First and most important - you have to adjust your expectations from the hotels in Paris, especially if you what to be in the central part of the city - the building will be most probably old, the room will be small, the breakfast - just OK and the price will be high.
Jardin de Cluny is very good hotel - nicely decorated, clean, polite and helpful personnel, very good breakfast, but most important - the location is perfect, in the heart of Latin Quarter, close to everything. The street, where the hotel is located, is very quiet, but central. A lot of nice places to eat or drink are around. Next time in Paris we will stay in this hotel - for sure!

Hôtel Jardin de Cluny has a great location and the staff were generally friendly, but overall it didn’t feel like a true 4-star hotel experience.
Our King room, though small, was beautiful, practical, and had a very comfortable bed. The breakfast was amazing and very diverse — one of the best we had among hotels in France.
However, some small details made us feel like the hotel is trying too hard to cut costs. The air conditioning was disabled, claimed it's enabled only on specific months, and we had to explicitly request for it to be turned on since the room was too cold. There was no coffee machine in the room, which could be understandable given the room's small size, but then they charged €2 per a Nespresso capsule at the lobby, which felt a bit stingy. We were also given too few towels and had to ask for more every day.
Additionally, there are no extra facilities such as a bar, gym, etc.
This would easily be a 5/5 for a 3-star hotel, but for a hotel claiming to be 4-star, I reduced to 4/5.
On our last day, the hotel booked a taxi to CDG for us and quoted a specific price. When the driver arrived, he demanded 30% more. While the staff did try to intervene by speaking with him, they ultimately didn’t honor the promised price and left us to deal with the situation ourselves. The driver was very rude and aggressive, and the whole experience really ruined the end of our trip. I would have expected the hotel to take responsibility for their mistake, but they simply excused it by saying the staff member who booked it was new and unaware of some extra charges. Because of this, I’m reducing further to 3/5.

This is the perfect spot to stay in Paris. It’s right in the middle of everything but off a quiet street so you don’t hear the busy streets. The staff here is extremely friendly. Definitely recommend staying here if you have younger kids!

Loved this hotel for a few days in Paris. The decor in perspective n was even nicer than the photos, it was pleasingly appointed and very inviting a good place for a weary traveler to feel at ease. I chose this location because I wanted to explore the Latin Quarter and St Germain, it was an ideal location. I felt very comfortable there, although it’s a small hotel the rooms were well designed and appointed for the price. The staff were very welcoming, attentive, and friendly. The common areas, the honor bar and the breakfast room were nice and inviting. It was on a quiet street convenient to but tucked away from the busy BLVD St Germain. Very convenient to many sites including, Notre Dame, Il St Louis, La Marais, Sorbonne, Luxembourg Gardens. Close to metro stops and convenient to several cafes. I would stay there again for leisure.

This hotel was amazing! The staff was extremely helpful and very welcoming. The rooms were charming, comfortable, and unique. The location is perfect due to its close proximity to the Notre Dame and Metro stations. The area is peaceful but very charming and lively in the evening, overall great spot. Couldn't be happier with our stay here.

Lovely boutique hotel in the Latin Quarter. Really friendly advice and service from the reception staff.
Breakfast in the cellar downstairs is also excellent with local high quality products featured. The rooms are quite small, but this is not unusual for a city of course. And the location is absolutely perfect, in the buzzing latin quarter, about 5 minutes walk from Notre-Dame cathedral. Would definitely stay there again. It's on a pedestrianised street which does make it very quiet, big advantage.

This lovely boutique hotel shows its pride and attention to detail. The room and bathroom are well appointed, public areas are very pretty, front staff are friendly and helpful, and the location? You couldn’t ask for anything better. The room was quiet, windows opened to a quintessential “Paris scene”. Lots of patisseries, bistros, etc in the neighborhood and Notre Dame is a ten minute stroll away. The room and bathroom are small by North American standards however a cozy bed and fresh linens made sleep a slam dunk.

Absolutely charming small hotel on a quiet street convenient to buses, metro, shopping, and the Maubert market. Rooms are small but perfectly adequate and comfortable. Housekeeping do an incredible job. The beds are comfortable. We opted for the breakfast a couple of times and it was very good value for money, but most days we set off and grabbed a croissant or similar nearby. It's notable that Notre Dame and most other major sights are very close by. We had an unexpected issue pop up that required us to extend our stay by a week and the hotel was very kind and accommodating. The staff at the desk were always polite and professional. The honor bar and lounge on the -1 floor were comfortable for relaxing and also for working when needed. Also it's good to know that there is a laundromat literally steps away, around the corner, so you can under-pack. We really enjoyed the service, comfort, and location and we would not hesitate to return.

Absolutely loved this boutique hotel located in a quiet area near the Pantheon. Location is excellent (close to a few different metro stops) and just a short walk to Notre Dame and the Seine. The front desk staff is friendly and helpful - making guests feel comfortable and welcome. The breakfast buffet is excellent. There are many choices displayed on a beautiful buffet with plenty of tables in a old-style "stone cave" setting. Unique and lovely! Definitely recommend this hotel on your next Paris getaway!

We recently visited to celebrate a birthday and had a wonderful time. The hotel staff was so thoughtful and even left macaroons and a note on the bed to celebrate.The location was very nice and we felt safe every night. Cannot recommend this hotel enough!

Très belle chambre rénovée il y a 2 ans. La décoration est soignée et de très bon goût. Nous avons bénéficié d’un accueil très sympathique.

We stayed here for four nights in December and had a fantastic holiday. The hotel is located in a nice, quiet area, near to Notre Dame and the metro station. In the evening there were lots of restaurants and bars nearby to enjoy. Our room was really nicely styled with a nice bathroom. It had everything we needed for our trip. Breakfast had a great selection of food in a very nice, enjoyable setting. Would not hesitate to stay here if we visit Paris again.

Cet hôtel est situé au cœur du quartier latin, à proximité immédiate du boulevard Saint-Germain et du Panthéon.
Les parties communes sont très agréables avec un salon pour travailler tranquillement.
Les chambres ne sont pas immenses mais confortables et bien équipées avec une belle literie.
Le petit déjeuner est servi au sous-sol dans une cave voûtée agréable et bien éclairée. Le buffet est excellent.

Second séjour pour moi dans cet hôtel, c’est un des meilleurs hôtels parisien. Très bel hôtel, très propre, très bien placé et personnel très agréable. On reviendra pour notre prochain séjour.

On the good side this is a well positioned hotel that looks pretty much exactly as the photos. The hot water is great, the lift works, the beds are ok, the room is nicely laid out (we had the slightly bigger one) with modern fittings and the heating was fine. On the downside they strongly prefer that each room is given one access key that you drop off and pick it up from reception when you enter/exit the property. This was ok for the first couple of days but on a longer stay it started to feel weird - note that you can insist on two keys. The biggest issues we had in our room was noise - from the elevator, from the cleaner in the morning banging around the vacuum cleaner that seems to permanently live in the corridor during the day, the 2am linen truck delivery and related use of the lift with clanging and banging or pipes from the upper levels so that we clearly knew when someone flushed a toilet or took a shower. It’s just not a 4 star feeling when you have to step over the vacuum cleaner to open your room door on multiple occasions. The hotel was very full and on two days we were out in the morning and returned around 1.30pm to find the room not done and as soon as we stepped inside, we got the knock offering to clean the room. It started to feel like this was intentional, particularly as they clearly know when the occupants are out because we hand in the key and we were out no later than 9am in the morning. We were perplexed by this hotel - it’s great if you are visiting for a few days and want easy access to key sites. For a longer stay or for those wanting a slightly quieter or less touristic area, maybe this isn’t the best option.

部屋自体は広くはありませんが立地も非常に良く、館内も綺麗で非常に過ごしやすかったです。
wedding photoも兼ねての訪問でしたが、帰宅時にプレゼントも置いてあり非常に感動しました。
レセプションの対応も親切で非常にいいホテルです。
またパリへ行く際には泊まりたいと思います。

מלון נהדר, נעים ומזמין במיקום נפלא - שקט ומרכזי - עם צוות אדיב וידידותי במיוחד. היינו במלון 5 לילות והגרשנו כמו בבית. חשוב לציין כי חדר דלוקס (Deluxe with shower) הוא בין הגדולים מסוגו בפריס :-)

Nice compact hotel, very compact rooms, toilet even more compact and freezing. Thin strips of low grade towels in bathroom. Staff very friendly and obliging. Don't waste money on taxi's, Uber very fast and cheap. Would recommend to stay again.

We had a fantastic time staying at Hôtel Jardin de Cluny! The staff, especially Madame Andrea, were so friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The location is fantastic. Close to tons of sites in the 5th and not far from the 1st and 4th. All of this made for a wonderful first visit to Paris.

Très bel hôtel, rénové avec beaucoup de goût. Nous avons été accueilli avec beaucoup de professionnalisme et de gentillesse. Il est bien situé, dans une rue calme. Les chambres ne sont pas trop petites (ce qui est souvent le cas à Paris) et sont très bien équipées.

Hôtel récent avec une très jolie décoration et très bien situé, dans un quartier animé mais au calme. Aucun bruit venant de l'extérieur comme de l'intérieur de l'hôtel.
La chambre (sup) est de bonne taille ainsi que la salle de bain.

The staff: the folks at the hotel were so accommodating, friendly, and caring. We booked our stay through a third party - and there was an issue with our booking when we arrived. They kindly put us up for the evening before the issue was solved - making sure we had a place to stay while they figured out the problem. Once it was solved, the rest of our stay was worry free and easy!
The property: the rooms are typically sized for a 4 star hotel in Paris, but our deluxe room was so gorgeous. The furniture, comfy bed, and decor were all so perfect. The hotel is located on a street with no car traffic, so we slept like babies each night!
Location: very well placed in the Latin Quarter, we were able to get around the city easily. There were amazing restaurants, shopping, and gardens nearby that kept us occupied for the entire trip.
Overall, we loved our entire stay at this hotel - and we can't thank the staff enough for taking such great care of us on our honeymoon!
Overall, we'd love to stay at Hotel Jardin de Cluny for our next visit to Paris.
