We had a phenomenal experience at this hotel. We usually travel using Airbnb when in Europe, and we were a little nervous about going the hotel route this time. The room for a family of four was so spacious, and the highlight of our trip was waking up to an amazing breakfast every morning. The staff was so nice and the hotel was in a very convenient location. There was some street noise at night, but we had some white noise going and fell asleep just fine. Small price to pay for an unbeatable location. I really hope we can go back!

This family run hotel is in a good location. All staff are friendly and ready to assist. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. We've stayed here four times since 2010 and would not hesitate to book again.

Le rapport qualité/prix est exceptionnel. L'emplacement est parfait. Super quartier animé mais le soir les bruits de rues n'incommodent pas le sommeil. Littéralement à quelques pas de la station métro/RER Saint-Michel Notre-Dame. (Ligne directe pour l'aéroport). Service impeccable et petit déjeuner copieux avec des produits frais.

Przyjemny, klimatyczny hotel w bardzo dobrej lokalizacji. Zatrzymaliśmy się na 1 noc - 2 osoby dorosłe i nastolatek. Pokój czysty, duży, klimatyzacja, wygodne łóżka - łóżko podwójne + pojedyncze (nie dostawka), w łazience suszarka do włosów i wystarczająca ilość ręczników i przyborów toaletowych. Śniadanie jak na francuskie warunki całkiem dobre: pieczywo, wędlina, ser, jajka, jogurty, płatki, kawa, herbata, soki, coś na słodko, owoce - jedynie brak jakichkolwiek warzyw. Obsługa bardzo miła i pomocna. Po wymeldowaniu można bez problemu zostawić bagaże w przechowalni. Polecam hotel i przy następnej wizycie w Paryżu chętnie zatrzymam się ponownie.

I had a fantastic stay at the Hotel Du Levant. It was quiet, clean, and very comfortable, making for a restful night’s sleep. The location was excellent, right by Notre Dame and between two metro stops. It’s a one train ride from CDG, which was great with luggage (use Sortie #6 - Xavier Privas for an elevator to the street). There are a number of restaurants on the same street as the hotel and nearby. The desk staff was welcoming. One of the highlights was the included continental breakfast, with delicious croissants, baguettes, cheese and yogurt, among other items. It made for a nice start to the day. The wifi was strong, having a minibar was helpful and I appreciated being able to borrow an umbrella when it rained. Overall, this hotel was an excellent value, and I would definitely stay here again.

Io e la mia famiglia ci siamo trovati benissimo. Lo staff è super disponibile Sandra e Leo offrono un servizio impeccabile e vi sapranno aiutare e guidare per rendere il vostro soggiorno il più confortevole possibile.
La pulizia è ad alti livelli, le camere sono grandi e tutti i mezzi sono a nemmeno 2 minuti a piedi. Inoltre a piedi potrete vedere i musei Pompidou, louvre, d'orsay. Visitare Notre Dame, la Saint chapel. Un piccolo particolare per le famiglie: troverete un parco giochi a 30 secondi dall'hotel, a noi è stato molto utile per far scaricare un po' nostra figlia.
Se mai torneremo a Parigi, torneremo senza dubbio.

I spent three nights at the Hotel du Levant at the beginning of a six week trip around France and Spain last spring and it was the perfect way to start my trip. I was greeted warmly at reception and my small but very cozy single room on an upper floor was quiet and comfortable. Not much by way of luxuries but everything was very clean and I had everything I needed for a restful night's sleep after very full days of exploring Paris, The breakfast in particular was amazing - one of the best I've had in any hotel anywhere, and the fact that it's included in the very reasonable room rate was a nice surprise. Already looking forward to my next trip to Paris and staying at the Hotel du Levant!

서비스도 괜찮고 위치도 노트르담 대성당이랑 엄청 가까워서 좋은 거 인정.
근데 옆 객실에서 샤워 하면 따뜻한 물이 안 나옴 띠용
즉 같은 층에 있는 객실이 동시에 샤워를 하면 따뜻한 물이 한쪽에만 나오는 것 같음;
이거는 좀 개선이 필요해 보임 그리고 조식 맛있는데 뭔가 부실한 느낌이 있음

The service and location were great, as it’s conveniently located in the city center. The breakfast was decent, but the dining area and portions felt a bit small. The room condition was okay overall, but there was a major issue with the hot water. If someone in another room on the same floor used the shower, the hot water in my room would stop working. This was a critical inconvenience during my stay.

I absolutely love this place, I have been twice and plan to return.
The room is clean, towels are changed daily.
Breakfast is plentiful and fresh.
The staff is very pleasant.
The location is perfect and one can walk almost anywhere. Lots of restaurants options. Many shops .Three metro stations close by and many buses.
On personal note I often dealt with Mr Leo, who was always very attentive and accommodating when I had to change my reservation date twice due to family issues.
Merci Mr Leo et merci à tous l’équipe de l’hôtel du Levant.
J’ai hâte de retourner ????

Staying at this hotel. It's 5 degree celcius outside tonight and the heat radiator in my room is not working. I asked the front desk and he said the hotel is full so he can't switch room for me. I ask if they could give me a portable heater just for getting through tonight. He said they don't have one. I asked then at least extra duvet/blanket. Then he came back to say there is none. I asked him to call manager (he said he is new) and he did. Then the answer from the manager (through him): wait till tomorrow, they will get repairment to repair. "that room is very small, it is not cold" I can't believe a hotel this size (at least 30 rooms) has no contingency for when a room's heat radiator is down.

edit: next morning I talked with morning front desk and waited for the assistant manager and reported the issue. the assistant manager had said that she did not know i wanted to talk to her. She also COMFIRMED that the hotel DID NOT have ANY extra blanket the previous night. But the 2nd night she will find me an extra blanket. Also she did check the heater in my room to make sure it runs well. After the adjustment to the heater. the 2nd night the room is warm.

Note: assistant manager told me that the room temp is limited to 19C (66F) by the government.
This may be too cold for some people.

Chambre spacieuse et décorée avec soin. Literie très bien. Salle de bain assez grande. Petit-déjeuner très bon. Hôtel super bien placé.|Facilité avec le métro à deux pas. Belles balades sur la Seine, près du musée Cluny. Dans un quartier vivant et touristique.

Hotel situato in ottima posizione, proprio in centro a Parigi, in una zona molto frequentata e sicura, comodo a tutte le principali attrazioni e alla fermata della metro. Camera pulita e tranquilla (si affacciava sul retro). Personale gentile e disponibile. Prezzo imbattibile considerando tutto. Consigliato!

My 11 night stay was just perfect. I arrived earlier than check-in time but my room was ready and I was able to settle in by 1:00pm. I reserved a standard room with double bed for 1 person. The room included free breakfast in the price. Breakfast was bountiful; eggs you boil, pastries, meat, cheese, yogurt, cereal, fruit, jam, butter, coffee, tea, juices. |The room was just the right size and included a small desk area, mini-fridge, stool to sit and very good lighting. Bathroom was compact but had everything one needs. The staff were very nice and helpful. I appreciated their help in printing out my boarding pass for my flight home. |The hotel is located just off Blvd. St Michel near Notre Dame, lots of restaurants and near bus and metro stops. I will be staying here again in the near future. Merci!

Fantastic little hotel , perfect location-walking distance from most of the attractions. We had superior double room 44- on the 5th floor. The room and the bathroom very clean, enough space to move around and the cupboards to keep your clothes. There is a kettle, tea, coffees and the minibar with some water, beer and some alcohol ( paid for-f.eg small bottle of water- 3 euros). |Breakfast was simply but just perfect to start your day- don't expect bacon and scramble eggs- you are in Paris, so enjoy the bread !|The weather was lovely during our stay- did not need air con- we had windows wide open all the time we were in.|Note- there is a street cleaning from 6am every morning, which was not bothering us at all ,but can be something to think in advance.|The staff is very nice and helpful. We had an amazing time and we defo will be back to Paris. Hotel Du Levant is a great accommodation - really recommend it :)

L'hotel si trova nel quartiere latino , in centro e vicino alle fermate di autobus e metropolitana . Ottima la pulizia e la disponibilità dello staff , sia alla reception che ai piani . Un po' " misero " il buffet della colazione , comunque prodotti i presenti erano freschi . La stanza , al secondo piano , era ben insonorizzata , ma comunque un po' di rumore si avvertiva . Consigliabile prenotare una stanza ai piani alti , ce ne sono 6 .

Joli hôtel idéalement situé au coeur du quartier latin avec les transports à côté permettant de se déplacer dans Paris. Bon petit déjeuner avec tout ce qu'il faut. Seul défaut la porte de la douche n'avait pas de caoutchouc en bas ce qui fait que le sol est trempé après chaque douche mais sinon une adresse à

Emplacement stratégique, en plein quartier latin, très proche du rer pour les liaisons avec l'aéroport et tous les principaux sites d'intérêt.
Chambres petites mais très propres.
Service et personnel sympathiques et serviables.
Très bon petit déjeuner, avec des produits frais d'excellente qualité.
Je choisirais à nouveau cet hôtel lors de mes prochaines visites.

Très accueillant, proche de tout ce dont vous avez besoin. En bas de l'hôtel, vous trouverez de nombreux restaurants, un magasin de chocolat Candycookie, à quelques pas d'un magasin convaincant et de KC Donalds. À l'arrière de l'hôtel, vous trouverez de nombreux magasins locaux, un changeur de monnaie, une librairie, une boutique et des cafés.
