Very enjoyable stay, extremely helpful and friendly staff, clean and pretty rooms, tasty breakfast.
Expensive but not more than can be expected for the central location in Paris.

The staff was excellent. We received 5 star service 24/7. We will recommend your hotel and come back ourselves. The location is perfect. I would recommend warning tourists of the taking trains outside of zone 1 and potential fines they can incur if the incorrect ticket is purchased. We learned by paying 75 euro fine for a 8 euro trip.

Mi madre, clienta desde hace años de este hotel, tenía una reserva hecha desde Navidad como regalo especial para ir la semana que viene y por un problema de una fuga en una habitación que dicen que es la suya, en lugar de darle una nueva habitación la han reubicado en otro hotel al otro lado de la ciudad y en peores condiciones. Es indignante y me parece una falta de consideración hacia alguien que lleva meses planeando un viaje con tanta ilusión y para quien ese hotel es su referencia en París. Una lástima, porque es así como se pierde a los clientes de siempre...

My colleagues and I stay every year to attend a trade show at the Parc des Expositions. The staff are always friendly and welcoming, the rooms are uncommonly comfortable and clean, and the breakfast is excellent. We also have easy access to the Metro and RER B train, plus many great and nearby restaurants and cafes. Highly recommend.

My only regret (well, two of them) are that we didn't stay longer and that I foolishly booked the room through a reseller rather than directly with the hotel - it cost me a few more dollars. I wasn't paying attention to Google when I clicked. We will return to Paris soon, and I will happily come back to your hotel.

I would highly recommend this hotel. It was quiet, extremely conveniently located, excellent bed and bedding, and the best front desk. The people were all so friendly and helpful. I will recommend to friends.

Every thing is very good. it is quiet silent. room is not so big but it is ok if you are 2. The personnel in reception is very polite. And also the location is very good.

The front desk staff was SO very helpful. They always answered questions with a friendly smile and careful suggestions. The location of this hotel is perfect for exploring Paris. The room was comfortable and quiet.

We had an good stay in one of the larger rooms. We have previously stayed here in a smaller room which was also nice and comfortable.

Staff were very friendly and offered us tea and pastries on arrival, which was most welcome after 36 hours in transit.

Couldn't really enjoy having the window open, a lot of noise in the laneway at all hours of the day and night.

This hotel is a gem. Fantastic location for cafes and shopping. Very quiet pedestrian streets. Very comfortable room. The service is top notch. Every single interaction was top notch. We were treated like valued guests. I will stay here again and again. I can’t recommend this hotel enough. The value is unbelievable.

All the employees were excellent. Customer attention was best than others luxury hotels. I will come back. The manager and all employees, the room was no big but very spacious, the breakfast excellent

Très bel hôtel, emplacement parfait, calme des chambre, très propre. Et accueil d'excellence. Un grand merci à Carolina pour sa gentillesse, ses conseils et sa disponibilité ! Au delà de toute attente et un service bien au dessus d'autres hôtel du même standing.
Je recommande vivement !
