Otel personeli çok ilgili, iyi seviyede İngilizce biliyorlar ve çok ilgililer. Konumu çok iyi; hemen her yere yürüyerek ve metro ile erişmeniz mümkün.

Kahvaltı kuruvasan, ekmek, çilek reçeli, yağ ve kahve/çay/sıcak çikolata.. Bizim için alışıldık olmasa da ürünlerde kalitee üst düzey.

Olumsuz yanı asansör yok (4. kattaydım????) ve duşta su basıncı düşük.. Ama oda çok temiz; hijyen konusunda en ufak soru işareti yaşamadım. Şampuanınızı yanınızda getirin ????

Herkese tavsiye ederim, çok keyifli 3 gece geçirdim.

Situato nel 5° arrondissement ( quartiere latino), l'hotel è in una strada pedonale molto tranquilla. L'accesso alle stanze è purtroppo un punto molto negativo perchè trattasi di una vecchia struttura alta 6 piani senza ascensore. A noi PURTROPPO è capitata la stanza al 5° piano. Stanza che definire tale è però eccessivo. Praticamente in 12 mq hanno ricavato spazio per 2 letti singoli e uno matrimoniale, con conseguente spazio limitatissimo per muoversi o depositare i bagagli. Sicuramente non ideale per 4 persone (neanche per 3). La stanza era tuttavia dotata di un bell'affaccio con una balconata di cui però uno dei 2 infissi non si poteva aprire, perchè ci avevano piazzato un lettino davanti. Di notte, a causa delle tubature che salgono internamente alle stanze, c'era un poco gradevole olezzo di fogna. Il bagno era piccolo ma fornito con una buona doccia anche se molto stretta. Letti molto comodi però con lenzuola sporche ( presenti "caccole" ormai incrostate su cui la lavanderia aveva fatto i suoi cicli di lavaggio).  La host non parla italiano e non risultava troppo "simpatica". Tra le altre cose negative, l'intero ballatoio ( e credo anche le scale) saranno probabilmente costruite in legno , perchè vicino alla porta di entrata, sembrava stare su di una nave. Probabilmente d'estate vi si cuoce dentro , perchè è assente il climatizzatore. Presenti in zona diversi parcheggi a pagamento.

I love Hotel Marignam! ||We stayed there about 3 times.|The hotel crew are very nice, in special Roland, the manager.|The hotel is very clean, providing a real French breakfast with croissant and baguette.|It is close to Notre Dome, Luxembourger Garden e etc.|I strong recommend this hotel!

Staff gentilissimo. Camere accoglienti e pulite. Zona strategica. Rappirto qualità/prezzo eccellente. Colazione ottima.Praticamente perfetto. Ci ero stata a dicembre 2021 ci sono stata a marzo 2025 e ci tornerò tutte le volte che tornerò a Parigi .

Hôtel très bien situé. Nous avons été bien accueilli et nous reviendrons très certainement lors de notre prochain séjour à Paris. Le petit-déjeuner est simple, mais suffisant.
Les chambres sont récentes et nous avons trouvé que la literie était de bonne qualité.
L'emplacement de l'hôtel permet de beaucoup visiter à pied, tout en étant proche du métro ou du bus en cas de besoin.

Après une erreur de ma part, nous nous sommes retrouvé sans hôtel le jour de notre arrivée. Le patron nous a trouvé une chambre dans son hôtel en bougeant son planning. C'était très sympathique de sa part. Hôtelier et guide touristique il nous informe sur les différents lieux à voir sur Paris et la distance. Chambre familiale avec douche sur le palier. Ce n'était pas dérangeant. Chambre très spacieuse.

Hola, he enviado correo para confirmar una reserva reciente hecha para saber si la habitacion reservada tiene el baño con ducha adentro de la misma o por fuera. A su vez la hora de ingreso seria a partir de 18 pm y queria saber si estaba ok el ingreso a esa hora.

Hôtel très sympathique et très bien tenu. Emplacement parfait dans une ruelle piétonne très calme, à deux pas de Notre-Dame. Accueil et personnel charmant. Les chambres sont très jolies, refaites à neuf et très pratiques. Excellent petit-déjeuner. Je recommande vivement! Attention, il n'y a pas d'ascenseur.

Ich kann das Hotel empfehlen. Ist bissel alt und benötigt sicherlich eine Remodellierung und Modernisierung. Aber Service ist einwandfrei

Lage gut. Schlecht war kein Aufzug im hotel. Zimmer sehr klein für 3 Personen. Wir sind immer morgens raus bis abends unterwegs, da im Zimmer weder kaffeautomat oder wasserkocher gab. Wir hatten ein zimmer in der 5. Etage. Mussten unsere Koffer 5 stockwerke tragen.
Man kann sich im Hotel nicht erholen, da es ein altbau ist und die wände sehr dünn sind schallt alles im raum. Vorallem sind spät angekommen und am nächsten morgen gegen 9.00 uhr wurde in der etage gesaugt und gereinigt und das jeden morgens und abends. Das Gute war, das wir im zimmer Toilette und Dusche hatten, aber der Gestank nach kläranlage. Die Gäste die außerhalb Dusche und Toilette in der etage benutzten, denkst als ob im zimmer geduscht wird.

Sin duda uno de los hoteles calidad precio mejores de Paris, y muy centrico. Recomiendo hacer la reserva directamente al Hotel que incluye el desayuno. Todo a tiro de piedra

I hate to write this because we love Hôtel Marignan, and always stay there when in Paris - 4 times over the last 10 years - considering it an undiscovered gem that will some day be too popular and well known with no room for us, but it’s past time to share.||A warmly welcome alternative to corporate offerings, this small, affordable, family run hotel with great staff caters to an interesting mix of patrons, from French families to American students, while offering well vetted advice for restaurants, sites to see, how to get there, gratis kitchen and laundry access - and should you be inclined, help with your French vocabulary!||On a quiet street that we consider the perfect location in the Latin Quarter, one block from the recently renovated jewel box of the Musee de Cluny, one block from Place Maubert which has both ongoing weekly markets as well as the Patisserie where the luscious croissants and bread come from; and right between the Pantheon and Notre Dame Cathedral, with nearby Metro and RER access. ||And yes, one needs to be basically mobile as there is no elevator, but traveling lightly we prefer the 5th or 6th floors for their classic Parisian views from the balconies. Monsieur Keniger is always updating the rooms, making them both more efficient and decorative (see the clever coat hanger discs on the wall ) but never cluttered.|Writing about it makes me wish we were there right now!

If you can handle going up multiple flights of stairs, and you appreciate warm hospitality and great value, Hotel Marignan in the 5th arr. is a great option. Prices and amenities were just as described on their hotel website, including a basic (but very French) breakfast and a 2.6€ per person per night city tax. Our English-speaking hosts greeted us warmly, were happy to answer our many questions, and let us use their washer and dryer for free our last evening, a huge help for us. Our room with private bath was small like most European guest rooms but had everything we needed. The location one short block from Blvd. Saint-Germain is superb, quiet at night but no more than a 10-minute walk from the metro and all the energy of Paris. We will stay at Hotel Marignan every time we return to Paris.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel con i nostri tre figli. Abbiamo ricevuto una camera grande al piano terra con un bel bagno anch'esso grande. Letti e cuscini comodissimi e biancheria da letto e bagno pulita. Unica pecca che essendo al piano terra si sentivano le persone che parlavano sul vialetto pedonale, per il resto essendo una zona esclusa al traffico c'era silenzio. Hotel semplice ma funzionale. Di fronte alla nostra stanza c'era la sala colazione. La colazione era buona con un cornetto francese e una baguette, burro marmellata, succo, caffè, cioccolata e se si voleva il tè. Abbiamo potuto utilizzare anche la cucina con la lavastoviglie e cosa non da poco la lavatrice e l' asciugatrice. Personale gentile e disponibile, sapevano anche l' italiano, ci hanno anche prenotato il taxi per il ritorno in aeroporto. |L' hotel è posizionato molto bene e abbiamo visitato tanti monumenti a piedi. Se dovessi tornare a Parigi tornerei qui. ||Consigli: finestre insonorizzate o con triplo vetro per la stanza del piano terra. Un po' più di pulizia e cura della cucina.

- gute innerstädtische Lage, trotzdem sehr ruhige Zimmer
- saubere Zimmer, bei Belegung mit drei Personen etwas klein, aber völlig ausreichend
- sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal
- gutes französisches Frühstück
- gehbehinderte sollten ein Zimmer in den unteren Stockwerken auswählen, da kein Fahrstuhl vorhanden, dafür im 5. Stock Zimmer mit kleinem Balkon.

Kurzum, wir würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

My family (myself, my husband, brother-in-law and two children both under 5), had a very pleasant stay at the Hotel Marignan. We stayed for 7 nights in a Quintuple Room with private shower and toilet. The room was clean, warm and we had enough space even between the five of us. The beds were very comfortable, the bathroom was clean and modern, and daily housekeeping was excellent. ||The hotel staff and hotel itself were very welcoming for children. The hotel was in contact about our check-in time and kindly had the room ready early. In the event that it wasn't ready they had also offered to keep our bags behind the counter and also provided an option to store any unneeded bags there during our stay. We were situated on the first floor and whilst this was no problem for us, something to note if you have mobility issues and a lot of luggage is that the hotel has no lift and the staircase quite steep. ||The hotel is very well located and the hotel staff provided a map and tips about great places to eat or shop. We found that even with two little ones, the location was so fantastic that we walked everywhere. There is an excellent food and wares market just a few minutes from the hotel - as well as a grocery store, coffee stop and excellent boulangeries. ||Some other things that we appreciated were:|- You could use the hotel dining room area to sit or to eat. This was very much appreciated and useful after a long day when needing to eat takeaway with kids. |- You could use the hotel kitchen in the afternoon and evening and borrow their plates, cutlery, glassware etc. to use. |- You could use the hotel laundry and dryer (noting this closes at 8:30pm) which was a bit of a lifesaver travelling with little ones and needing to wash clothes. ||Overall I found it a very comfortable, welcoming and well-located hotel. I do not hesitate to recommend it to others, particularly families. We will definitely be back!

Abbiamo soggiornato all'Hotel Marignan la scorsa settimana, una famiglia composta da due adulti e un bambino di 4 anni. Siamo arrivati in hotel verso le 11:30 e, nonostante il check-in fosse previsto per le 13:00, ci hanno dato subito la camera! |Prima di prenotare avevo letto le recensioni, quindi ero consapevole dell'assenza di ascensore e delle scale strette. Per precauzione, ho scritto una mail all'hotel qualche giorno prima della partenza per chiedere se fosse possibile avere una stanza ai piani bassi e ci hanno cortesemente assegnato una camera al primo piano.||La struttura è ben tenuta e la colazione, tipicamente francese, è inclusa nel prezzo della camera. I croissant sono spettacolari e vengono da una boulangerie premiata situata nei dintorni. La pulizia è buona e, nel caso si notasse qualcosa che non va, basta segnalarlo allo staff che provvederà a sistemarlo tempestivamente.||Se decidete di prenotare qui, tenete presente che si tratta di un hotel semplice. Non aspettatevi i servizi di un 4 stelle, ma se cercate un luogo accogliente e ben posizionato, questa è una scelta consigliata.

Excellent accueil, emplacement au top ,literie de très bonne qualité, décoration simple et authentique ,bon petit déjeuner. Attention si vous êtes dans les étages, il n'y a pas d'ascenseur. Le rapport qualité/prix pour Paris est parfait.

Super Preis Leistungsverhältnis. Man fühlt sich wie zu Hause. Obwohl wir immer versucht haben Französisch zu sprechen, bekamen wir alle Informationen in Deutsch. Das Frühstück - Kontinental sehr lecker. Frische knusprige Croissants / Baguettes mit Erdbeermarmelade und Butter. Frischen Orangensaft( superlecker) und guten Café oder Tee mit warmer Milch. Es gibt einen Kühlschrank in der Nähe des Frühstücksraums, wo man als Gast seine persönlichen Lebensmittel aufbewahren kann. So kann man sich Käse , Wurst oder Nutella selbst vorher besorgen und zum Frühstück dazu nehmen. Außerdem kann man die Küche über den Tag nutzen und seine eigenen Gerichte kochen und im Gastraum verzehren. Es gibt keinen Aufzug. Eine schmale nostalgische Wendeltreppe führt bis in den 5. Stock. Wir hatten unser Zimmer in der 3. Etage, nach vorn raus. Schöne Aussicht und ruhig, weil der Teil der Strasse des Hotels für Autos gesperrt ist, was sehr angenehm war. Das Zimmer war ausreichend in der Größe und gemütlich eingerichtet und hat ein Bad mit Dusche mit heißem Wasser. Es fehlte jedoch ein Spiegel im Zimmer, so dass wir nur den Spiegel im Bad nutzen konnten. Die Betten waren sehr bequem mit guten Matratzen. Gute Beleuchtung war im Zimmer vorhanden. Vom Hotel aus ist alles super zu erreichen. Die nächste Metro ist in nur 4 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Sehr guter Ausgangspunkt für alle Sehenswürdigkeiten in Paris und auch nach Versailles gut angebunden. Die Mitarbeiter waren immer präsent (außer in der Nacht) für Fragen offen und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und werden wiederkommen wenn’s nochmal nach Paris geht. |Vielen Dank für das Flair von Paris mit der richtigen Portion Heimeligkeit!

Muy buena relación precio-calidad. La habitación es cómoda, todo está muy limpio y la ubicación es excelente. La única contra es que no tiene ascensor (yo estaba en el quinto piso), pero es algo que pasa en la mayoría de los edificios de París.

De passage pour une nuit en famille (avec 3 enfants) cet hôtel a répondu à nos attentes.

Burada ailemle geçen hafta konakladık, otel merkezi bir lokasyonda olup, her yere yürüme mesafesindedir. Resepsiyondaki bayan bize çok yardımcı oldu, bir el haritası vererek ziyaret edilecek yerleri işaretledi. Kahvaltısı kruvasan, baget ekmek ve reçel meyve suyu ve çaydan oluşuyordu ve bence yeterliydi.Oda, Mart soğuğunda bile çok sıcaktı.Ben memnun oldum, yeniden gelsem tercih ederim.

This hotel has a great location, nice staff and excellent value for money. The rooms were clean and i can really recommend this hotel compared to others which are as of 2024 usually 150-200€ per night for a solo traveller room.
