The only problem we had was getting the card/light switch to work - we had to call the front desk on several occasions to obtain assistance. And because this happened at inconvenient times, it was a bit frustrating.

Our only negative opinion was the spiral staircase as soon as we opened the room door. Understand why it is there, but we personally found it awkward. So for that reason we would ask for a room without one or stay elsewhere. Otherwise the hotel looked and felt great with friendly staff.

We had a lovely visit and are sincerely distressed to hear of the fire at Notre Dame that occurred on the day we left. A few comments - one of our rooms - 203 - had a sour smell, I personally would have liked an option other than the down comforter for sleeping, it's just too warm for me, the shower in 204 was hard to manage with the high step out of the tub. The staff were very pleasant and enjoyable.

So impressed with this hotel .... great service from start to finish. The hotel is beautifully designed... like staying in a bit of history! Beautiful, clean room and a great location.... we felt close to everything! We had a great experience here and highly recommend it!

Les plus : bel hotel, belle chambre, bcp rangement, bon accueil.
Les moins : on entend les voisins de chambres.Pas réseau téléphonique au R de C. Manque cafetière. Vérifier les détails dans un 4 étoiles plus lumière dans un des placards.

Enjoyed our stay - hotel is well suited to our needs. Only problem is the yellow vests. One son and family were going to join us but decided to go to Italy instead. We had hoped to see you again in the fall but the other son has talked us out of it - too dangerous for his family. The worst part is your President made a statement that he need to do more to meet the protesters concerns. That doesn't sound like anything will change in the near future.
We hope to see you maybe next year if things calm down.

Hotel du Jeu de Paume is a lovely jewel of a hotel in the best location in Paris! We had a wonderful time and it is so dog friendly, we plan to stay here every time we come to Paris!
