Läget är perfekt för allehanda utflykter. Rummen små och mycket personligt inredda. Tyvärr ganska dålig städning, väldigt dammigt.

Situado a dos pasos de Notre Dame y hotel de Ville. Las habitaciones tienen una decoración personalísima y todas son distintas. Muy bonitas. El hotel es antiguo pero muy bien conservado, dispone de ascensor.
Merece la pena estar en el centro de la ciudad.
El sábado teníamos un mercado en frente del hotel, pude comprar fruta. Buenísima.
La atención del personal muy profesional, la limpieza y estado de la habitación muy correcta.
Repetiría de volver a París.

Hôtel charmant, hyper bien placé à la décoration désuète mais rigolote. Un lieu qui a de la personnalité ! Chambres petites mais propres, bon petit déjeuner et service sympathique. Parking en face. Nous reviendrons.

We only had an overnight stay in Paris and I'm really glad we chose this hotel for our stay. The hosts were lovely and helpful. Our room was charming, as was the common room in the hotel. The location was excellent, within walking distance to every place we wanted to go. I love street markets and because our stay was so short I thought I wouldn't be able to go to one and was thrilled to find there is one right across the stree from the hotel. I'm already planning our next stay there!

We just returned home after a ten night stay and all I can say is that this is a fantastic and delightful hotel. It is a true value in the heart of the Marais.
Close to everything we wanted to see, including Notre Dame, an easy walk. Our room overlooked the charming bustling courtyard. The staff were just lovely! Although we did not take the breakfast we saw it presented so prettily. Everyone mentions the decor: it’s truly adorable. The elevator worked fine and the shower in our room no.15 ( a twin room) was large and excellent. An unadvertised bonus was a hot -water appliance to make tea, with teabags and cups provided. The room was small so no room for a comfy chair but there were two small chairs and a table. It’s not fancy but it fit the bill. It felt like real Paris.

Ein echt französisches kleines Hotel mitten in Paris. Die Zimmer sind in charmanten Mustern und farbenfroh eingerichtet. Alles da, was man braucht.
Dem Badezimmer hätten ein paar Zentimeter mehr Platz ganz gut getan, aber das ist verschmerzbar.
Das Frühstück war wunderbar und in einem guten Preis-Leistungsverhältnis.
Das Personal war sehr freundlich und sprach ausgezeichnet Englisch.

J’ai séjourné dans cet hôtel lors d’un déplacement professionnel. Service impeccable et petit déjeuner au top avec des produits frais ! Le seul petit bémol était le bruit du chauffage dans la chambre. Je recommande cet établissement

My wife and I spent eight nights at Hotel de Nice at Christmas time in 2024. Our experience was completely pleasant. The staff was very accommodating, the room was clean and amply sized and there was plenty of hot water. I would most certainly stay there again, as it is a very good value for the price and the location is very very good.

A five star experience for a 3 star hotel.
Hotel De Nice was better than expected.
Interesting decor, proximity to everywhere and kind helpful hosts. Secure. Our room was striking in its maximillism and colour. The lift was possibly the smallest I have ever used.

Wonderful hotel, beautiful traditional French decor and ambience, very clean and well maintained, helpful staff, amazing location right on the heart of a great neighbourhood with fantastic cafes, everything we needed. Perfect for our 2 night stay

Sono stata per giusto una notte in questo hotel vecchio stile in pieno quartiere le marais. Ovviamente il quartiere è incredibile e quindi la posizione davvero top. In compenso, l’hotel non ha una stanza adeguata al prezzo così come la struttura. Bisogna suonare per farsi aprire il portone e la prima rampa di scale non si può fare in ascensore. Non ho provato la colazione quindi non posso giudicare.

Well I'll tell you.. there were things left to be desired. The bed was pretty much like sleeping on a plywood box ! Very small room and quite pricey for what you get.. we could have stayed at the Hyatt Regency for the same amount of money !The breakfast served was at best mediocre.. just a little more effort like a hunk of cheese and a hard cooked egg, Basically a baguette & a crescent roll small cup of prepackaged apple sauce ????
Upon arrival the front desk staff was very cold and unwelcoming !!
On the 2nd day I buzzed the front door to get in never told that during the day it is unlocked and the guy ran down the hall and pretty much growled at me! IT'S OPEN!!! Stay somewhere else!!
Oh yeah BTW All sink and shower soap containers were empty upon check in !
My overall rating of a 3 is very generous!

The hotel is very centrally located almost opposite the Hotel de Ville on Rue de Rivoli at the front corner of a small square and about 200m from the Metro and the BHV department store. There are at least 10 restaurants within about 150m of the hotel.|The staff were welcoming and spoke English (if you need help with luggage there is a lift staff can access from the ground floor to reception on the first floor) NB this lift is not normally available, so you do need to be able to climb one flight of stairs, then a lift is available to all other floors. I would not consider it wheelchair/mobility friendly. We liked the room which is an average size for Europe and had a good size wardrobe. It was always heated when it was cold and the radiators are supplemented with heating/cooling air-conditioning (in our room). The bed was comfortable (with sheets and blankets) and at least queen size. The shower was very compact but easy to use and the shower, basin and toilet all reasonably new. Housekeeping was good and as the pictures show the decoration was very French. The central location near many museums, and other interesting locations was very convenient. There are a couple of small supermarkets close by.

I had a lovely stay here. It's a very charming hotel in a great neighborhood. The staff were very helpful and patient with my inadequate French. I had a single room, which was on the top floor and formerly a maid's room. Even though it was small, it was all I needed.

J'ai séjourné dans de meilleurs hôtels à Paris. Il est bien situé, la chambre est typiquement petite pour le quartier, mais il était permis de fumer dans notre chambre et j'étais donc toujours très malade le matin après avoir inhalé les odeurs, ce n'était pas clair quand j'ai réservé que c'était permis de fumer.

Excellent emplacement pour visiter Paris, à proximité de nombreux sites célèbres.
Les chambres sont confortables, mais plus important encore lorsque l'été est chaud, le climatiseur est excellent ! Très important à avoir pendant la vague de chaleur qui a frappé en septembre 2023.
Le personnel est très gentil et professionnel.

Cet hôtel était magnifique et se trouvait dans un endroit central parfait. Malheureusement, le personnel de la réception a été très impoli et étonnamment peu serviable. Nous avions besoin de réserver un taxi pour nous rendre à un train tôt le matin, et nous avons donné un préavis de 24 heures comme demandé. La réceptionniste nous a dit qu'elle avait essayé deux compagnies sans succès et que c'était tout ce qu'elle pouvait faire, qu'elle ne pouvait pas nous aider à trouver un taxi et que nous pouvions essayer d'en trouver un nous-mêmes à une station de taxis locale à 5 heures du matin, et que nous en obtiendrions "probablement" un. Il se peut que l'hôtel n'ait passé de contrat qu'avec deux compagnies de taxis, mais cela n'a pas été expliqué, et c'est donc un mystère. Tous les hôtels où j'ai séjourné, quelle que soit la ville ou le pays, ont été heureux d'aider à organiser le transport avec un préavis raisonnable. Nous sommes deux personnes âgées avec de grosses valises, ce dont elle était consciente. Bien que nous ayons aimé l'aspect physique et l'emplacement de cet hôtel, nous n'y reviendrons pas.

It’s changed. Music from the street performers in the square below my window BLASTING from 8pm to 11pm (not their fault). Vulgar r&b + MJ’s Thiller (twice), that matters.
I was in room 4, facing the square on the north.
I politely asked to change rooms and caught some attitude from the desk. I changed hotels the next day because I couldn’t get any rest there. I had to pay for the lost night because of the cancellation policy.
These are hospitality basics.
Good location, though.
