Wonderful, authentic , experience. Highly recomend.

We travelled with our teenage daughters. Excellent customer service from each and every staff member. Whenever we come back again to Paris, we know where to stay.

Staff members were all very friendly, courteous and professional. Wonderful location to various patisseries.

Quiet and decently sized room, friendly staff, very good breakfast, parking, ideally located, very good neighbourhood.
The only remark I have is the noisy elevator which doesn't inspire trust.
Overall, very nice stay, we'll be back!

La chambre que nous avions pour 3 personnes adultes junior suite un peu trop petite , la salle de bain pourrait etre plus grande avec la cabine douche et plus grande partie pour toilettes, le petit dejeuner pourrait etre plus diversifie surtout plats chauds, pour le sejour plus long que 3 jours un peu monotone

If you are going to Paris - STAY HERE!!!! It is not only conveniently located within walking distance between the Eiffel Tower AND the Arc de Triomphe, the hotel is beautiful, and the staff is absolutely amazing... please hear me out: This is the MOST HONEST hotel you will ever stay! I foolishly left my wallet with all my bank cards, a credit card, my driver's licence, etc. AND a bank envelope with more currency than I dare to admit. I was in absolute shambles at the loss as I didn't realize it until I was in the UK. Due to an inoperable cell phone I was not able to contact them for 3 days. When I arrived back in the States they called ME and gave me a full accounting of all the items I had left - including the currency down to the penny! They held it all in their main hotel safe until a friend could pick it up this morning! Please stay here - and if/when you do, please let them know that you APPRECIATE their honesty and hospitality!!! AMAZING!!!!

Nice hotel clean and nice staff

Posh but with very friendly and personalised welcome. Exquisite buffet breakfast with high quality products like Mariage Frères teas. The garden is an asset in Paris.

Very nice, smart hotel , set back from the road, with lovely town gardens. Everyone friendly and polite. Helpful reception.

Excellent location !! Very friendly staff

This hotel was wonderful. Not one bad thing to say. Rooms were clean and room service everyday was available. Bathrooms were immaculate. Rooms were small but this is not unexpected of European hotel rooms. It was close to metros and in between Place de Trocadero and Arc d' Triomphe, you could easily walk to both. Reception was so helpful, and friendly.
Restaurants and a lovely boulangerie next block over that opened at 7am.
I would definitely stay there again and encourage others to look into it.

Hotel Garden Elysee was such a wonderful venue with beautiful gardens, a lovely room and a scrumptious breakfast. We highly recommend it!

My daughter and I chose this hotel for its walkable location and favorable reviews. We were not disappointed! Clean and reasonably appointed room, nice breakfast, convenient location to Eiffel Tower and many restaurants. Staff was friendly and professional. Would definitely recommend.

The location of this hotel is good, not too far of a walk from the Eiffel Tower, however, I found that most of the restaurants within walking distance were not great, very touristy and expensive. The size of the room was good, very spacious, the bathroom was a good size by Paris standards. The coffee bar was ok, nothing special. Now, as far as customer service, my experience was very poor. This hotel is rated as a four star hotel and I believe I have received much better customer service from hotels with far lower ratings and pricing. The day we arrived and checked in, the staff did not make me or my family feel welcomed, they did not go over connecting to wifi, or make known any of the amenities available. Since I booked the room through Expedia, the reservation included a complimentary bottle of wine. Well, let's just say the hotel made it very difficult and unpleasant to redeem the complimentary wine voucher. I think it would have been best to just place the bottle in the room from the very beginning, instead of expecting the guest to chase around staff with a little coupon, that they will in turn act like they don't know what it is, and ask "what do you want?", in the most annoyed tone ever. The wine voucher was passed around to three different staff members before some guy went to the back of the bar and gave me my tiny bottle of wine. The night before my husband went downstairs to the lobby, around 10pm, trying to redeem that voucher, the guy in the lobby had a similar attitude, asking my husband what does he want, annoyed because he was being interrupted from watching his television show. My husband was not able to redeem the voucher, and therefore I had to try the next day. My husband also noted that he witnessed a mouse walking around that night on top of the bar counter. Not good!! Anyway, for the amount of money we paid for this stay, we have concluded there are far better options. Won't ever be staying here again.

Very much enjoyed our stay here. The staff were lovely and upon arrive offered us a room upgrade for free as we arrived early and the room type we booked was not available yet. We declined the nice offer as we desired the twin beds we booked, we went for out for breakfast and a walk and when we returned our room was ready still a few hours ahead of check in. The room was exactly as pictured and very clean. Beds were comfortable. The hotel is back a bit from the street and so it was very quiet. The back terrace was not open yet when we were there in March but it looks like it would be very nice in the warmer months. The location was perfect, a very easy walk to the Arc de triomphe and Eifle tower. Many cafes and restaurants around. My mom who has mobility issues and walks with a walker found it very convenient and accessible.

Garden Elysee Hotel was the perfect home base for our four days in Paris. The staff was extremely friendly, and the location was excellent if being near the Eiffel Tower is a priority for your stay. There are multiple lines of the Metro just a short walk away. Would absolutely stay here again.

Traveled here with a group of students recently and the amenities and service were great!
