Nous avons payé pour une chambre « Supérieur »… On se demande qu’elles aient l’allure des chambres « Régulières »… Avec plus de 50 visites à Paris, c’est la pire chambre que nous ayons eue. Chambre exiguë, difficulté de circuler autour du lit, aucune intimité dans la salle de bain et la douche (murs en verre), ascenseur en panne…

This hotel was very pricey when comparing to what it offers so just as a heads up for possible customers, I’ll give some pros and cons from as objective a view as possible.
Pros:
- Location is perfect, just in the centre of the city. Nearest boulangerie is maybe 200m away and there’s a lot of restaurants nearby and most of the main attractions are close by as is the nearest metro station.
- Staff was friendly and spoke enough English
Cons:
- The room was small, but that’s Paris for you.
- Room wasn’t cleaned properly. There was dust and trash on the floor when we arrived and the mattresses were in poor condition, rasing suspicion about possible bugs, but we saw none and didn’t get any bites.
- Fire safety is not great, but that is probably also a Paris problem. Very narrow corridors and no ladders in a building made mostly out of wood.
- The toilet “door” doesn’t offer much privacy. All sounds will pass through.
- Shower is located in the bathtub and there’s no way to prevent water splashing everywhere.
- Breakfast was very poor for the price, I’d definitely recommend to eat in one of the boulangeries nearby instead.
- There’s a restaurant just next to the hotel so the street side rooms are noisy in the evening, but I slept well with earplugs.
Overall I’d say that with this hotel you pay for the privilege of being very close to Notre Dame as the name implies. Pantheon is also very close and louvre is within 2,5km walk and can easily be reached by the metro as with everything else in Paris centre, so the location is very good.

Perfect location from which to explore Paris via the river Seine or walk. Notre Dame Cathedral is within a 5 min walk. Eiffel tower is less than 5 km away. You are in the centre of the Latin quarter with lots of restaurants and bars .The location of the hotel is lts main selling point , its rooms are not. They are small and very basic , little room to move around the bed , a shower / toilet so close you need to sing loudly while your partner is using it.

Hôtel très bien placé mais chambre au confort minimal et qui auraient grandement besoin d'être rénovées. Rien de pratique, pas de douche mais pas de rideaux à la baignoire, WC quasi collés au lit... Service à revoir : pas de bouteille d'eau ou si on a de la chance, une bouteille pour 2... Même à Paris, il est possible de trouver plus confortable pour ce prix...

Ho soggiornato in questo Hotel con la mia famiglia dal 7 al 10 Marzo.|Ambiente molto particolare, le nostre camere erano situate al 5 piano raggiungibile con ascensore, quella dei miei genitori ampia con un corridoio che divideva bagno da letto, la nostra un po' più piccola, situata nel sottotetto e quindi per persone più alte magari scomoda, ma offriva una vista meravigliosa sul Notre Dame.|Nessun problema per utilizzare il passeggino, personale molto gentile e disponibile e ottima colazione, che avendolo specificato in anticipo hanno reso disponibile anche per mia moglie intollerante al lattosio.|La metro posizionata proprio dietro all'Hotel è stata utile per tornare dalla Tour Eiffel, per altri spostamenti più comoda la RER da Saint Michel - Notre Dame, raggiungible in 5 minuti a piedi.|Anche il Notre Dame distante soli 5 minuti a piedi.|Proprio in fronte all'Hotel c'è un ristorante italiano molto buono, pasta e pizza eccellenti e insalate se si vuol rimanere leggeri.|Vicinissimo anche ai vari vicoli del quartiere latino in cui c'è l'imbarazzo della scelta su dove mangiare.|Unico appunto da fare, il lettino dove doveva dormire nostra figlia di 2 anni (che era un classico lettino da campeggio) non aveva un materasso, ce ne siamo accorti il secondo giorno poichè si svegliava e non dormiva benissimo, però non abbiamo chiesto niente all'Hotel sicchè non saprei dire se ne sono sprovvisti oppure è stata una dimenticanza.|Nel complesso comunque esperienza più che positiva e soprattutto posizione favolosa.

Nessun problema per utilizzare il passeggino, personale molto gentile e disponibile e ottima colazione, che avendolo specificato in anticipo hanno reso disponibile anche per mia moglie intollerante al lattosio.
Unico appunto da fare, il lettino dove doveva dormire nostra figlia (che era un classico lettino da campeggio) non aveva un materasso, ce ne siamo accorti il secondo giorno poichè si svegliava e non dormiva benissimo, però non abbiamo chiesto niente all'Hotel sicchè non saprei dire se ne sono sprovvisti oppure è stata una dimenticanza.
Nel complesso comunque esperienza più che positiva e soprattutto posizione favolosa.

Bon accueil.
Néanmoins, Chambre sans douche, baignoire à bulles, sans bulles... Très mal insonorisé ???? impossible de mettre un peu de chauffage... Et ascenseur en panne ????

The room was very comfortable and perfect for just sleeping in as I had lots planned around the city |There wasn’t a shower which was slightly annoying but the bath was fine |Front desk staff were very friendly and helpful |Great stay |Didn’t have the breakfast and explored the city instead |Location was very convenient and close to notre dame and was very quiet and peaceful

Boutique hotel with the best staff and location!This was such a great place to stage our short Paris trip from. Great location to explore. Notre Dame cathedral is a short walk along the Seine which is a block away from the hotel. Best espresso. I highly recommend! Thank you Hotel Notre Dame Maitre Albert for a wonderful Paris experience!

Plutôt déçus par notre séjour. C’est un hôtel que nous affectionnions tout particulièrement. De bons souvenirs y étaient liés.
Aussi après réflexion nous avons choisi le sentimentalisme.
Nous avions l’habitude de réserver une chambre double supérieure pour l’espace notamment côté salle de bain… je crois que nous avons eu une chambre juste double.
La salle d’eau très réduite ! Impossible de s’y tenir à deux ! Mauvais éclairage dans la douche c’était très sombre. Sans parler de la robinetterie de la douche qui fuyait, compliquant les réglages…
Sur le site sont mentionnés de larges miroirs dans les chambres supérieures… pas trouvé dans la nôtre !
Ce qui m’a le plus agacée a été la réponse sur le fait qu’ils refont toutes les chambres… déjà en cours il y a deux ans…
Vraiment dommage.

uper accueil, un petit hôtel tu es à deux pas de la cathédrale, plein de charme, ou règne le calme et la tranquillité. La chambre n'est pas très grande mais cela suffit amplement pour dormir. Petit déjeuner français au top, un grand merci à la la réceptionniste qui a été d'une gentillesse...|Je recommande l'Hôtel pleinement.|????????????????❤️

Que de changements depuis toutes ces années où nous venons ! La cheminée n’est plus allumée, les lanternes colorées non plus ! Les baignoires ne fonctionnent plus et le comble c’est la nouvelle salle de déjeuner ! Horrible , inconfort total ! Matériel de récupération ??? Seul le personnel reste infiniment agréable ! Le reste est en déclin total ! Exit notre hôtel de charme

Totul superlativ; personal extrem de amabil si mereu amabil in ajutor, camere micute (specifice Paris) dar dotate cu cele necesare, incalzire centralizata, curatenie, lift si o atmosfera foarte placuta in hotel.

Petit hôtel plein de charme, avec une équipe très chaleureuse et sympathique. Nous y étions fin décembre 2024, un vrai plaisir. A deux pas de l'île de la Cité , de Saint-Germain et du métro Maubert-Mutualité. Petit déjeuner sympa. Nous y retournerons ;-)

Le plus : hôtel très bien situé, Notre Dame facile d'accès à pied, le Louvre facile d'accès via le métro Maubert-Mutualité > Jussieu > Palais Royal Musée du Louvre. De bons produits pour le petit-déjeuner malgré une salle de restauration assez exiguë pour ne serait-ce que 10 personnes, obligeant nos voisins et nous, à déplacer la table pour pouvoir aller au buffet.
Le moins : Il y a dans cet hôtel des chambres vraiment pas terribles. Nous avons eu la chambre 41, située à côté du "lent" et "bruyant" ascenseur, l'ouverture de la porte de l'ascenseur à hauteur de notre palier s'entendait particulièrement dans une vieille bâtisse comme celle-ci (et faisait l'effet d'un bruit de coup de pied dans la porte de chambre). Autre aspect, nous avons eu un lit double composé... de deux matelas "individuels" ! Donc dès qu'on s'approche du milieu, on glisse sur la planche en dessous des matelas, pour une réservation en couple, c'est pas optimal.
En résumé, je trouve l'endroit plus pratique que romantique, pour ceux ayant besoin d'un point de chute à proximité du Vieux Paris et qui ne rentrent à l'hôtel que pour dormir.

Lindo hotel !!!…las habitaciones son pequeñas y baño también La atención excelente y muy amables todos. Desayuno súper rico y precio conveniente.La ubicación es excelente !!! A pasos de Notre Dame y de estaciones del metro, restaurantes, cafeterías y tienditas de delicatessen francesas

This hotel is placed in I would consider the best spot in Paris. One street away from the Quai facing Notre-Damen, this hotel has a great vibe, hidden in a little onr way street..You can almost immidiately see Notre-Dame coming out. The fresh market on certain days is also 1 or 2 streets away (maubert-mutualite). A few blocks away from the RER B station at St Michel, Near the Quartier Latin where no one should eat in those restaurants in the paved streets breaking plates to get your attention, but it remains one of the few areas still alive in the middle of the night. The hotel team is absolutely great and helpful with anything.
Also close to Shakespeare cafe and bookstore..you cannot veat getting a coffee in the morning whike staring at Notre Dame across the street!
For those who are vegan, there is a store very close w amazing french vegan cheeses and all sorts of organic products.
Highly recommend this institution of a hotel that is there for decades (recently renovated)..

La situation géographique est idéale proche de Notre Dame, du boulevard Saint Germain, du Pantheon et du RER, le quartier très touristique. Personnel agréable et souriant. La rue est calme. Petit déjeuner très bien. La chambre et propre et fonctionnelle. Seul bémol pas de réseau téléphonique en chambre, obligée de sortir de l’hôtel pour téléphoner, malgré le wifi gratuit de l’hôtel (qui lui fonctionne). Je reviendrai pour un nouveau séjour touristique à Paris

This hotel is in a great location, right near metro left bank. But that’s where good goes to very mediocre. Weird bathroom stuck in room, glassed in. Huge bathtub, no shower. The whole place needs a makeover. Super weird carpet in the hallway. ????

Sono stato recentemente ospite dell'Hôtel de Notre-Dame e la mia esperienza è stata molto positiva. La posizione dell'hotel è sicuramente uno dei suoi punti di forza, a pochi passi dal Museo del Louvre e dai mezzi di trasporto.
Il personale si è dimostrato estremamente cordiale e disponibile, accogliendo con premura tutte le mie richieste. Ho alloggiato in una Camera Doppia Superior, che era ben pulita, ben arredata, ma avrei apprezzato un miglior isolamento acustico verso l'esterno.
Non avendo consumato pasti in loco, non posso valutare il ristorante, ma ho apprezzato i servizi offerti come il Wi-Fi gratuito e l'ascensore. La pulizia generale dell'hotel era ottima.
Il rapporto qualità-prezzo è sicuramente buono, considerando la centralità della struttura in città. L'atmosferma dell'hotel è tranquilla e informarle, contribuendo ad un soggiorno piacevole.
Il processo di check-in e check-out è stato rapido ed efficiente. Nel complesso, l'hotel ha soddisfatto tutte le mie aspettative. L'unico suggerimento che mi sento di dare ai proprietari è di migliorare l'isolamento acustico delle camere verso l'esterno della struttura. Consiglio questo hotel a chiunque cerchi una sistemazione comoda e accogliente a Parigi.
