The food is very good and they are very fast at making it but they take the time to explain to you how everything works.
Only downside is that I expected it to not be that costly. It's not pricey by any means but I spent more for a burrito than I thought I would.

Portion is crazy small, literally corn serving is 5 kernels. When I asked for more the guy told me can’t you see I’m adding more while dropping in 1 kernels at a time!

So overpriced and not at all satisfying like in the USA. The taste is also not as delicious, the tomato salsa is like a purée mush and the corn is so hard. I mean if you want chipotle you got to get it, but it’s so disappointing.

Everyone warned me when coming to Paris that the chipotle is horrible and isn’t the same as the US. Lies. Absolutely delicious. Slapped the exact same as a New York chipotle don’t believe the haters

Typical small restaurant space in the city I suppose. Poor seating. Staff was friendly. Price was meh.

Pendant sa pause, un des employés faisait défiler des vidéos sur son téléphone avec le son à fond. Ca n’avait pas l’air de le déranger. J’hallucinais.

Food was great, but the staff has to push the liquid out of the scoops or the burrito gets too wet. It was a taste of home and the staff was super kind

Pour une première fois je n'étais pas déçue, les plats sont goûteux, il y'a tous les apports nécessaires pour un repas assez équilibré.
La manager est super sympa
