El servicio es un desastre.

Beautiful hotel, lovely rooms, location is perfect

The location was incredibly convenient. I could see the Eiffel Tower and the Arc de Triomphe from the window, and the night view was never boring.

There was also a supermarket called MONOPRIX nearby, making it handy for buying daily necessities.

The breakfast was delicious, and the staff were all very kind.

What made me happiest was having a bathtub. As a Japanese person, being able to soak in a bath and relax after a day abroad was truly appreciated.

Beautiful hotel rooms with Eiffel Tower and City view. Love their service, friendly staff and in a convenient location with easy access to buses, train and metros.

A beautiful hotel, great location, lovely staff. The rooms are small but comfortable. All very clean and the reception area is lovely too if you need to wait to check in or out. They are happy to look after bags and are very organised. Only downside was how hot the room got (heating on full in December), but you can open the window so it was okay.

The rooms are tiny. It is located center of the city. So, no complaints :)

Great location 2 minutes from Arc de Triomphe, 5 minutes from Champs Elysées, close to Termes metro station, surrounded by places to eat & drink. It's a 3 star (small rooms, no bar, slow tiny lift) but compared to others in the area, the cleanliness & comfort are better hence my 4-star rating - nice quality toiletries, clean towels daily, very comfy bed, actual wardrobe, openable windows and aircon you can control / switch off. Downside for UK visitors is no UK TV channels or streaming.

Petit hôtel très charmant, bien situé, avec un personnel très attentionné. Nous avons été surclassé gratuitement en chambre supérieure. Excellente literie. Les chambres sont bien insonorisées, mais nous avons tout de même été dérangé par le bruit du métro (on dirait le son d'un tremblement de terre imminent).

An awful, unprofessional and dysfunctional hotel. Arrived to find out that the electronic door lock to our room didn’t work, so l had to fetch (and wait for) staff to manually unlock the door every single time l wanted to enter my room.

Room keys (if they work) have to be left at reception when you go out, and when you return there’s no check to make sure the staff are giving the key to the right patron. You just quote a room number and a key is casually handed over. Forget about securing anything safely at this hotel. The night guy that let us into our room had never seen us before, so he had no way of knowing we were who we said we were (and yet he handed the key over at 11pm at night!)

Additionally, our requested ‘Twin room’ had only a single bed, not the requested two, and we had not been advised of this until after they took full payment, whereby an alternative room and/or refund was refused. When asked why we were not warned of this before arrival and payment, the justification was ‘a request for two beds is optional for the hotel'. A request for an additional blanket so l could makeshift a bed (on the floor) was also refused. So l ‘slept’, shivering on the floor, to allow my friend to use the only bed. A perfunctory offer to refund our breakfast (if we purchased it, and we had not) was the only concession offered.

Lastly, l hope you like subway noise, because you’re going to hear and feel it every 10 minutes.

As a realistic and regular traveler, I had low expectations for Parisian hotels, and this establishment managed to spectacularly underperform even this low standard.

Well done! Avoid.

O hotel é exatamente como pelas fotos postadas nos sites ou aqui no Google - eu tinha a impressão do quarto ser menor do que ele realmente é, então foi uma grande e boa surpresa quando cheguei no hotel e vi que a realidade era ainda melhor. O atendimento, a limpeza e o cuidado do staff foram ótimos também, muito prestativos. É claro, ainda tem a questão da localização ser excelente. Eu altamente recomendo a todos que se hospedem aqui, principalmente numa viagem a dois.

Hotel maravilhoso, super recomendo, limpeza , organização, seguro e muito aconchegante, realmente vale muito a pena passar suas férias neste paraíso.
