We thought the hotel and its staff were lovely. We enjoyed our stay tremendously and can’t wait to return! Everyone was so friendly. We loved the fire that greeted us in the evening and Lemon was always fun to see.

Excellent location and more luxurious than other hotels on the Ile Saint Louis; professional but friendly service. Could be even better if bedrooms had tea and coffee making facilities as standard (at least one other local hotel now does this and it is becoming increasingly common in French hotels, not just UK/American ones).

I really liked staying on the Ile St Louis: it was so quiet & a wonderfully starting point for exploring Paris. I loved being on the site of the court of the jeu de paume

We loved this hotel! The staff was fantastic- welcoming, helpful and very friendly and fun to talk to. The room was small, typical for Paris, but we’ll appointed and very clean. Very comfortable beds. Highly recommended. And perfect location. Easy to walk everywhere and very quiet.

Excellent séjour à l'hôtel. Nous avons particulièrement aimé le petit déjeuner, le cadre et l'espace bien-être. En revanche, nous avons trouvé la literie trop dure.

We enjoyed our stay and the friendly service. Only negative was the information that the taxi to CDG would be “59 euros everything included” (confirmed twice with reception) and the taxi charged 71 euros.
