We arrived at the hotel at 1am because of transport problems and the welcome from Malik at this late hour could not have been more friendly. His manner set the tone for the rest of our four-night stay as the staff were courteous and ever helpful. The hotel is spotlessly clean and a two-minute walk from Argentine Metro station (a short stroll past the Metro and you see the Arc de Triomphe in all its glory), with several restaurants and superettes on the same quiet street, not forgetting a fabulous boulangerie with some seating at the crossroads. The hotel is an ideal place to base yourself to see the sights and there is plenty going on in the hotel's neighbourhood. We ate at La Maison and at Le Paris 17, both nearby and both serving great food.

Excellent location, right near Arc de Triomphe and Charles de Gaulle - Etoile station. The man that greeted me at reception was very helpful and attentive, and the woman who I checked out with was also fantastic and booked a taxi for me to the airport. The rooms were clean and housekeeping came every day. I really enjoyed my stay, and would recommend. This was fantastic for someone doing solo travel!

Good location, small but clean rooms. The young gentleman at the front desk when we arrived on Saturday was very friendly and helpful. However for the remainder of our stay, the gentleman at the front desk was rude and dismissive. He seemed annoyed that we were asking him questions. Why then, sir, are you in the hospitality business? He should not be in a profession that requires dealing with the public.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The location is perfect, just a short walk from the Arc de Triomphe and many nice restaurants. The rooms were clean and comfortable.
A special thanks to the welcoming and attentive receptionist who spoke German and Turkish. He was always helpful, gave great tips, and made sure we felt at home from the moment we arrived.
I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended

Aunque es la primera ves que visito París fue Excelente servicio, el personal del hotel súper amable y atento desde el inicio de nuestra llegada , las habitaciones están geniales un poco pequeñas pero aún así son increíbles, la ubicación del hotel muy céntrico para todo, tengo que reconocer que súpero mis expectativas , es un echo que si regreso a París sería ahí mismo , mil gracias por todo , recomendado al 100%

Das Zimmer war zwar klein (was für viele Hotels in Paris normal sein dürfte), aber sehr effektiv eingerichtet, so dass man alles gut unterbringen konnte. Das Bad war sehr angenehm und das Frühstücksbuffet reichhaltig. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Un séjour parfait ! L’hôtel était impeccablement propre, la literie très confortable, et l’accueil incroyablement chaleureux. On se sent tout de suite à l’aise grâce à l’attention et au professionnalisme du personnel. Je recommande à 100% sans hésitation !

Très surpris par cet hôtel dans le quartier des ternes, pour son prix. A 2 pas des Champs-Elysées. Très bon accueil, chambre très propre avec petit espace de vie dans la chambre juste ce qu'il faut. Merci pour la gentillesse du personnel. Je suis Parisienne et voulais une escapade dans un autre quartier. Merci

Bon (petit) hôtel dans les standards parisiens. La chambre double est assez spacieuse (par rapport aux chambres parisiennes) et permet le mouvement sans contrainte, contrairement à beaucoup d'hôtels de la ville qui sont + étoilés. Aucun souci de propreté à noter. Très bonne localisation à deux pas de l'arc de triomphe et des transports.
Le petit déjeuner est correct mais sans plus.

Un excellent hôtel que je recommande autant pour les séjours d'affaires que les séjours personnels. Un personnel que je qualifierai également de très professionnel, de chaleureux et toujours à votre service...pour y être allée une dizaine de fois cette année, c'est rare d'avoir cette qualité humaine toujours égale, quelque soient les circonstances.

Rooms are little but hey it is Paris. And really close to the Arch of Triumph. The rooms are clean and with all the services that you need. Hot water and good working internet.

This hotel is perfect! It’s close to the metro, and shopping spots. It was quiet and the staff was kind and greeted us. They have breakfast buffet daily for a few or free of you purchased the plan we ate here only once. They have room service but it’s from an outside restaurant and only available until 11:30 pm. They do NOT have transportation between the airport and hotel.

Hotel súper bien ubicado, volvimos en el autobús que te lleva directo del aeropuerto beauvais, y te deja a 15 minutos andando, después tienes el arco de triunfo justo a 7 minutos, y es genial ya que ahí tienes parada de bus turístico para moverte por toda la ciudad con mucha facilidad.
Al irnos hemos cogido el RER linia A, dirección Disney, que esta la entrada del tren a 5 minutos del hotel.
