The hotel is in a very good location and the staff was very friendly. However, the hotel is not a 4 star in my opinion. They do not have a refrigerator in the room and as we have a small child, we need a fridge to store breast milk. This was handled by having to bring this to the front counter to use their refrigerator. I do not think that is a realistic solution and was a major hassle. This hotel came up as family friendly but this is a major issue.

Η Ρεσεψιόν πάνω απ όλα θα έπρεπε να είναι πρώτη σε Ευγένεια ,χαμόγελα εξυπηρέτηση σωστή! ???? Αλλά όλα καλά σας το προτείνω! ξέχασα να πω πως έχει από πρωινό και γυμναστήριο και σπα τα τελευταία δωμάτια έχουν και ταράτσα !

Hotel is in quiet location of Paris (7. arrondissement), 3 stops of the metro in closed distance… perfect breakfast, so french, but all guests convenient… professional staff with perfect language skills… and our wonderful room with breathtaking views over the parisian roofs!!!

This hotel is tucked away on a quiet street near an embassy in what proves to be a very upscale residential neighborhood. It was walkable to the Eiffel Tower (20 mins) and had some great restaurants nearby. The staff is friendly, and they even opened up the breakfast area for us since we were on an early train out of town that day. The gym is private use booking which is very nice, and the treadmill had a wooden ramp which I thought was cool. Staff was always there to greet you when you exited and entered, and there is a small outdoor patio where you can sit outside and eat breakfast or just enjoy the sounds of nature. Would 100% stay here again!

Vi bodde på Villa Saxe Hotel nära Eiffeltornet i en Junior Suite och det var ett fantastiskt rum med balkong åt båda hållen. Man såg Eiffeltornet åt ett håll. Rummet var längst upp fantastiskt.
Frukosten var jättebra och i vårt paket ingick de i priset. Sen inte att förglömma, personalen var fantastisk och så hjälpsam och pratade jättebra engelska då jag inte pratar så mycket franska.

Everything was very good, it’s our fourth stay at the Villa Saxe hotel, stuff is really friendly and location is good too, service great, breakfast very good also.

Hotel cochet, în apropierea Turnului Eiffel, intr-o zona linistita și civilizata. Camerele sunt spațioase și curate, baia este încăpătoare, lenjeria și prosoapele sunt impecabile.
Personalul este amabil, atmosfera este placuta. Poți servi o cafea în lobby la orice ora și poti lăsa bagajele înainte de check-in sau după check-out
O experienta placuta, în următorul sejur la Paris vom alege același hotel

Nice staff. Clean, modern look and very well equipped hotel. Fitnessroom is small but at least they have one. The prices are somewhat steap, which is normal i guess in this part of Paris. Almost quality of the tier-1, 5 stars hotels for a reasonable price (when discounted).

Et super dejligt hyggeligt hotel. Servicen var god, roomservic virkede udmærket, det gode var at man skannede en QR kode, og så var mange steder, man kunne bestille mad fra. Hotel personalet var altid flinke og bragte maden op til værelse, uanset hvornår på døgnet det var.
Eneste minus med hotellet, var at der ikke var noget køleskab/minibar på værelset, så man kunne have kolde drikkevarer liggende.

Nice hotel, nice location not too far from the metro. The rooms aren't big but they're nice and clean. Don't bother with the breakfast, may as well go out to a local café and do it properly.

Stayed at the Saxe Eiffel for a weekend break. It seems newly renovated, the public areas are fancy, especially liked the little courtyard area which was like a little oasis in the city.
The room was comfortable, however the pillows were for some reason very hot!
The location is OK, 10 min walk to metros and restaurants, walkable to Eiffel tower within 30 mins.
Let down a bit by the breakfast offer (no breakfast tea, weird eggs) then again there are plenty of cafe options nearby

Nicely appointed, very friendly staff. very quiet. Safe. Don't expect to get early check in. Its in a beautifully secluded spot. 15 min walk to Eifel tower. about $12 Uber ride to the sites of Paris.||Spectacular farmers market two days a week. Staff work very hard to accommodate guests. ||We would stay here again.

The receptionist is so rude, couldn't change the room for 2 days, when we booked with 2 separated beds, but he can't change it.
Saying it was my fault, that I had to search for him, (when there was no one at the reception to ask)

파리에서 가장 좋은 기억은 이 호텔 직원 Mouad 덕분인것 같습니다. 파리 택시 기사가 불법적으로 미터기도 숨기고 오직 현금만을 요구하는 상황에서 우리는 호텔앞에 도착해 난감해 하고있었는데 Mouad 라는 호텔 데스크 직원이 달려나와
이 모든 상황을 정리해주었답니다. 고객의 문제를 자신의 문제처럼 공감하고 함께 해결하려는 모습에 정말로 감동받았습니다. 불어를 하지 못하는 여행객 입장에서 너무마 고마운 기억이었습니다. 호텔 시설은 조용하고 깨끗했어요. 무엇보다도 로비데스크 안내직원이 정말 친절해 추천하고싶어요. 앞 골목 나오면 에펠탑이 바로 보여요

Estive no hotel por 4 noites em Abril, durante uma viagem de 20 dias pela Europa. Tivemos o melhor atendimento no checkin, super bem educado, gentil e cortez. O quarto era limpo e muito confortável. Café da manhã era bom... a localização do hotel é excelente, assim como a maquina de café e chá disponivel 24hrs... recomendo muito esse hotel.

The location, cleanliness, and room condition were all good, and I was able to enjoy the trip comfortably during my stay. It was such a good hotel that I wanted to stay again if I went on my next trip to Paris.

This hotel is located in a convenient area that's not very busy. You can see the Eiffel tower from the sidewalk out front. There is a little store a half a block away for any needs. The hotel breakfast spread is absolutely amazing and delicious.

Je trouve cet hôtel vraiment magnifique avec un roof top qui propose une vue incroyable sur la Tour Eiffel.
Enfin un hôtel de luxe dans un quartier de Paris qui le méritait.

Had the pleasure of staying here for 2 nights and can honestly say what a beautiful hotel!
Very clean and very accommodating we have the junior suite on the 6th floor with a view of the Eiffel Tower lighting up at night, rooms are very spacious the beds are SUPERRR COMFY!! the breakfast were a very reasonable selection! Staff on arrival and departure were very helpful and kind! Will definitely be staying here again upon my return to Paris as it’s a great location!

J'étais venue à Paris avec mon compagnon et on est restés à l'hôtel Villa Saxe Eiffel durant 3 nuitées, situé dans un quartier charmant, où l'on trouvait des très bons restaurants aussi.
