Avis mitigé. Le positif : le personnel est très gentil, souriant et avenant. L'emplacement est idéal pour visiter Paris. Chambre défraîchie mais propre.
Le négatif : très bruyant, tant sur les bruits intérieurs que extérieurs (on entend les voisins ronfler). Fenêtre plein ouest : attention à la chaleur l'été !
Et 5e etage sans ascenseur, non praticable pour les personnes à mobilité réduite

Mieux que ce que je pensais. Le point important lorsque je part quelque part c'est avant tout de visiter le lieu et l'emplacement était parfait pour moi. | l'hôtel est très proche d'une station de métro. L'arrêt de bus situé juste à l'extérieur de l'hôtel de plus vous pourrez aller à la tour Eiffel en 20 minutes.

La posizione del Sully è eccezionale ma sono disorganizzati. Per due volte ho prenotato via e mail. La prima volta tutto ok (gennaio 2024).Le camere sono piccole come tutti gli hotel di Parigi con prezzo modesto ma mi è piaciuto. La seconda volta (gennaio 2025) però le camere non c'erano nonostante avessi la mail di conferma. Fortunatamente ci hanno indirizzato in un altro hotel ma non è così che si fa. Noto con piacere che ora sul sito chiedono la carta di credito come garanzia. Se me l'avessero chiesto l'avrei fatto volentieri.

I was somewhat surprised at the hotel as reading the reviews I was expecting the worst. Don't get me wrong it's certainly not a 5 star hotel, it does not boast a lift, nor is the decor amazing. But if you're going to Paris to stay in your room the whole time then why would you even bother going to Paris in the first place.||The location of the hotel is perfect and very close to a metro station. The bus stop directly outside the hotel can bring you to the foot of the Eiffel tower in about 25 minutes.||The hotel could do with a better clean as a bandage was stuck to the end of the bed, however I was surprised based on the reviews that they actually come in and tidy the room whilst you are gone. ||The man on reception was very nice.

非常好，床看起來有點奇怪但很舒服，淋浴有裂縫但這不是問題，價格也不錯。電話線不通，而且只有兩個電源插座。有一個可見的排水管、一台小電視和一個小浴室。吹風機不能用，但還可以。 3 顆星

This is an excellent hotel, but there are two things that prospective guests should know that we didn’t. There is no elevator, which can suck if you’re on the top floor like we were, and they lock the front door at 2:30 am, so you can’t stay out too late. Location is amazing, near Place de la Concorde metro stop, and a shortish walk from Notre Dame. Also near an amazing fruit stand, several patisseries, and some good sushi restaurants. Our room has a private bathroom and plenty of outlets. If you don’t mind some stairs, this is an excellent hotel for a couple on a budget.

The hotel has a great location and the rooms weren’t bad for a 1* hotel. However the smell in bathroom was the worst thing ever. It was so bad, that I couldn’t stay in there without holding my breath. It stank of sewage and faeces.
I recognise that it isn’t a luxury hotel, but having a clean, nice smelling bathroom is the bare minimum.

Расположение очень хорошее, самый центр Парижа, пешая доступность до многих достопримечательностей, можно не думать о транспорте и гулять. Так как я жила и училась в Париже, знаю многое об условиях проживания и могу сказать, что была приятно удивлена тому, что нашла такой отель в самом центре. Довольно просторный номер, без изысков и шика, но есть все необходимое. Чистое постельное белье, полотенца меняли регулярно, wifi работает, ванная в номере. В общем, если вы бы хотели остановиться в центре по приемлемой цене, это отличная опция!
Уставшая мебель и некоторые недочеты в ванной. На 4ый день сломалась горячая вода, но это частая проблема в Париже, к которой нужно быть готовым :)

Only good with the hotel is the location and the owners know it....
Poor maintained, small rooms, cracks for high cost vs reward.
The staff at reception was good and friendly.
Good communication and bus/metra close by.
If we would go back we would take another hotel and spend a little more, this one is not worth it even though it is low vs others in the area.
Better to look for something in the Latin quarters area close to a metro.

Мне понравилось расположение отеля и рецепсионисты, но в моём номере небыло отопления и чайника, а я была простужена. 2 одеяла, что я нашла в номере не дали необходимого тепла. 27 ноября было уже холодно.

Plein de poussière, couverture sale, mauvaise odeur dans la salle de bain et chambre familiale réservée depuis longtemps non attribuée, une fois arrivé sur place. 1 chambre surchauffée et l'autre sans chauffage... Très très déçue !!! Ne mérite pas du tout d'étoile

The location of the hotel is really good. It is very easy to reach Notre Dame by walking. It is also very close to the Seine River. The room we stayed in was a little small, but it was still enough for two people. It was clean. The bed was comfortable. Since it is on a busy street, there was a little street noise, but it was not enough to bother us. Moreover, there are shops such as markets and bakeries nearby. Yes, it is a little old, but it is worth staying.

Paris şehir merkezinde tam bir ekonomi oteli. Elbette eski, imkanları sınırlı, tefrişatı yıpranmış. Ama hem ulaşım ağlarına hem gezilecek yerlere yakın. Fiyatı ucuz olduğundan daha fazla puan kırmıyorum.

Excelente ubicacion si vas a Paris. Muy amable y predispuestos en la atencion. El hotel es antiguo y por eso tiene sus limitaciones.Pero el lugar es muy bueno y el precio en esa ubicaciñón es mas que razonable.

Idéal centre de Paris. Petit hôtel sans prétention mais correct pour l emplacement. Bon accueil. Chambre propre au décor vieillot et tres peu insonorisees mais pour une nuit ou deux le sully fait le job

Es un hostal muy pequeño y antiguo en el mismo centro de París. Ideal para pasar la noche y dejar las maletas durante el día. No se puede esperar demasiado, es un hostal, pero cumple con su cometido. El barrio es ideal con todo lo necesario y Justo al lado de Bastilla y del precioso barrio de Marais . A 5 minutos caminando de Hotel de Ville o ayuntamiento de París.

Really enjoyed our stay, room was nice, small but comfortable, clean towels everyday and in a great location, close to metro stations and buses and taxis. This is a room only hotel, which is OK as there are plenty of local places to eat. It is on a busy road, but once the windows are closed you can't hear anything.
I would definitely go back.

While this hotel boasts an unbeatable location in the heart of Paris, the condition of the rooms is disappointingly subpar for the price of over €100 per night. Issues like broken doors, uncleanliness, and stained sheets significantly detract from the overall experience. For a comfortable stay in the city, I'd recommend investing a bit more in accommodation that prioritizes cleanliness and maintenance.

Das Hotel hat eine super zentrale Lage.
Die Zimmer sind klein, Möbel zweckmäßig und nicht neu, aber recht sauber. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist für Paris völlig in Ordnung. Unser Zimmer war im 4. Stock, die Treppen waren anstrengend, aber machbar.
Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt. Wer Luxus erwartet, ist hier falsch. Zweckmäßig ist der richtige Ausdruck. Und in Laufnähe ist alles für den täglichen Bedarf, Bäckereien, Café 's,
Supermärkte und die Metro.

Positive:||Good location to get around the city via public transport||Negatives:||No lift so would advise against here if you have any mobility issues. I am able bodied and found the stairs hard going at times.||No coffee or tea making facilities.||Walls paper thin so could hear neighbours when they were around. ||The clothes storage was lacking and shabby. Broken hangers were provided which was frustrating.||The bathroom tap was loose. Also the light went in it on the last evening making using it difficult.||The carpet was dirty. The skirting boards and general decor needed painting and updating. The bathroom door had been damaged. ||I found the staff's attitude flat and disinterested - minimual service or advice offered.
