If I could give this place one star, I would. While waiting to see the Eiffel Tower lights, my friends and I stopped here for dessert. We waited…and waited…and waited—without receiving any service. A family who arrived after us was promptly helped, and we watched as their order was taken while we continued to be ignored.

I hate to even suggest this, but it felt like we were overlooked because of our skin color. When we finally decided to leave, the waitress who was supposed to be serving us confronted us in a way that was unnecessarily aggressive and confrontational.

Truly disappointing.

¡Qué lugar! Ubicado al lado del Sena y a escasos metros de la Torre Eiffel, este restaurante es increíble. Nos pedimos una tabla mixta con quesos y embutidos riquísima. Además, cualquier tipo de pasta/hamburguesa está excelente. Si te gusta el queso azul, recomendaría la hamburguesa Torre Eiffel, que está espectacular.

Walk in lunch on a day around The Eiffel Tower. 5 mins walk from the main site - just off the main road.

We had a cracking lunch, couple of drinks - very relaxed and well priced.

Food was good, catered for light lunch (sandwiches and salads) and a decent choice of mains (burgers to pastas and meats / fish).

Staff were outstanding, helpful and patient - I would recommend and go again.

Do jedzenia sałatka cezar, burgery i niewiele więcej. Do picia - półlitrowa colka za 8,60 euro. Wszystko jasne, gdy się zrozumie, co to za lokalizacja i że ekipa szykuje się do golenia owiec wracających z wieży Eiffla. Kelner bez ostrzeżenia próbował przesunąć nasz stolik wraz z nami, by ktoś inny mógł wyjść. Dwa wspomnienia: zaspokojone pragnienie i zgruzowany portfel.

Boa localização, comida ok, mas atenção com o atendimento
O restaurante Brasserie de la Tour Eiffel fica muito bem localizado, a poucos passos da Torre Eiffel — ideal para quem quer fazer um passeio e depois almoçar ou jantar nas redondezas.

A comida é boa e o ambiente é agradável, mas é importante ter cuidado na forma de interagir com os funcionários. O atendimento funciona de maneira muito rígida: qualquer ação fora do padrão deles — como tirar uma cadeira do lugar ou sugerir algo fora da rotina — pode ser interpretada como desrespeito.

Infelizmente, não há muita flexibilidade para lidar com diferentes culturas, o que pode causar constrangimento para quem está acostumado com uma recepção mais acolhedora.

No nosso caso, como já tínhamos experiência em outros restaurantes franceses, conseguimos ter um atendimento educado e tranquilo. Mas fica a dica: siga o protocolo deles, pergunte antes de mexer em algo e seja paciente. Isso pode fazer toda a diferença na sua experiência.

We were really hungry and this place was conveniently located right next to Eiffel Tower. It was about to close but the waiter let us in. We ordered fairly quickly and the food arrived as such. The food was decent. It wasn’t exceptional but ok. The service to us was ok but we noticed the staff being rude to some other diners. While I understand it was past their working hours, they chose to let those people in. But constantly harassing or asking customers to quickly finish their meals isn’t nice. Hence, the 3 star rating!

Very rude. We wanted to grab dessert and they moved us twice because we didn’t want to get full a full meal. We ended up leaving since they just kept moving us and acting rude when we said we only wanted dessert. Meanwhile the restaurant was mostly empty, it wasn’t like we were taking up space from anyone what wanted a full meal.

MASSIVE TOURIST TRAP!

Went here with some buddies, we were super hungry and did not look too much into the reviews before hand but definitely should have. service was below average. After eating we tried getting the attention of the servers multiple times and they didn’t attend to us.

Food was a disgrace, the pesto pasta with chicken was horrible, bland pesto sauce that tasted out of a jar, pasta was overcooked, and the chicken was literally frozen chicken tenders that were extremely dry and felt like they were microwaved and put under a heat lamp for 3 hours, and it was 27 euro. The steak frites was ok. Steak was bland, fries were ok, and the small side salad it came with was nothing special. I don’t think the chef has any pride in his profession

They also charged us 9 euro for tap water which was the biggest scam of the entire experience.

Paris - Um ótimo restaurante localizado praticamente ao lado da Torre Eiffel, possui um ambiente externo e outro mais reservado que e’ a parte interna , o ambiente é agradável e a comida também é boa , para quem gosta de carnes , eles servem uma especial assada , acompanhada de batatas fritas e uma pequena porção de salada que é uma delícia. Também servem sanduíches como o Hambúrguer com fritas . Um local gostoso com uma boa qualidade e um bom atendimento.

Salmon and steak were almost cold (premade). Both the old lady (who gave us the table) and the gentleman (server) were rude and not happy. I didn’t expect much because of the location but my 19 month old baby dragged me in after a bus tour. That was the worse experience I had in Paris. I usually give a big tip because of the baby so in this case, both of them deserved absolutely nothing. If you can avoid it, you would.

Al llegar, nos preguntaron específicamente si queríamos cenar y se indicó que solo íbamos a romas algo. Si camarero aceptó, pero tras traer la carta, nos invitó a abandonar la mesa con malos modales ya que no nos iba a servir la bebida si no se ordenaba la comanda para la cena.

Le meilleur service à Paris. Incroyable! Notre serveur, Éric, est professionnel, efficace et souriant. Les croissants sont délicieux, l’omelette au jambon parfaite, le jus d’orange fraîchement pressé, nous nous sommes vraiment régalées. Situé juste à côté de la Tour Eiffel, c’est facile d’accès.

Belle brasserie bien située non loin de la Tour Eiffel, cuisine très bonne et service assez rapide néanmoins, une accueil plus qu’inacceptable 2 serveurs sur 3 blasés de la vie et pas sympa du tout.
Toilettes prévues pour un Paris de 1970 ( 3 pelés deux tondus).
A un euro du piège à touriste…

Service agréable et rapide mais la cuisine est quelconque : pain du burger trop sec, burger très peu garni. Pas de menu enfant : l'addition s'est donc révélée très salée pour des plats simples pour 4 personnes dont 2 jeunes enfants. Les toilettes sont assez sales.

We stopped here for lunch when we hopped off a Big Bus tour to check out the Eiffel Tower. The place was packed so we thought it would be amazing. Not always the case, I think it's the location that gets so much foot traffic. They have a really cute outdoor seating area but we were jammed in a tiny walkway up against a wall with barely enough room for the server to go past us to reach other patrons.

My husband ordered the Dos de saumon vapeur, aka steam salmon. Unfortunately, it was flavorless. The sauce was okay but overall the meal was disappointing. I ordered the Chicken Caesar salad and again, not much flavor. The portions were large so it was filling, but not at all what we hoped it would be. We felt very rushed (not that we take a long time to eat, anyway) and made a particular note not to return to this restaurant.
