Room is Clean+ the street is safe (even this quartier)= good enough! No reason to miss it! I personally recommended this hotel.
La chambre est propre+ le quartier est securisé= assez bien! Il n'y a pas de raison de le rater! Je recommande cet hotel!

Excelente hotel, muy bien ubicado y con servicio las 24 hs. A tener en cuenta: no tiene ascensor.

The rooms are tiny and very hot, even when the weather is cool. There is no elevator and the stairs are very difficult to climb if you have luggage.
They do not allow guests to have visitors to the rooms - even if it’s to come to the room for an hour to have a drink. You have to be a registered guest the room, I’ve never heard of a hotel having that rule.
Workers are very unprofessional.

La chambre ressemble à un couloir donc seul ça peut le faire mais à 2 c’est compliqué !! Où on se lave ou on se brosse les dents et pour le prix c’est un peu abusé…. Heureusement que le garçon a la réception était très gentil

Nice clean hotel with super friendly service and outstanding location right on the M1 subway line…there are plenty of cafés, restaurants and grocery stores that make it a perfect base for visitors.

Waren für 3 Nächte da. Die Lage ist absolut super. Von dem Punkt her kann man es nur empfehlen.
Die Zimmer war typisch für Paris klein, aber ausreichend. Wir hatten einen super Ausblick auf einen kleinen Platz mit Bäumen und Restaurants.
Zimmer war ansich auch sauber. Die Duschbrause hatte schon ein paar schwarze Schimmelstellen an den äußeren Düsen. Man konnte es aber so einstellen, dass die aus blieben.
Das Frühstück fanden wir etwas verbesserungsfähig. Es gab ein kleines Bagutte, ein Croissant und ein Schokocroissant. Dazu diese typischen kleinen Hotelpäckchen. Leider etwas wenig. 1 x Butter, 1 x Nutella und 1 x Marmelade hat knapp gereicht. Keine Früchte oder andere Sachen. Es war aber okay.
Personal sehr nett.
Für Leute die sich bei Treppenstuffen schwer tun, könnte es da anstrengend. Es geht schon sehr steil nach oben. Ich fand schon Etage 3 anstrengend :) und es geht bis Etage 6.

Charming, small hotel in the best location in Les Marais; just a block or two from the Saint Paul Metro station. Small rooms but well appointed, with modern bathrooms and very clean. One of my favourite hotels! Very congenial staff too!

Chambre petite sans clim, nous sommes venue en juillet 2023 il faisait tres chaud, comment en 2023 un hotel n est pas pourvu de climatisation. A eviter sur ce point.

Par contre le service est vraiment à la hauteur. Le personnel est adorable, le petit déjeuner est parfait et la literie très confortable.
L'emplacement est idéal.
Nous reviendrons sans problème.
