Par contre, mal insonorisé. Donc si les gens hurlent dans la cage d'escaliers, c'est moins sympa. Mais ça reste un détail.

A former Nuns abode now a very quint 3 ☆☆☆hotel , very friendly and helpful, small rooms and shower/bathroom , some rooms have shared facilities. But very central. I loved it
