Very comfortable room, delicious breakfast, friendly staff - especially Estelle and Thiane who gave us the delicious breakfast - so much choice and really good value. Overall, it's a great location and perfect for my 90 year old Dad who can't walk so far.

In the middle of the city there are many restaurants and shops close by. Staff members are very friendly and helpful to work on any of your needs.

Zero Stars. Rip Off scheme. I reserved a room for this May 2025 in mid 2024. This reservation was made through the hotel’s website portal. The rates stipulated that the reservation needed to be cancelled by two weeks before arrival date to not be charged. About a month later I submitted a cancellation request through the website portal. I received a message instantly that the request had been ‘successfully’ submitted . Plans had changed. I thought that should have ended the matter. After a few months of not hearing anything more I decided to submit another cancellation request, again through the hotel’s own website. Again I received an instant reply that the request was successfully submitted. ||Two weeks to the day before the original reservation date I received a notice from my credit card company that the full amount of the original reservation price ( over $2000 US) was charged to my account. I immediately telephoned the hotel. The person answering the call said he could not address this issue. I needed to submit another cancellation request email request, or call the next morning after 7:00 am to speak with his manager. I sent the email explaining the sequence of events to the hotel email listed on their website. I also telephoned the next morning but was told the manager was not available and would not be available until that afternoon. I then received a response to my email requesting reconciliation for the fraudulent charges made to my credit card. The email simply stated that I had somehow not complied with their reservation rules, and nothing could be done. Then my updated credit card statement came up saying the whole amount ($2000+) had been charged.

My husband and I stayed at Hotel L de Lutèce in April. We wanted somewhere independent and in a location that wasn't in the centre of Paris. From the moment we stepped in to the hotel we were looked after so well. ||The hotel was clean with a very cosy feel. The afternoon tea was a lovely touch. Every member of staff we met were polite and helpful. ||We stayed in room 11 and had a street view (which we picked) and it was so lovely to be able to open the balcony door and have fresh air in the room. There was very little street noise when we stayed. ||The breakfast was one of the best we've had - I loved that we could have breakfast later. I have to mention the most delicious croissant and pain au chocolat we've had in our lives.||You're so close to the river and there are some fantastic places to eat close by. ||We cannot wait to come back!

A Perfect Parisian Stay at Hôtel L de Lutèce!
Our stay at Hôtel L de Lutèce was absolutely wonderful. The hotel itself was charming and beautifully maintained, with a lobby that quickly became one of our favorite spots — cozy, inviting, and always offering tea, cake, and a warm atmosphere. The breakfast was exceptional, (Thank you Moses!) easily one of the best we’ve had, and the staff were incredibly kind and attentive throughout our visit. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience.
Highly recommended. We will be back!

Possibly the best location I've ever stayed in Paris; just by Notre Dame, you could hear 'the bells' every morning. We walked to all the sights including Le Louvre, Musee d'Orsay, Place des Vosges and Le Marais - we even found the house where Jim Morrison of 'The Doors' met his maker! Very pretty entrance and lounge with fire. The concierge team was very helpful. We had a top floor room which did mean using the very small lift a lot but gave great views over the Paris skyline.Lovely touches and amenities like coffee machine in the room, beds made every day, afternoon tea and cake in the lounge. You can leave your baggage after checkout prior to your journey home. The area has a lot of great eateries so you can sample delicious crepes and galettes. The hotel is very old - we had a beamed ceiling in the room - and is a boutique style so all rooms and access areas are small compared to larger modern hotel chains but that's part of the charm.

The loveliest little boutique hotel! We love the charming decor and the little sweet treats in the lobby are a nice touch. The breakfast is so delicious, all organic and local produce (the best scrambled eggs and French toast ever). Great location and a short walk from either side of the Seine. We’ve been here a few times now and it’s a favourite.

Small but well laid out rooms. Lift was essential and good.
Simple breakfast was nice, but service was quite slow. Front desk helpful too.
We would stay again for the value as well.

Le cadre est idéal, les chambres, décorées avec goût, sont très confortables, les petits déjeuners sont aussi copieux que gourmets et le service est parfait de l’accueil au restaurant. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

A lovely little hotel!
From behind the window you can see the houses of the 16th century, there are few of them left in Paris. This is the oldest place in Paris!
The hotel is quiet and cozy. All the rooms of the hotel are tiny, but it is cozy and pretty. The hotel has several floors, and there are only a couple of rooms on each floor. There is an elevator. The rooms with high ceilings are small and comfortable, they have everything you need. The hotel is warm, which is very important to me. The bed linen is soft, natural, high-quality, the blanket is warm. We didn't use transportation. All the wonderful sights are nearby.
Very polite and helpful staff. They sincerely helped me with all my questions. Good breakfast! Chef Moses prepares breakfast himself. The selection is small, but what is on the menu is fresh and delicious! Moses took great care of us at all our breakfasts and fed us well)) Thank you to everyone at the hotel for a wonderful vacation in Paris!

This a beautiful small hotel. Everything is well maintained and the staff is excellent. It is in an great location with many sites and ample restaurants and stores.
The Bertillion ice cream made fresh on the island is one of the best I have had anywhere.
Breakfast is nice and offers it made to order from the extremely kind and attentive Moses. It’s a simple menu but very nice. He remembered my order after the second day.
I would definitely stay here again.

Stayed here for a night as a couple and loved the experience very much. This is a small boutique hotel at the heart of Ile St Louis in a very centrally located, yet calm area. The rooms are designed with lot of charm and elegance. Complimentary tea and treats are offered for tea time in the lobby, which we've enjoyed by the old fireplace during a rainy afternoon. The staff were very friendly throughout our stay. Looking forward to returning soon!

OK, this is our all-time favorite place to stay when in Paris: on Île Saint-Louis in the very center of everything. This is a small, intimate, typically French hotel with very welcoming staff and a lovely breakfast. There is nowhere in Paris where we would prefer to stay. We have returned repeatedly to this little hotel's warm embrace. One can easily walk from the hotel to most of Paris' major attractions.

The hotel boasts an excellent location on St. Louis Island, nestled along the River Seine, right in the heart of Paris. Its proximity to both metro and bus stops, just a 5-minute walk away, makes it incredibly convenient for exploring the city. Additionally, the island is home to a variety of fine dining options, adding to the appeal of the location.
While the hotel's amenities were somewhat basic, the junior suite we chose was impressively spacious, featuring two large windows that added to its charm.
In summary, our stay was quite satisfying. Considering the affordable rate we paid for such a generously sized room in central Paris, it felt like a great value for our money.

Every single person bends over backwards to be kind and helpful.
The breakfast service features food from the countless top-tier bakeries, cheese shops, etc. in the neighborhood. They select the best and bring it to you.
Very happy with our stay.
