La mattina del 26 marzo 2025 al checkout sono stato accolto da un individuo di una maleducazione e arroganza inaudite. Un comportamento assolutamente inaccettabile in una struttura ricettiva, che ha trasformato un soggiorno da 3 stelle in un’esperienza da 1.
Invitiamo vivamente la direzione a prendere seri provvedimenti nei confronti di questa persona, il cui atteggiamento danneggia profondamente l’immagine dell’hotel e il lavoro di chi invece si impegna per offrire un servizio adeguato.
Dispiace constatare che nel settore dell’accoglienza ci siano ancora persone che trattano i clienti con sufficienza e sgarbo, dimenticando che ospitalità significa rispetto.
Non torneremo, e non lo consiglieremo
Seul bémol, les salle de bain que j’ai trouver un peu kitch par rapport au reste de la chambre, sans parler de la fenêtre (toujours de la sdb) qui ne ferme pas correctement rendant la douche du matin très vivifiante !
Sinon rien à dire je recommande.
L'hôtel est très bien décoré, chambre insonorisée.
Personnel très agréable.
Chambre propre confortable tranquille.
Petit déjeuner très correct.

The room was not only dirty, but the heater didn’t work properly. The bathroom was always freezing cold, as there was only a small old heater with a timing inside, making it impossible to shower without discomfort.
The staff also didn’t really seem to be interested in customer satisfaction as well. No one asked how was our stay, nor if we were facing any problems.
Please reconsider booking a room at this hotel. Pay a little extra and stay somewhere else.
To say the least I was shocked at my first taste of Parisian hospitality! I even protested that a bad review would be given. Apparently that was of no concern whatsoever. Too exhausted to hunt for a reasonable hotel stay we ended up paying for two rooms that first night (about $450 Canadian in total) and searched online for hours for another hotel for the remaining two days in Paris.
It was a very hurtful and disheartening start to our expensive trip to France.
Ironically our next stop was to the Normandy area of France. We visited the thousands of graves of American, British and Canadian soldiers there. And walked on the beaches and tried to imagine the bravery, horror and unspeakable cost. To liberate France and eventually the world.

يصلح للسكن من يومين الى ثلاث ايام بالكثير خاصة للناس اللي تكون اغلب اليوم خارج الفندق.
سكنا فيه من تاريخ 2/1/2024 الى 6/1/2024
يتم تنظيف الغرفة وتبديل اغطية الاسرة يوميا، بس مرتبة السرير غير مريحين ولون الغرفة غامق اكثر من اللازم.
بشكل عام الفندق متوسط ويوجد فيه تلفزيون وغلاية ماء وموقعه هادي مساءا
