Avis HÔTEL STAR CHAMPS-ÉLYSÉES Paris

Stayed here with my wife on our first trip to Paris. Staff were amazing, nothing was too much trouble and went out of their way to accommodate us. Rooms a wee bit smaller than I would like but I believe this par for the course in Parisian hotels. Great hotel, would wholeheartedly recommend to anyone!

Stayed here for a long weekend with friends, the hotel was in a great location, close to local restaurants and cafes with a metro station a couple of minutes walk away with a metro line direct to Gard Du Nord and access to the Eurostar.||The staff were friendly and helpful with reception being manned 24hrs a day.||The rooms were clean and well appointed with tea / coffee making facilities, hairdryer in the bathroom. The rooms were a good size for central Paris.||Left luggage service meant on day of departure we could continue to explore Paris in the morning without our cases.

très bonne surprise pour ma part, le personnel est d'une extrême gentillesse toujours prêt a rendre service.
les chambres sont bien, la literie confortable j'y ai passé une très bonne nuit au calme ce qui est rare à Paris.
je recommande cet hôtel les yeux fermés et y retournerai sans hésiter lors de mon prochain séjour sur Paris.

I stayed here for a solo trip, this is a lovely hotel. The room was slightly smaller than I anticipated besides that I loved the location and area. I felt comfortable walking around alone at night and its about a 5 minute walk from the Arc, there are a plethora of restaurants within walking distance some open 24/7, and there are taxis right across the street from the Arc. This hotel is great for quick solo stay.,

L'accueil a été particulièrement chaleureux et le personnel est vraiment à votre écoute. |L'hôtel est très bien tenu dans un quartier calme proche de divers restaurants. |La piscine, avec ses jets d'eau , son espace "tisanerie", est vraiment un plus au séjour

Très beau hôtel avec une belle décoration ! Jeune équipe avec un service dynamique. Merci Anselme, Félix et Michael ! Ils sont très attentionnés. Chambre très propre avec une très belle déco ! Super petit déjeuner ! La cuisine est excellente et rapide !

The hotel is very good situated just next to the Arc de Triomphe. All the people were very friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean, the breakfast big and the pool cool to relax and swim.

Stayed here with husband and teenage daughter. Great location, if you are arriving via metro as you come up the stairs you get a view of the Arc de Triomphe and the Eiffel Tower! Only a couple mins walk to the hotel. Although we were early the hotel checked us in as room was available. Room very nice and you can see the Eiffel Tower from balcony (room 602). |There is a spa and a nice pool, ideal after a day of walking! Charge is €30 per room for the duration of your stay. |Staff very friendly and helpful, arranged a taxi back to CDG for us and held our luggage. A great hotel.

I never thought I’d have to write a review like this, but here we are.||||During our stay, we used the in-room safe to store a few valuables, assuming (naively) that a safe would be… well, safe. Big mistake. We checked out of room and accidently left our headphones in the safe. Once we realised we had misplaced them we returned to hotel who assured us "Nothing was left in the room". our Apple headphones (Value of £500) were gone — taken directly from the locked safe. Luckily these headphones are trackable and they were moving further out of Paris city. ||||We reported this immediately, and instead of concern, we were met with dismissiveness and zero accountability. No investigation, not even an apology. The front desk treated us like we were making it up, which only made things worse. The lady at the front desk after hours of back and forth, called the housekeeper who admitted to stealing the headphones and taking them home with her. Instead of handing them into lost property as you would except (considering we only checked out 2/3 hours ago).||||The manager of the property then continued to tell us "its our own fault" and "they were not stolen". As we had a flight to catch back home they assured us we would be refunded for our stay and compensated for the extra hours our driver had to wait until we got to the bottom of this issue. ||||The hotel has now refused to give us a refund or any compensation for our stay, they are supposedly posting our belongings back to us, However we have no idea the current condition and state of the headphones considering they had been taken by someone we do not know. ||||Let me be blunt: if your belongings matter to you, stay far away from this place. These are the kind of people they are employing and they can access your room at any time and stealing from a locked safe is not only unacceptable — it’s criminal.||||We came for rest and relaxation. We left with frustration and a police report. Never again.

J'ai spécifiquement réservé cet hôtel car ils proposent un service SPA ,massage. Après avoir réservé en ligne j'ai téléphoné pour réserver le massage. La réception m'a fait savoir qu'ils ne prenaient pas de réservation mais m'ont assuré que lors de ma venue la veille je pourrais sans difficulté réserver pour le lendemain matin ( je leur ai demandé si c était vraiment sur car c'était pour un cadeau … ). Lors de notre arrivée nous avons donc voulu réserver un massage duo et la personne de la réception nous a informé qu'il n' y avait pas de places…C'est donc vraiment pas sérieux.
J'ajouterai que vu le standing de l'hôtel ,nous avons été surpris qu'ils demandent 30€ à leurs client pour l'accès à la piscine !
Cela me parait assez déplacé…

Toujours aussi bien.|L’hôtel est parfaitement situé et les chambres charmantes et confortables (qu’est-ce qu’on y dort bien).|L’accueil est également au TOP.|Et pour finir, le petit déjeuner est varier et très complet.|Je recommande fortement.

Stayed here with my family when visiting Paris. Great hotel! Staff and service was perfect. Also, a great location, would definitely come back here to stay.

c’est un hôtel très agréable qui est très bien situé juste à côté de l’Arc de Triomphe MAIS…

Dans le tarif de réservation, il n’y a pas indiqué que la piscine n’est pas comprise dedans donc c’est 30 € par personne sur place ce qui est un sacré coût, N’étant pas au courant, j’ai payé mais au final très déçu de constater que la piscine en plus était froide Malgré ça, ça reste un hôtel confortable, très jolie, mais le prix reste quand même un peu amer.

Delightful staff, pretty building and communal area. We had a junior suite which was nice but quite small. There's also a sixth floor balcony which opens onto the sofa bed room, which we wouldn't have booked if we'd known as it was the room our 3 year old was sleeping in. There was no way to hard lock the balcony door, she could open it easily. We had to block it with furniture.

So still a lovely space and a great location, just a few mins walk from arc d'triomphe, lovely staff but I would not book it again as it wasn't suitable for our family.

It was a great experience. Friendly staff, lovely room (altough a bit small but expected in Paris) and the room was tidy. I would recommend people to stay here if they can. The area surrounding the hotel is also very nice!

Täglicher Zimmerservice, sauber, toller Zustand, täglich neue Wasserflaschen, keine Probleme. Auch der Service war toll, denn wir mussten spontan zwei Tage länger bleiben und das konnte eingerichtet werden, und sie können gut Englisch. Kleinigkeiten: Der Fahrstuhl ist etwas klein für 2 Personen inklusive Gepäck, aber hat immer gepasst. Außerdem war unsere Badezimmertür sehr schwer zu öffnen und zu schließen (Schiebetür, dessen Schloss nicht richtig gut ging) und meine Freundin hatte sich nicht getraut, abzuschließen, aus Angst, das Schloss nicht mehr auf zu bekommen. Ansonsten alles cool. Und die Wände sind etwas dünn.

Everything was perfect. Very clean rooms. Happy and very polite staff. The hotel is located in a very central area. Near to Arc de triumph . Near to Champs Elyse road with lot of shops and restaurants. Near to metro station. Great Breakfast. Had everything you need for a lovely stay.

great location ! it's not even a five-minute walk to the charles de gaulle station - one of the most well-connected stations, allowing you to travel all over paris in a short amount of time. even though the hotel is located about 10 minutes from the arc de triomphe, the immediate surroundings are quite serene and not busy at all ( by parisian standards of course ) - if not for the amazing view from rue carnot you wouldn't even know you were that close to one of the busiest sights in paris. the hotel rooms are clean and well-facilitated. just know that the walls are quite thin. i have heard some interesting conversations coming from neighbouring rooms during my stay ???? to complete this review, i want to express a massive thank you to the hotel staff. my partner and i were due to leave at a time when gare du nord was shut down, unbeknownst to us. a kind employee at the desk inquired about our return trip and informed us about the situation. this allowed us to quickly switch gears and look into other means of returning home. if not for his hospitality and consideration, we would have found out much later and the stress levels would have been through the roof. so please allow me to express my sincerest gratitude. i would really recommend this place to any and all people looking for a great base camp from which to explore paris.
