Le petit déjeuner est vraiment très varié et de qualité, c'était pour résumé une très bonne expérience !
The breakfast wasn’t very good but was average for the price they charged. The staff at the breakfast were kind enough to refill everything fresh for us.
The location is a little away from the centre but still accessible easily through metro and bus stations.
The staff at check in guided us thoroughly about the best locations and restaurants in the city. Also guided us how to get to Disneyland easily.
The rooms felt very new and I would say the same for the hotel.

I stayed at this hotel in Paris and, unfortunately, it didn’t meet expectations. The room was quite small and located on the first floor, right next to a noisy street. It lacked proper curtains—just thin white sliding panels—so the room was flooded with light at night from the street and again in the morning from the sun. Not ideal for a good night’s sleep.
The breakfast was a real letdown—very limited options and no variety whatsoever. Honestly, for a hotel in France, it’s surprising not to find decent croissants or pastries. This was a big disappointment.
On a positive note, the young staff were fantastic—very friendly, helpful, and clearly doing their best to make guests feel welcome. Their effort was the highlight of the stay.

also, there is no daily housecleaning when we stayed for 2 nights. someone did come to our room as the fresh towels that we didn’t use were taken away, but they didn’t make the bed and replace refresh towels?
will only recommend the garden view room and location is good and safe, close to line 13 and 14.
One staff told me they will change the room. They say "upgrade". And whenever I am ready, they will change. But as I have lots of luggages, I did not want to change the room. But I should repack all my luggages over night. And asked to change it several times with coming down to the front more than 4 times with 4 different people. No body knows why I need to change the room. And they say you need to bring your luggages to lobby and wait until the room is ready. It was going on and on. I ruined my trip. I ruined my body balance. The room change was procceded after about 10 hours later. If I went to lobby for wait, I should wait 10 hours even I booked it 6 days.
They offer the exact same room. I refused. After few hours, they offer the same room with the other direction. I packed all my luggage after the phone is fixed. I had to change the room.
I had to waste my whole time and trip. The manager did not even think about what they did and reply it with no think about the inconvenience and difficulty that the customer went though. I did not want to discuss any more. It is too sick and tired of this treatment.
Even the changed room phone does not work and I should go to front desk again and again and again. The staff does not care on it and the attitude is too good. The elevator does not work. Wow it is too amazing experience!!!
Chambre design et confortable, un pti dej sous forme de buffet avec des jus de fruits pressés maison et une mention pour la brioche...une tuerie.
Emplacement facile à trouver non loin d'une station de métro.
Un hôtel fort agréable avec un petit jardin côté bar, une superbe déco, merci encore à vous pour ce bon moment.
