EXCELLENT Bistrot parisien ! L'accueil chaleureux du personnel nous met rapidement à l'aise dans ce sympathique restaurant.
Le service est parfait. ambiance chaleureuse. une bonne adresse à "déguster" !

The staff are unfriendly. There are similar shops next to this place that sell the same ice cream, so go to the other shops for the ice cream with much cheaper price.

We had a terrible experience dining here. Not only was the staff unfriendly and rude, but our food was cold and frankly, really bad quality for this price point. You would be a lot better off dining in any of the other incredible restaurants in Ile Saint Louis.

De passage à Paris, nous avons apprécié l’accueil efficace et sympathique, des produits cuisinés sur place, des prix raisonnables, bref, si vous passez par l’île saint Louis, je recommande !

Located at this spot is the best Glace / Ice cream in Paris. Berthillon is a family-run business making a wonderful range of glace, ice cream. Without a doubt this is considered one of the world’s finest ice cream makers, Berthillon has been based for over half a century in the very touristic Ile Saint-Louis area of Paris.

The servers were really nice as well as the manager who spoke to all of the customers. Food is great. Three of us ordered the special dish of the day ( pictured here) and we all loved it. I ordered a crêpe which I also loved.

Une brasserie tradi de qualité. Nous sommes arrivé peu avant la fermeture le gérant nous accueilli jusqu'au bout. Les glaces sont excellentes.

Unfriendly treatment. We visited this place. One of us has a broken shoulder She was asked to move to another table without explanation. No consideration for her. We will avoid this place in future

They served me a Hoogarden that had a bad taste. I asked them to change it. They still charged me for it. Poor customer service. Would not recommend.
Also, the beer was overpriced and there was a very tiny selection.

Une jeune serveuse adorable, professionnelle qui n'hésite pas à faire preuve d'humour.

Une patronne qui semblait peu aimable de loin malgré une demande gentiment formulée...

Un repas sympa mais pas inoubliable.

Nous avons chacune eu un bon morceau de bœuf et un autre autre rempli de nerfs. La dose de frites était plus fait pour le grignotage que pour les gourmands et la salade se noyait un peu dans la sauce (bonne mais trop dosée).

Hors saison, certes, mais une boule de glace Berthillon tristement présenter dans un bol en métal. Heureusement leur brioche perdue était très bonne bonne.

Pratique pour déjeuner à 3h de l'après-midi mais pas la meilleure des brasseries.

Je ne recommande absolument pas !!
On a prit plusieurs pots de glaces, la CB n'est pas acceptée en dessous de 10€. Premier point négatif et bien sur cela n'est pas indiqué.
Seconde point négatif, je suis allée demandé gentiment à la serveuse du restaurant si je pouvais me rendre aux wc en lui précisant bien qu'on avait acheté plusieurs pots de glaces.
Sa réponse ? Le fait d'acheter à l'extérieur du restaurant ne vous donne pas l'accès au restaurant et donc aux wc. Elle ma demandé de payer 0.50€ pour aller aux toilettes !!!
Je n'aurais rien acheté, encore j'aurais compris mais là c'est vraiment se moquer de nous.
Je suis donc restée avec mon envie plusieurs heures avant de rentrer chez moi.
Franchement passer votre chemin y'a bien mieux et bien plus COMMERCANT ailleurs !!

We are a family and went were there to buy 6 ice-creams, spending around 25 euros. When we went to the toilet we saw we had to pay 0,5 euros each to open the door. As we tried to enter 2 persons at the same time, the women working as a waiter started telling us we had to pay for each person going to the toilet. She lied saying that the the ice-cream and the restaurant was not the same business, which is clearly not true. He made us feel stupid and the situation became unfortunate. That tension created for 0,5 euros ruined our afternoon.
