Nice and clean rooms, unlimited coffee during the day (except in the morning). Nice and polite stuff. Great location with metro station near by, and also if you like waling around one hour from the different tourist attractions such as Eiffel tower, Avenue des Champs-Élysées, etc. I would recommend this to anyone that is into budget friendly hotels, who likes to experience tourism. Also, the big plus is great restaurants that are near to the hotel.

Amazing location, a really helpful receptionist who gave me shedloads of advice and directions tailored to my interests, the building had a beautiful old Parisian aesthetic that still maintains many features updated to modern standards ie. a powerful shower, fan, etc. Great price for a perfect location for all artsy attractions, a nearby main metro and 15 min walk to Chatelet les Halles, a central train station that runs constant direct trains to the airport. Ignore the review from the horizontally challenged American complaining about not being able to fit anywhere, or that there are European sockets instead of American ones (?????), or that there is no car park. Highly Recommend!!!

Horrible experience. DON’T TRY, especially customers with American standards. Let’s start with what they don’t have: NO TELEPHONE, NO CLOCK, NO PARKING, NO WHEELCHAIR ACCESS, NO A/C, NO AMERICAN POWER SOCKET, NO USB. First I need to mention: IT IS NOT A FAMILY PLACE, with all do respect to minorities it’s more like a Love hotel, and a few streets around it is special place if you do research, kinda like special streets in San Francisco.
I requested twin beds due to my sibling would join me, guess what, they gave me two twin beds next and stock to each other (check pix). Every thing is tighter than you can imagine, elevator cabin is barely 2x4 feet, only guy is brave to get in should slide by side (check pix). Just after entry door there is a narrow 4 to 5 feet width hallway which they ridiculously add a wooden desk to it as so-called reception. Floors hallway is way tighter that one. guy can hardly walk and need to slide if another guy coming. Central air condition system doesn’t work and they add fan for summer and electrical heater for winter, wiring system too old and couldn’t tolerate current for heater so fuse jumped and I had to go down to call receptionist to act as electrician. Furniture is older than you can imagine and badly worn out, owner call those trashes VINTAGE. There are two other reputed hotels with almost same name. Even the taxi cannot stop at front door and we had to carry stuffs from next alley.

Non è mia abitudine lasciare commenti negativi e lamentarmi delle strutture alberghiere (neanche dopo brutte esperienze) , gli episodi negativi possono capitare anche nei migliori Hotel, Alberghi, ecc. ecc. dopotutto siamo degli esseri umani.
Arrivo in Hotel e mi consegnano la stanza, voglio farmi una doccia dopo il viaggio, mi accorgo che la tenda della doccia é posizionata all’esterno del piatto doccia quindi avrei allagato la stanza, segnalo il tutto alla reception e loro mi danno degli asciugamani extra da posizionare attorno al piatto doccia per diminuire diciamo l’allagamento e mi propongono di cambiare stanza l’indomani visto che l’hotel era pieno e non avevano al momento stanze libere.
Salgo in camera per farmi la doccia ma mi viene comunicato che verrà staccata l’acqua per un’ora! Ok non ci sono problemi può succedere! Mi dicono un’ora massimo e il problema sarà risolto! Dopo 2 ore ancora non c’è l’acqua calda, non è un problema esco dall’hotel e vado a pranzo! Rientro in hotel alle 17h nel frattempo mia moglie mi raggiunge in hotel, controllo che ci sia l’acqua calda quindi mi organizzo per farmi la doccia ma il rubinetto della doccia non funziona é rotto! Ok chiamo la reception chiedendo di risolvere il problema visto che non possiamo usare la doccia.
Chiamiamo il servizio clienti di Booking per aiutarci a risolvere il problema.
Dopo qualche minuto ci viene proposta l’unica soluzione di andare a fare la doccia in un’altra stanza ancora da ripulire e preparare per gli ospiti, quindi sporca!
Secondo loro dal 5 piano dovevamo scendere al 1 piano farci la doccia e tornare al 5 come se fosse tutto normale!
Logicamente essendo l’unica soluzione ci siamo rifiutati e abbiamo deciso di cambiare hotel chiedendo quindi che ci venisse fatto il rimborso totale della prenotazione, tutto questo mentre eravamo in comunicazione telefonica con il servizio Booking.
Morale della favola, l’hotel si è rifiutato di rimborsarci la totalità ma solamente la metà, Booking non è stato in grado di tutelarci permettendo ad un hotel di affittare camere non funzionanti e creando dei disagi non indifferenti, e ulteriori spese!
Trovo questo ridicolo e ingiusto, ho sempre prenotato tramite Booking pensando di essere al sicuro e invece la prova che no!
Da adesso in poi passerò direttamente con le strutture alberghiere per prenotare! ( i prezzi sono uguali).

Da oggi non sarò più un cliente Booking.

This Hotel was dirty from the street inward. The room was clean except for the very dirty carpet. I just returned from a 5 day stay there. The entrance was difficult to find since it had no name and a broken awning and doorway. See my photos. Staff spoke Chinese, French and English but their English was almost incomprehensible. No mini bar, AC as advertised. Safe had a key; however we were not given the key. Common areas felt like being in a Ghetto.

El hotel está muy bien en la relación precio calidad y además se esmeran por atenderte bien. La habitación es muy cómoda y muy pequeña pero realmente nuestro plan era pasear y recorrer, por lo que no era necesario una gran habitación para ello. Está bien ubicado para tomar bus o metro y en la zona hay varios bares, mercados y lugares para visitar. Por supuesto que siempre hay para mejorar pero nuestra experiencia fue muy positiva.

Une catastrophe j'ai séjourné dans le cadre d'un voyage d'affaires.
L'emplacement parfait mais il n'y avait vraiment que ça... en face de l'académie de climat où se tenait ma rencontre.

Chambre 23 lamentable ! Une chambre restée dans son jus et tellement pas accueillante.
Lit d'enfant je suis restée bête...
Les escaliers qui permettent d'accéder aux chambres= un calvaire, je pourrais vous donner le nombre d'aller retour tellement le bruit des escaliers en bois étaient bruyants, et ça toute la nuit...

Du bruit toute la nuit, l'hôtel est une passoire énergétique et sonore.
A mon arrivée chauffage d'appoint allumé au max il faisait sans exagérer 30°C dans la chambre et j'habite dans le sud de la France donc la chaleur, je connais. Un comble en face de l'académie du climat...
Pas de double vitrage, donc le voisinage et les autres visiteurs nous aurions pu partager la même chambre c'était pareil niveau bruit.

On est d'accord les gens manquent de savoir être mais l'hôtel pourrait faire un effort d'insonorisation et modernisation.

Je ne sais pas où sont passé les 3 étoiles je n'ai jamais été aussi déçu par un hôtel.

Bref je vous conseille pas du tout cet hôtel pourtant bien placé.
Ras sur l'accueil.

Hôtel idéalement situé.
Accueil sympathique. Le personnel est arrangeant selon les demandes de chacun.
La gouvernante est géniale: on prend un réel plaisir à descendre prendre le petit-déjeuner.
La chambre est simple mais très propre. Et la literie y est très confortable.
Une suggestion: la baignoire est très glissante. Peut-être un revêtement antidérapant.
A refaire sans hésitation.

La ubicación súper vale la pena, lo más lejano es la Torre Eiffel y son 45 minutos caminando. Alrededor del hotel hay varias opciones de restaurantes y bebidas. La habitación que nos toco dejo mucho que desear, les falta muchísima limpieza, el calentador del baño estaba a tope por lo que era un horno, tenía varias partes rotas, la verdad súper descuidado y lástima porque tiene un GRAN ubicación y el staff era súper amable.

Good hotel and nice place

Eenvoudig klein hotel, perfecte ligging in het centrum, leuke terrassen en restaurants naast de deur. Parkeergarage direct aan de overkant. Kleine en eenvoudige kamers, maar daar is de prijs ook naar, zeker op zo'n unieke locatie. Gewoon schoon en goed genoeg voor een paar dagen.

I recently stayed at Hotel France Louvre and I regret to say that it was one of the worst hotel experiences I've ever had. Not only was the overall service disappointing, but my suitcases were damaged during my stay ( locks were broken while I was away) adding unnecessary stress and expences to my trip.
No compensation provided.
I cannot recommend Hotel France Louvre to anyone

Pros: location is great and stuff is friendly and helpful.
Cons: lift is narrow(maybe 50cm in width?) facilitates are old. Wall is too thin, you can easy hear neighbors. The water tap is leaking.
Overall, it’s a good place for short stay.

Kind staff, the elevator was broken when we got here and they offered to keep our suitcase until it was repaired. When we got back we expected to have to take it upstairs but they already had put it in our room.

Room is quite small, but if you're planning on spending most of your time outside it's fine.

Highly appreciated the fact that there was a staff member 24/7. We were also offered a free coffee everyday.

De locatie van dit krakkemikkige hotel in Parijs is perfect. Echter het hotel zelf is klein (de kamers, trap en de lift doen claustrofobisch aan), slecht onderhouden en oubollig. Ik had een kamer op de 5e etage aan de straatkant (met een klein balkonnetje/schitterend uitzicht op de straat). Op de 1e etage is een kleine kamer waar je wat koffie of thee kan drinken.

Very good location, rooms are being cleaned everyday and totally worth the price.
