This hotel was wonderful! Beds were so comfy! The view of the Eiffel Tower was amazing!! The breakfast was so yummy! The staff and front desk was so accommodating and so very friendly!! A cab driver found my wallet in his cab and drove it back to the hotel and they made sure I got it and it was a blessing! I would go back to this hotel again and again!! Lives the location it was near awesome restaurants and the metro. Thank you for making our stay a great memory

Amazing hotel the view from balcony is magical, the rooms are spotless, shout out to the cleaning team as they go above and beyond

A boutique hotel that renown’s itself as a 4 star needs to do more justice. If you’re travelling with family AVOID this hotel at all cost. Travelled with a family of 5 and booked 2 connecting rooms that were size of a 5 star hotel toilet. Literally that is how small it was and you can’t even open a check in luggage by “finding” the perfect spot.

Worst part was, we were compelled to book additional room because there is a cap of 2 person max in a room and their insurance doesn’t cover. We had a 3 year old with us as the youngest and they could not accommodate my child in one of the room because of the occupancy cap.

Paid for an empty room for a night, and ended our Paris nightmare when we finally left from there and moved to a much better hotel.

Concierge staff will work double the effort if you tip them, or else, you will have to speak to the “manager” of the hotel only via email as he/she doesn’t attend to guest in person or call.

The hotel also feels more like retirement home if you are just finding your inner self. So no fuzz couples and solo travellers would enjoy this.

Travellers with kids, stay away pls.

You will have a better chance to see the Mona Lisa at the Louvre than to see the so called “Hotel Manager” who hides behind his staff to deliver messages to guests.

My husband and I stayed here for a week in January 2023. It’s a nice hotel and the location is everything. We were able to see the Effiel tower from our room. I love Paris.

Just returned from a 6 night stay in Paris at Hotel La Comtesse. We stayed in 2 communicating rooms (family of 4 traveling with children). I cannot say enough good things about this hotel and staff. Paul especially went out of his way to ensure we were taken care of, even when both my children and husband came down with a stomach virus. His attention to detail and genuine interest and concern in/for the wellbeing of our children was unparalleled. He went out of his way to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed for the kids. His friendly and helpful demeanor helped put us at ease despite us having to spend half our trip in our room with sick kids.

Now for the hotel:
Clean, comfortable, well-appointed, with a great location close to the metro, restaurants, corner store, laundry, currency exchange, etc. And the view was spectacular! I would definitely stay here on our next trip to Paris and recommend it to anyone traveling to the city of lights!

This hotel was a wonderful place to stay. We could look out the side of our window and see the Eiffel Tower! The room was always clean and stocked. The front desk staff was very helpful, especially Paul. A quick walk to cafes, pharmacy, groceries, metro, bus and taxis were around outside. The front desk will order a taxi a day ahead if you have somewhere to be at a specific time. I never heard any noise from another guest. It felt very safe and the area was very clean.

4성급이지만 방은 생각보다 작았어요. 하지만 화장실과 객실이 쾌적해서 좋았고, 6층 발코니룸에서 본 에펠탑는 환상적이었어요.
아침에 계셨던 직원분이 간단한 한국어 인사말도 해주시고, 또 매우 친절해서 기분이 좋았어요. 파리에서의 마지막 숙소였는데 기분 좋게 지내다가 떠납니다 :)

Chambre double un peu petite mais bien agencée .

Muy buen Hotel! Ubicación de las mejores, Perosnl y atención excelente, el desayuno muy bueno. Lo unico que nos complico un poco es el espacio de la habitación. Con dos maletas no teniamos espacio para transitar, tocaba mantenerlas pero definitivamente regresariamos.

どのお部屋からもエッフェル塔が見えるこちらのホテル。公式サイトの新価格発売前から予約をお願いしました。
パリらしいこぢんまりとしたプチホテルはどこも丁寧にお手入れされていて快適な滞在でした。
バルコニー付きのお部屋をオプションでリクエストしました。
小さなバルコニーから見えるエッフェル塔は初めてのパリの最高の思い出となりました。
アメニティが少なくバスローブがない等…。これはパリでは普通なのかもしれませんがちょっと残念でした。
予約時から滞在まで対応して下さった方々は皆親切で迅速な手配をして下さいました。
エッフェルが見えるホテルをいくつも調べてみましたが、お部屋が限られてしまったりそれだけで室料が上がってしまったりですが、こちらのホテルは全室エッフェルビュー！
宿泊費が高いパリでこのお値段でこのビューならそれだけで納得できると思います。
何よりもお部屋からエッフェルを見たい！方に強くオススメします。
お目にかかる事はできませんでしたが、予約時から何度もご相談にのって下さったエミリーさん！本当にありがとうございました。

I stayed here for pleasure for two nights with a friend from 09/02-11/02 on the 6th floor (highest) and my honest opinion is that it is the Eiffel Tower with a hotel attached (it has good views of the Eiffel Tower at the highest prices). It is adequate but if you’re looking for a luxury then you will be disappointed. I paid 400 pounds a night and the room in my opinion was not worth more than 250 to 300 at a push. The room itself was small with a tiny shower room of about 1-2 sq metres that was more like a student hostel (in size) although well presented with some basic accessories. The extractor fan in the tiny bathroom was not working properly and I was told I could use the hotel toilet downstairs. I was also advised that my room was an upgrade to the considerable rate I had paid. What I would actually have received for £400 per night would have been even worse. Also upon leaving in the am the hotel receptionist was not there and we were late for our flight so I left the key. The receptionist came running out to chase us in case I had not paid for extras even though she was not at her post, the hotel was pre-paid and they had my credit card making us almost late for our plane. They embarrassed themselves. I wish them well but was not impressed. I did not get value for money and would not stay there again as there are in my honest opinion much better luxury hotels in Paris for that price.
