UPDATE: instead of just apologizing and making it right, they’ve just responded with downright incorrect statements. If there are security cameras, how is a conversation that lasted 5 minutes (according to call logs) about 20 minutes? I had called at 10:30 as i told the staff as I had an early train the next morning and wanted to see if my stuff was there so I could grab it before I left. As I mentioned before, the employee did in fact yell at me and told me “there is absolutely no way we have your stuff here, housekeeping didn’t find anything” and got increasing escalated with me during the course of this 5 minutes call, to wit, he ended it and hung up. I understand their point about taking the keys, but that is with the assumption that they have 24/7 desk service, but if they are taking complaint that I called them at 10:30PM, I’m not sure how that can be called 24/7 service. I’d be happy to provide them with more details but overall very disappointing.

I 100% regret booking this hotel. From the start, the service was incredibly rude. For this hotel, you need to leave the keys at the front desk when you leave. When I checked in the person at the front desk did not explain that to me or even attempt to give me any information other than my room number, and generally seemed to be bothered by my presence. The room was ok, but didn't lock properly and as other reviews have mentioned, is quite noisy. Back on the leaving the keys at the front desk point, on the second day, I left the hotel with my keys because again, no one explained this to me, and on their informational booklet in the room, they do not say that. But, when I returned they basically yelled at me for taking the keys away (even though I didn't know). Regardless of that, I tried to have a decent time, and because I was out most of the day it was fine. Fast forward to my last day, I left my bag in the hotel, and they had me just leave it out in the lobby (which I did because I was in a pinch). When I returned to pick up my bags, I ended up deciding to stay in Paris one more night. When I got to my other hotel, I noticed a pretty expensive item of mine was missing. Because I'm still here for another night, I called them to try to see if they found anything in my room or if anyone could have touched my bag (because I explicitly remembered putting it in my bag). This phone call had me shocked! Their employee told me that he was 100% sure there was nothing left behind in my room. When I asked him if anyone had access to my bags, he said 'no no it's very safe' and he started getting upset with me for calling so late (despite them saying they have 24 hour front desk service) I'm leaving Paris at 7AM and I really wanted to be able to find a resolution but their front desk employee ended up hanging up the call during our conversation. I'm appalled by the service and the rooms are decent, if not below average.

So, basically, ending my night without my things and being yelled at and hung up on by the employees, if that's the experience you want, stay here. I'm so frustrated and just shocked by this whole experience.

Overall wonderful, friendly staff, great location and charming vibe. Even at European standards the rooms very very tiny but overall a great stay.

A lovely hotel that I would definitely return to. Timely and helpful comms before arriving and overall a lovely stay.||The hotel is in a great location with a Metro stop on the doorstep so easy access to lots of the main sites. Area has plenty of restaurants and convenience stores for picking up items.||Small and cosy hotel, very clean, lovely breakfast served around communal dining table. A home from home feel rather than a bustling hotel.||If you are looking for somewhere to stay at a more reasonable price in Paris then do take a look at this place. We could not fault it.

Petite chambre pour une personne. C'est ce que je voulais. L'hôtel est proche du Palais des Congrès où j'ai travaillé pendant 3 jours. 15 mins environ.

Je suis vraiment reconnaissant envers Thierry . Mon téléphone était complètement déchargé et il m’a très gentiment proposé de le recharger. Il m’a accueilli avec le sourire et a été d’une grande bienveillance. Merci encore pour ce geste simple mais très appréciable !

Belle chambre, bon matelas, et surtout une chambre très calme en plein Paris, idéal!||Attention il n'y a pas d'ascenseur (mais seulement deux étages).

Great hotel in an amazing location. Staff are all very friendly and helpful. Terry was great.
Shower was broke and had no shower curtain. So it was really just a tub with a shower head attached. Kind of weird. Room was very hot and had no windows so we had to open doors to outside at night to prevent over heating. Every night there was a lot of noise between 2300-0300. Made it very hard to sleep. So we had to decide to sleep in a hot room or a loud room, leaving doors open or closing……

Sehr ruhig gelegen kleines Hotel,Hübsche Zimmer mit frischen Blumen jeden Tag Roomservices.Nette Betreiber Frühstück kann für 11.50 dazugebucht werden.Zur Metro ca 100 m davor kleiner Stand mit Baguettes und Kaffee zum kleinen Preis.

Hôtel bien situé : au calme mais très proche d'une station de métro et des restaurants aux alentours.
Literie et hygiène irréprochables.
Bon accueil et petit déjeuner ''comme à la maison'' autour d'une grande table, au bar ou sur le sofa.
Le seul petit bémol est l'espacement entre la baignoire-douche, le lavabo et les wc ; cela est dû à la configuration des lieux qui ne peut être modifiée.

L'hôtel est très bien situé avec parking à proximité et restaurants. ||Personnel accueillant et agréable. Le petit déjeuner est très convivial, façon table d'hôtes. La literie est confortable. Un bémol pour la faïence un peu vieillotte. Un plus pour la décoration que je trouve très soignée et bien choisie. Je recommande cet hôtel.

J ai adoré cet hôtel, à taille humaine. Nous avons été accueilli par un monsieur très gentil et très professionnel, ce qui de nos jours et plutôt rare. C est un endroit dans lequel on se sent bien, décoré avec soin.

Struttura ottima, pulizia impeccabile e personale super gentile. La stazione della metropolitana era vicina e comodissima. Il soggiorno in questa struttura ha reso la vacanza a Parigi ancora più piacevole. Super consigliato!

Petit hôtel de charme. Personnel sympathique. Juste le seul bémol, c'est la grande table du petit déjeuner, certes bien pour la convivialité mais pas intimiste. Mais je ne regrette pas du tout mon séjour dans cet hôtel qui vaut le détour. Merci pour tout.

A Charming and Perfect Stay in Paris!

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Hotel Champerret Héliopolis! From the moment I arrived, the warm and welcoming staff made me feel at home. They were incredibly friendly, always ready to assist with recommendations, directions, or anything I needed during my stay.

The hotel itself is charming, clean, and well-maintained. My room, though cozy, was spotless, comfortable, and had everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The bed was super comfortable, ensuring I got a great night’s sleep after a long day of exploring Paris.

The location is fantastic—just a short walk from the Porte de Champerret metro station, making it easy to get around the city. The neighborhood is quiet, safe, and has great cafés, bakeries, and restaurants nearby.

Overall, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a friendly, well-located, and cozy place to stay in Paris. I will definitely be returning on my next trip!

L'accueil n'a pas été aussi chalereux que je l'esperais (j'ai un joli souvenir d'autres fois). Ils m'ont fait payer le petit-dejeuner, qui était déjà payé d'avance, sans explication. Le télephone de la chambre no fonctionne pas et la meme personne ne m'a donne des explications non plus le soir de mon arrivée. La reste du personnel a été sympathique. Le toilette de la chambre a un probléme avec la chasse d'eau, le veilleur de nuit a trés gentilment arrangée cela. Cependant, il est importaqnt de le faire reparer définitivament.

L'hôtel est idéalement localisé, au calme grâce à une bonne isolation phonique. Quelques bruits parasites des lampes allumées et des tuyauteries d'eau
La literie est confortable et la chambre est propre
Le service est au top, gentillesse, amabilité. Et en plus avec le sourire

Wir hatten uns kurzfristig entschieden zwei Nächte in Paris zu verbringen! Sind zu dritt mit jungem Hund angereist! Das Hotel ist richtig schnuckelig und das Personal ausgesprochen freundlich und nett! Alles sauber und auch das Frühstück war sehr gut! Alles war da und hat gepasst! Wir kommen wieder! Dankeschön ????????????

Les chambres un peu petites mais propres. Le personnel charmant et familier. Le petit dejeuner trés agreable.
Nous avons eu un petit probleme avec l'eau chaud de la sala de bain mais ils ont cherché une solution vite. Merci beaucoup. Je vais répeter ma visite.

À l'instar de plusieurs holets, l'hôtel Heliopolis offre sa belle terrasse romantique aux non-résidents.
Très bon café et un intérieur au design joyeux et serein.

Hotel magnifique, réception très agréable , hôtel 24/24 , réceptionniste sympathique ainsi que le responsable Thierry, je conseillerais cet hôtel à mon entourage , je suis ravie , première fois que je ne suis pas déçue d’un hôtel à Paris et surtout tout était parfait : propreté , entretien des locaux , amabilité, calme, confortable, au top merci ????
