The place is tiny but great location. The staff were friendly and helpful. One thing, don’t drive your own car/rental. It costs €50 to euro per night.

Um hotel maravilhoso, com comodidades limpas, funcionários educados, café da manhã muito gostoso. Acesso a ônibus e metrô, e fica a menos de 1km do Arco do Triunfo.

Je tiens a chaudement remercier madame Omera (réceptionniste dans cet hôtel) qui a été un ange ! J'ai fait une erreur de date dans un hôtel à proximité, et en cherchant un autre hôtel et je suis tombé sur ce dernier et sur sa réceptionniste hyper attentionnée, n'ayant pas de place a me proposer, elle a passé du temps à résoudre mon problème et a contacter tout les hôtels aux alentours afin de m'aider à trouver une chambre ailleurs et a proximité.
Même si je n'ai aucune connaissance des chambres, je recommande cet hôtel pour l'accueil et la prise en charge du client ! Il est rare de trouver des personnes aussi attentionnée. Merci encore à elle.

Great hotel in might be among the top hidden-treasure locations in Paris. In the old-money posh 17th arrondissement, Hotel des 2 Avenues is located on a market street that has served its neighborhood for as long as anyone can remember. Right on and right off rue Poncelet you'll find some cool cafes and bistros for lunch and dinner. Just take a walk around the blockon rue Saussier LeRoi and cut back again on rue Laugier. And all this is a 10-minute walk to the Champs-Elysees — or if you're searching to go elsewhere in Paris, a quick 3-5 minutes to the Place des Ternes métro, from where you can head in one direction to Montmartre or in the other to interchange to the Metro line 1 at Charles de Gaulle-Etoile and on to the heart of the city. Actually, Paris has too many beating hearts to count.

El personal de recepción súper amable y simpático, estuvimos muy bien atendidos tanto a la llegada como a la salida del hotel. Las habitaciones muy limpias y equipadas, muy acogedora. Respecto a la ubicación, hay una estación de metro cercana en la que estáis conectados con prácticamente todo. Un 10, recomendaremos por Barcelona y repetiremos a la que podamos!

Accueil au top de la réceptionniste (dont j’ai oublié le prénom )
La chambre est super propre, idem pour la partie salle de bain
La salle de bain est le point fort : refaite à neuf, bien chauffée, douche top avec gel douche et shampooing de l’occitane en flacon de 250 ml, serviette en nombre suffisant

Surface de la chambre petite mais comme tous les hôtels à Paris
Bon rapport qualité prix ( 2 fois moins cher que dans le marais)
Accès métro proche
Quartier super sympa pour la nourriture : beaucoup de commerce fruit légume, poissonnier, traiteur ouvert sur la rue comme un marché etc…

I had the worst experience in this hotel because of the receptionist. First we had kept few of our bags in storage room. When we first check in the owner saw our luggages and how many people we were he didn’t had any problems and didn’t complain. Next day we brought the rest of our bags from the storage and the lady receptionist said were you will put the bags and she went and check the room . She said you cant put the bags inside the room because you will broke the elevator because we are kuwaiti! And when we told the owner and the lady why your saying that they said before some Kuwaiti came and broke the elevator. We told them why your judge someone act with the whole nationality. They said no no they were Brazilian. We told them we can broke the elevator with one bag or with few it doesn’t matter how many bags. They said if you want to keep the bags in the hotel rent a room for €400 just of the bag for 1 night ! Or keep them in the storage. We are leaving on first of January and the storage will be close how we will get our stuff??!! They said ok keep them one night in the storage and one night with us . We paid to keep the luggage only for few hours; 30 decmeber @6 pm and took them on 31 december at 8 am, then we kept it at the hotel. The owner told the lady to keep the luggage in the storage room of the hotel she refused but when we told them we are leaving on first of January and everything is closed the owner said ok. We checked the storage room it was empty. The owner was friendly but the lady wasnt. She was rude and judgmental and said why you need all these stuff even if you travel by train they wont allow you to have all these bags with you. The funny thing we came by train and the train didn’t had any problem. Also, she was laughing on our stuff and making fun of it. We were traveling with kids she said either you keep them in storage or outside the hotel.

Great location on a cosy street with plenty of shops nearby. The staff was very welcoming and gave us the keys earlier. The room was cosy and clean with comfortable bed.

Travaux en face de l’hôtel …
Fenêtres insuffisantes donc on entend tout à partir de 7:00 vous êtes réveiller par des sirènes des travaux …

Chauffage qui ne peux pas être coupé donc 27 dans la chambre !!
Le personnel vous dit qu’il ne fera rien et vous raconte de couper le chauffage dans la salle de bain…. ( chauffage déjà coupé et électrique ) alors que dans la chambre chauffage au gaz …

Quand vous lui dites cela l’employé raccroche.

Le matin je demande un petit déjeuner en chambre on me dis « c’est mieux en bas il y a plus de choix) et on me raccroche au nez….

Donc personnel qui veut en faire le moins possible !

Ah est aussi attente de 15 min en pleine nuit (1:10 ) de matin car personne ne répond à l’entrée …

Ons kamerpasje werkte niet, waardoor we telkens door de receptioniste onze kamer in moesten worden gelaten. Helaas gebeurde dit niet met een excuus of begrip, maar met een geïrriteerde zucht, terwijl dit slechts twee keer per dag gebeurde op zeer redelijke tijden. Het voelde alsof wij ons moesten verontschuldigen om toegang tot onze eigen kamer te krijgen… Daarnaast was de kamer extreem oncomfortabel warm. De verwarming stond vol aan en maakte de kleine ruimte erg benauwd. We konden de temperatuur niet zelf regelen, en het personeel gaf aan dat dit centraal geregeld werd en dat “rond de 23 graden gewoon een fijne temperatuur is.” We kregen te horen dat we het daar maar mee moesten doen.
Uiteindelijk hebben we alleen met het raam open wat verkoeling kunnen krijgen, maar door de herrie van de straat was het bijna onmogelijk om goed te slapen.

Overigens waren wij wel zeer tevreden over de ligging van het hotel en de hygiëne.

Stayed here for four nights with a friend and children we had a single room and a triple room both rooms were beautiful and spacious mine even had a bath.||Kettle with tea and coffee and a fridge with a free safe too and we were greeted by a lovely lady who really wanted our trip to be perfect!||The location of this hotel is perfect about ten minutes walk to arc di triumph and there are many restaurants around the hotel as well as an Aldi and franprix supermarket next door.||I would definitely stay here again!

Je suis allée dans cet hôtel en mai.
J'ai eu une chambre fraîchement rénovée, très propre et une literie très confortable.
Le personnel de l'hôtel est très accueillant et disponible.
Je les remercie grandement !

Et surtout il se trouve au milieu d'une rue très vivante et pratique le jour (pleins de petits commerces) et très calme la nuit.

In a vwry nice position in the area. Close to big roads and markets. Walk distance for shopping. A really quite street. The at 6th floor was nuce, maybe renovated, with very high quality and decorated equipment. Enough for a single or couple stay. In general it is a small boutique hotel. The elevator newd renovation, the breakfast area at basement was a very atmospheric area. Thw breakfasts was an american style with a lot of choices. The cost of room is at average of Paris for this area. Finally I would suggest the renovation of reseption.. the staff very very kind and help of all. Totally suggest for a small hotel in Paris

J’ai eu un super moment dans l’hôtel des deux avenues. Bien placé, propre, bien décoré, nous avons été bien accueilli par la propriétaire qui a été toujours très gentil et de service avec nous. Je recommande.

This small hotel has been completely renovated since I last stayed there in 2017. The rooms are small, but are comfortable and spotlessly clean. The hotel staff are absolutely wonderful, especially the owner, M. Karimi, and Omy who works the front desk. There are numerous restaurants and bistros within a few blocks, and a clean laundromat only about 2 blocks away. Rue Poncelet is a market street, with a wonderful farmers market about a block or so from the hotel. Prior to my wife's illness we went to Paris every year from 2009 through 2017 and always stayed at the Hotel des Deux Avenues. It is even nicer since it has been renovated. When I travel to Paris I would not consider staying anywhere else.

It can't be such a rude hotel in such a location

The blonde receptionist did not allow us to take the 3rd suitcase to the room, he only allowed us to take out 2 suitcases, what kind of disgrace is this, the rooms were a small, very bad experience, I don't recommend it to anyone.

Excellent accueil, tant de jour comme de nuit. Chambre propre et agréable, hôtel en rénovation mais sans désagrément notoire. Petit déjeuner correct. Peut être une suggestion : plus de prise de courant au pied du lit.

5 stelle. Siamo stati la settimana di Natale e il costo è stato ottimo rispetto a ciò che offrivano altri hotel. Le camere non sono molto grandi ma sono pulite con letti molto comodi. Il personale è molto gentile e disponibile. La posizione è eccezionale: per i mezzi ci si può trovare in 5 min a piedi all’arco di trionfo oppure nella via adiacente all’hotel c’è una stazione metro della linea 2. È una zona molto tranquilla, con un piccolo mercato lungo la via e negozi di alimentari. Sicuramente torneremo
