Front desk staff was helpful and knowledgeable. I did not find anyone who did not speak English or who could not provide directions or recommend food options etc.
Splendid service from the young lady who checked us in and whose name we cannot pronounce. She held our bags on the first day so we could enjoy Paris without worries. She greeted us like family and put us at ease. She has a bright future.

They have the worst sales department and their manager, Flavio, is clueless. I was in contact with them for over a month and the booking process is amateur. Astrid is the sales manager I originally spoke with. Her communication is poor. She took over a week to respond back to me. When she did reply she spent several emails asking questions that were already explained. Then Pablo was always on the email thread & never replied. Due to Astrid’s attention to detail and poor communication I asked for management, Flavio.
When I spoke with him he apologized and assured me everything would be ok moving forward. He promised me rooms and share it’s availability. But he told me he couldn’t book the rooms for me so someone else would be in contact with me the next day. I was clear I wanted to book the rooms and had been trying for a month. The next person reached out to me days later ;only to tell me those rooms were no longer available and we’d have to spread our group over 3 different hotels. In between this time there’s been so many different rates quoted and the rates online are very different. Not to mention, there’s no way to order hot breakfast here. When I asked they mentioned they do not serve omelets. There’s so many other details I can list that were disturbing but in short, this hotel should Not Be branded as a 4 star hotel when the service isn’t equivalent to that.
タクシーでホテルまで行き到着。お部屋に入ると暖房がつけられていなかたのでとにかく寒くとりあえず暖房のスイッチを入れましたが暖かい風がでてこず寒いままで耐えられなくなりました。その時は夜19時頃で外気温が1度。とりあえずフロントの女性に伝えるとチェックインの時のいらした女性ですぐにお部屋の暖房をみてくださいました。しかし暖かい風はでてこず寒いままだったので私がヒーターを貸してくれるようお願いすると心良く探して持ってきてくださいました。翌々日１３日に終了の方がいらして暖房をなおしてもらいましたが2日間ヒーターがなかったら確実に風邪をひいて寝込んでいたと思います。13日は私の誕生日で寒ければ最悪な誕生日を迎えていたでしょう。ヒーターのお陰で本当に助かりました。
建物自体は古いと思いますがお部屋の中はリニューアルされていて機能的です。
お部屋は可愛いインテリアでバスルームも新しくなっていて綺麗でバスタブもありお湯の出もパリのホテルの中でもいいほうでした。
ソファーやテーブルもあり過ごしやすかったです。ドライヤーも使いづらい備え付けでなくハンディドライヤーで良かったです。コーヒーメーカーやポットもきちんと新しいのがありました。ベランダは広いのですがなぜか白いチョークのような物がたくさん落ちていて不思議だったのですが翌日朝早くから鳩が建物の上の物を落とす事が分かりました。石が数回おちてきてびっくりしましたが鳩が嫌いではないのであまり気にしないようにしていましたがベランダに鳩が来るので苦手な方はテラス付きのお部屋は避けたほうが宜しいですね。
お部屋や冷蔵庫の補充品がきちんと補充されている日とない日があり面倒な時はフロントに伝えなかったですが伝えると迅速にご対応頂けましたがら補充品はきちんと毎日補充して頂きたいです。
カーペットの誇りがたまるとアレルギーを起こすので掃除機をかけて欲しいとのリクエストにもご対応頂きありがとうございました。
ホテルの共用スペースもいつも綺麗にされていて気持ち良かったです。
チェックインの日とラストの日にレターが置いてありプチホテルらしい暖かい気持ちが伝わりました。
１点嫌な事がありホテルにコメントを入れるとすぐにフロントの方からのご返答があったので良いホテルにしようと努力されている気持ちがよく伝わりました。
詳しく事の状況を教えてもらい改善したいとの事でしたが人生経験から余程の事がない限り人は変わらないと思っておりますので本人のホテルマンとしての心得次第かと思います。
チェックインの時のレセプションの女性がいらしたおかげでホテルの印象が非常に良かったのでまた泊まりに行きたいと思います。
右岸のように観光客が多く賑やかなエリアとはまた違うパリを発見できる素敵なエリアにあるホテルです。大型ホテルよりずっと温かみを感じられるのでお勧めしたいホテルです。

Great location to visit the main attractions of Paris with a great room to return to each day. We stayed in one of their rooms with an outside terrace (a rare thing in any city centre for sure) which was very modern decoration and lovely and clean, the bathroom especially was superb including a bath and powerful shower above which were both welcomed. The outside space despite it being January was also a god send, really beneficial if anyone in your party is a smoker. And at a very reasonable price too!
20 mins walk to the Eiffel tower, 30 mins to Place De La Concorde and the bottom of the Champs-Elysees, 40 mins to the Arc De Triomphe or to the Louvre... But if you fancy a more relaxed journey there's a taxi rank right outside the hotel and the prices are very reasonable and comparable to Uber we found.
The final praise for Hotel Le Tourville has to go to their staff, all front desk staff were friendly and welcoming, answering any questions and fulfilling any request we had, and the cleaning team really keep the rooms, and hotel in general exceptionally clean.

Honestly I was quite worried because hotels tend to look better online than they do in person. This hotel was just as it looks in images. I was pleasantly surprised from start to end. Everyone was kind like SUPREMELY kind. There were no issues with the language barrier (English/French). Everyone either knew English or tried very hard to communicate in super effective ways. When I did encounter an issue (with the tv) I was helped promptly and directly by the person at the front desk. I didn’t try the food but I mean…I don’t usually do that at hotels.
The space was perfect for one person. I think I got their smallest room. If there were two of us…I think it would have been a little tight but so long as we didn’t have much baggage it would be ok. I would suggest getting a larger room if you’re staying longer or have more people with you. But as a solo traveler staying for a short time the room was perfect. They have larger rooms available for sure. I really REALLY appreciated the notes left when I arrived and when I left. It felt so wonderful and welcoming and personal.
I will be staying there again without question.
Suggestion: Inclusion of USB ports in plugs. Also cleaners arrive late PM, would prefer if they arrived AM.
Your hotel is marvellous, the team is fantastic and our room with large terrace was a dream.
You all made our first stay in Paris to a memory we can hold on ( till our next visit :) )
All the extra efforts gave us a warm welcome. We will be back.
