Excelente comida, muito saborosa e ambiente acolhedor. Estávamos em 5 pessoas e pedimos um “potage du jour”, sopa de cebola, um “crêpe de sarrasin garnie” e um “bourguignon de seitan”. Todos estavam excelente! Recomendo muito!!! ???? estava tão bom que esquecemos de tirar fotos, aí tirei a da sobremesa que foi um “créme brûlée aux abricots” que estava bem gostoso!!

Minha única reclamação é o calor, estava muito quente lá dentro. Faltou uma ventilação!!

This was a cozy and enjoyable experience but I expected the food to be a little better, based on the hype. I had the seitan roast, and while the filling tasty smokey and good, the seitan itself wasn’t the best (too chewy and bready). My fiancée had the cassoulet and it wasn’t at all what I’d pictured — one big pile of lentils rather than proper stew. Service was pretty slow compared to the other vegan places in Paris.

We got the three "cheese" plate and the paccheri.
We didn't really like the "cheese" and it definitely wasn't worth the price. It looked a lot bigger in the photos.
The paccheri was really good though, I'd go back if it wasn't so expensive.

Cannot understand where all the good reviews are coming from. :(

Not because the service was bad or the atmosphere not that pretty, but because the food honestly tastes really bad, and while eating, you think – I could do this better.

The cheese on the onion soup wasn’t bad, but the soup base itself tasted so gross that I couldn’t finish it. Lacked flavor, no depth, watery, and had a strong herbal taste that reminded me of store-bought bouillon and a random herb mix. The best thing was the artichoke-creme, but even the bread served with it wasn't fresh and not that tasty.

To my unpleasant surprise, the sauce for the boeuf bourguignon was just the same bad soup, thickened. No depth, way too strong herbal taste, no wine-flavor at all and the potato gratin was bland as well. I enjoyed the flowershaped carrots in the sauce but they were also overcooked.... :(

The vegetable plate with quinoa was also exactly the kind of dish you’d expect from a !!non-vegan!! restaurant with no clue what to serve a vegan guest – unimaginative and random.
A ready-made sauce was just placed on the table so you could season the bland food yourself. :(
(i think for that price and for the fact its a fully vegan place they should do better.)

Afterwards, we just wanted to pay quickly and leave... which also took forever.
So really not recommended, we wouldn't come again.

Over all: The food tastes bad.
and on top no charming aesthetics at all :(

음식: 프렌치 어니언 수프, 세이탄 브루기뇽, 루바브&애플파이(이건 오늘의 메뉴 같은거라 기존 메뉴판에 없었어요) 주문했습니다
프렌치 어니언 수프가 가장 맛있어요. 치즈의 풍미가 제대로 재현되었습니다.
세이탄 브루기뇽은 스튜맛이 좋았지만, 세이탄 자체가 제 취향에서 벗어난 식감이었어요. 세이탄 식감에 익숙하신 분들은 괜찮을 것 같아요!
루바브&애플파이는 적당히 새콤달달하고 호두의 고소함도 느껴져서 좋았습니다. 다만 파이 크러스트에서 밀가루 맛이 많이 나는 점은 아쉬웠어요.
결론적으로, 비싼 편인 식당이라 위험한 도전을 하고싶지 않으시다면 프렌치 어니언 수프만 드시고 오는 것을 추천합니다! 그것만 먹고 와도 만족하실 거예요 ㅎㅎ
서비스: 일요일 오후2시쯤 방문했는데, 자리가 제법 남아서 예약없이도 바로 앉을수있었어요. 점원분들이 매우 친절하시고, 영어를 적극적으로 구사하십니다. 파리에서의 첫 식사였는데 정말 기분좋은 서비스를 받아서 여행 시작이 즐거웠어요! 감사합니다 :)

Une "première" dans un restaurant Vegan. Mais une "bonne" première !!
Très bien situé, la rue Saint Paul vaut vraiment le coup. Décoration sympathique, ainsi que le personnel.
Nouvelles saveurs du repas dignes d intérêt.

J'ai été plutôt déçue de ce restaurant malgré les nombreux avis positifs. La serveuse était aimable, l'ambiance plutôt sympa, mais la nourriture laisse à désirer. La soupe à l'oignon avait un goût de bouillon trop prononcé, de même pour le bourguignon. Et les prix sont plutôt élevés. Dommage...

Autant les plats sont délicieux et c'est la raison pour laquelle je reviens souvent dans ce resto.
En revanche le service est d'une agressivité tellement désagréable que cela rend l'ambiance anxiogène et très malaisante.
A la limite honteux.

Un endroit pour déjeuner pour les végétariens qui propose des choses originales ! Les plats vegans sont délicieux et très copieux. Tout est frais et de saison.
Le service et l’accueil seraient à revoir, lors de chacune de nos visites, l’équipe n’était pas très chaleureuse…

Expérience gustative... explosive (et pas dans le bon sens)

Réservation à 20h30, prise de commande à 20h50, sans eau ni pain, mais avec beaucoup de "c’est le rush". On aurait pu planter des vignes en attendant notre vin. Quand il est enfin arrivé, surprise : verres sales, traces de vin rouge façon peinture rupestre, et calcaire vintage. Le pain ? Sans doute une relique de la veille!

Les plats ? Un rôti de seitan au poivre qui aurait pu servir de test pour les pompiers : tellement piquant que même ma compagne amatrice d’épices a failli appeler les urgences. Le bourguignon vegan s’en sortait mieux, sauf que le seitan, lui, voulait manifestement rebondir.

Ambiance solidaire entre tables voisines : retards, plaintes, grimaces, tout le monde était dans le même bateau qui coulait lentement. Et pour clore le tout, aucune excuse, aucun geste, si ce n’est une carte pour revenir ????probablement pour nous rejouer le même sketch.

80€ pour deux plats, deux carafes de vin en cubi et une leçon de patience : un rapport qualité-prix qui défie la logique et la gravité.

Très bon commerce, l'accueil est chaleureux et les produits sont de qualité. J’y suis allé plusieurs fois et je n’ai jamais été déçu. En revanche, c’est dommage qu’il n’y ait pas de site internet pour consulter les horaires, les tarifs ou les services proposés. Ce serait un vrai plus pour gagner en visibilité et fidéliser la clientèle.

Super découverte de ce restaurant qui doit sincèrement enseigner aux brasseries et aux restaurants traditionnels comment ils peuvent créer une version végétarienne des plats traditionnels. Belle variété, goût délicieux, personnel sympathique, on ne peut pas demander plus. Je recommande chaudement

A long-standing vegan ally that has been operational since 2003, this particular venue continues to promote healthy vegan cuisine, honouring classic French dishes, but with a vegan twist.

We had the special of the day (Seitan breast with rice and vegetable and mushroom sauce) and the vegan Crêpe. Both were delicious but a little bit expensive.

Repas très copieux mais super bon, surtout la soupe du jour aux asperges ! Vegan qui change des trucs habituels style houmous falafel, c'est style des plats français ( bourguignon, cassoulet...)et c'est trop bien !
Bon service et on n'attend pas 1h.

Restaurant vegan (et saisonal je crois) super mignon, intérieur cute, service vite et très très amical! les repas étaient aussi vraiment bien, de fois juste un peu ennuyeuses et simples regardant le prix.
j‘ai aimé la soupe a l‘oignon!!
