It's a long way from the main sights of Paris. It was about a 35 minute taxi ride to the Eiffel Tower and other sights. The staff weren't that friendly. Our shower hose detached and it wasn't fixed 9 hours later when we returned to the room. Este, a room attendant, was very nice!!!

Eşim ve oğlumla 4 gece konakladığımız otelden genel anlamda memnun kaldık. Odalar çok temizdi ve 7/24 sıcak su vardı. Kahvaltı çeşit olarak yeterli değildi. Personel son derece kibar ve güzel yüzlüydü. Tek puan kıracağım konu otelin konumu ile alakalı o da aslında otelin kendisi ile alakalı değil. Akşam saat 21.00 ve sonrasında otelin özellikle otele yakın olan Riquet metro istasyonu ve o bölgedeki konumlarında çok güvenli hissedilmiyor. Ailece özellikle hava karardıktan sonra yürümek isteyeceğiniz bölgeler değil. Yine otel çevresinde market ve restoran bakımından alternatif fazla. Biz özellikle Le Bastringue restorandan çok memnun kaldık. Genel olarak otelin kendisinden memnun kaldım. Tekrar tercih edilebilecek bir otel.

Für 1-3 Tage ausreichend. War sauber und gemütlich. Die Lage ist nicht super.

GREAT Location!! Right on a Canal the vibe is terrific. If you jog or bike this must be the place because lots of you out here. Affordable, clean, modern room with one of the best breakfast, ave I've been traveling for 18 days with lots of choices. Very close to 2 Metro stations, Riquet and Crimee, either will get you, with transfers to downtown and the eiffel tomorrow or really anywhere. Transportation on the RER(Train) and Metro(subway) is easy and affordable. However, there are a lot of transfer points. From the airport we took the RER (C) to the the Metro line 7, to Riquet metro station. About $35 for 2 people. HOWEVER, the Metro does not have escalators and we just got off a cruise and had 2 large bags plus one carry on that we had to take up and down a lot of stairs. It was an extreme work out and I dont recommend the Metro with luggage. Down load the Bolt App, and use that to this hotel if traveling with large bags. Paris is amazing and the food is excellent and affordable considering wine costs less and you tip as you see fit, but not like 20%, though they deserve it also:) Again, great neighbor hood on a Canal. Quiet, clean, will come back.

What a great location to be right on the canal. Lots of businesses nearby for bakeries, food and drinks. Although, the the rooms are a bit small, it's what is expected in Europe. Nevertheless it was a great stay. They had a wonderful breakfast with fruit, meats, fresh bread and coffee, etc. and staff are helpful. Close to bus lines. I esp enjoyed sitting in the garden area overlooking the canal, and they had cherry tomatoes growing that appeared free to sample. The only downside is there is no fridge in the room, but was able to get a bag of ice downstairs at the bar. Tha area itself is so lovely and lively with regular folks playing bocce ball , running or biking. Felt like we were in a regular neighborhood but also lots of tourists around. I would definitely stay here again.

Hotel muito bom, e numa localização maravilhosa, mercado, lavanderia, farmácia e estação de metrô muito próximo. Café da manhã simples mas saboroso. Recomendo e pretendo voltar. Uma dica: reservem diretamente com eles pelo site IHG que vão economizar na estadia, pelo book é mais caro

We stayed 4 nights & had a lovely canal view. Quiet floor- never disturbed by other guests coming & going.

Breakfast was pretty good, but scrambled eggs were only warm to cold. Pretty nice variety. Had a really morning check out & it was very thoughtful to have a to-go bag of snacks for those who left before breakfast.

The best part of our stay was the gentleman who checked us in- Ibraham (I hope I have that right!). He was so completely helpful & pleasant! He recommended a few restaurants for dinner. We went to 2 (1 twice!) & they were delicious. Right on the canal/easy walk. He also plotted out how we would use the Metro to get to the sites in Paris we had tickets for & the times. He even made sure the route was correct on Sunday (it wasn't so he refigured), which we would never have thought of on our own. We saw him several times during our stay & it always felt like we had a friend in a foreign place. He is truly an asset to your hotel!

Using the Metro was convenient & made staying "further out" from the tourist areas very "do-able". We left our rental car parked in the hotel garage, except for our drive thru Monmarte/Versailles the last day.

Very clean.

Would have appreciated a little fridge, but bartender gave us a little bag of ice each night for our drinks.

Le lieu est superbe au bord du canal.
Notre chambre avait une belle vue.
La chambre est aussi bien fonctionnelle avec un canapé convertible pour une 3eme personne. Le petit déjeuner est varié et très bien.
A 20 minutes du centre de Paris en métro, et à pieds de la Vilette le long du canal.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit dem Hotel. Die Lage ist super, ruhig aber sehr nah zur Metro. Am Kanal kann man spazieren und essen oder trinken gehen und ist schnell in der Stadt. Das Zimmer war ausreichend groß, wir hatten für die dritte Person ein Klappsofa, das aber sehr bequem war. Etwas mehr Stauraum wäre noch wünschenswert. Das Frühstück war lecker und ausreichend, wir hätten uns nur noch ein bisschen mehr Obst und Gemüse gewünscht. Die Mitarbeiter waren alle sehr nett.
Im Zimmer hängt eine Aufforderung, dass die Handtücher nur gewechselt werden, wenn man sie auf den Boden legt. Wir hätten nicht jeden Tag neue Handtücher benötigt und haben sie deshalb immer aufgehängt. Sie wurden dennoch täglich ausgetauscht.

Arriving from America after a long flight, the hotel looked after our bags until we could check in, everyone spoke English extremely good. Very clean and comfortable, the breakfast was truly wonderful! So many different choices, all perfectly presented with staff that clean away tables so fast, everyone was amazing.

Next door to the hotel is a very good fish restaurant and a walk up and around the canal you will find a dozen or more restaurants all with good service and food. It was a 5 minute walk to the metro, (Crimee) and just 20 minutes to all the sites of Paris. Some people advised not to stay in the 19th arr, but we felt very safe, of course some areas you need to be careful, but they are in every city all over the world!

For us, we highly recommend this hotel, remembering its Paris, so room are not that big!

Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed by Ibrahim, who continued to check in with us throughout our stay. The hotel is ideally situated in a charming area with cozy bars right outside. Thanks to nearby public transport, we could reach all of Paris’s top attractions in no time. Our room was spacious, even with the addition of a sofa bed. We would happily recommend this hotel to all our friends.

Tous les 3 ascenseurs en panne alors que nous etions au 6eme. Cohue au petit déjeuner. Très mauvaise expérience. Je ne recommande pas cet hôtel qui ne mérite pas ses étoiles. C'est dommage car il est plutôt bien placé mais l'emplacement ne fait pas tout.

Hotel itself was clean. Room was nice and breakfast was very good. Area was quite peaceful on late evenings also. Some hotel staff was quite friendly but Tall shorthaired earings guy on breakfast was very rude. He was some manager i think. Also Melrose on front desk gave some blunt answers.
There is no safe on the room so valuables have to store on front desk. One night we waited little less than 1h cause front desk didnt know how to use or did not have key for the safe. Averall quite ok place to stay if you are ok with french picky and cocky service culture time to time...

Wonderful! Lovely area...lots of energy and local vibe. Excellent fun.||Several metro stations nearby with easy access to Paris.||Hotel staff....wonderful. Breakfast far better than US properties. Staff was helpful and responsive.||Room was spotless and thoroughly cleaned daily.||Absolutely recommend. Bravo!

Bon hôtel, solide. En raison du prix, beaucoup de jeunes, mais ce n'est pas si mal. Vue sur la Seine (surclassement ! car membre du club HIE). Petit déjeuner excellent et parking à côté et en dessous de l'hôtel. Prix raisonnable.
A cinq minutes de la station de métro !

Chambre un peu petite pour 3 personnes, mais étant donné que nous sommes en déplacement, elle est très bien pour cela.
Le personnel est sympathique et serviable.
Petit déjeuner dans une petite salle, bon toujours approvisionné et très varié.
Situation agréable près du métro et pratique pour se rendre au centre en 15 minutes !
Je recommande si vous voulez rester à Paris sans dépenser une fortune.
Les enfants sont les bienvenus jusqu'à 18 ans !

D'une manière générale, cet hôtel semble agréable. Cependant, nous avons eu un problème au moment de l'enregistrement car nous avions réservé pour 3 personnes au lieu de 4. Nous avons donc dû payer une chambre supplémentaire pour une nuit, puis partir dans un autre hôtel le lendemain. Je pense que la solution proposée n'était pas idéale. En fait, nous n'avons pas utilisé la chambre supplémentaire, mais nous avons quand même dû la payer. Il aurait certainement pu y avoir une autre solution flexible à ce problème Cependant, j'apprécie l'attitude polie et professionnelle du personnel, je vous en remercie. Deuxièmement, en ce qui concerne l'emplacement, je ne me suis pas sentie en sécurité à chaque fois que j'entrais et sortais de la station de métro Stalingrad, située à proximité. Il y a BEAUCOUP de fauteurs de troubles qui traînent et qui essaient d'attirer votre attention. Je ne me suis pas sentie en sécurité dans ce quartier, en général. Soyez donc prudent lorsque vous vous rendez à l'hôtel ou en revenez.
