The hotel fell far short of expectations. In spite of reserving a room with a shower I was given one with a bathtub. They were only able to change it the next day. The air conditioning did not work and they lied saying it was working. The rooms were not properly cleaned. There was no stand to put your bags. Jasper and Josselyn at reception were smiling and charming but were unable to help in real time.

Muy cómodo el apartamento, la habitación era amplia y el comedor adecuado para 2 personas. Lo que sí fue un inconveniente es que no hablan español por lo que les sugiero hagan uso de algún traductor mediante App de móvil o similar. Por lo demás, todo muy bien. Muy buena ubicación.

The bed was comfortable. After 9 days we had to ask for the room to be cleaned & sheets to be changed. The shower drain had a sickening smell which we complained about but nothing was done. Coffee was available in the breakfast room near the lobby, but you had to take your cup from the room (to save the environment) & there was no milk after breakfast finished. Would never stay there again.

La ubicación es perfecta para visitar la ciudad, más aún si dispones de pocos días, ya que tienes muchos lugares importantes a poca distancia caminando. La atención ha sido muy buena, todo el personal muy amable. Instalaciones buenas y muy limpias. Camas muy cómodas, incluso el sofá cama, sin ruidos por la noche. Sin duda volvería a este aparthotel si vuelvo a París.

All’arrivo al momento del check in hanno voluto tutto il pagamento senza nemmeno farci vedere la camera (prenotato su Booking dov’è questa cosa non era scritta)…x fortuna dovevo ricaricare la prepagata quindi ho dato solo un acconto. All’arrivo in camera trovo le lenzuola sporche del letto del bambino e capelli sul soffitto,sulle pareti e sul termosifone…e la maniglia del terrazzo rotta…non ci hanno cambiato la stanza e hanno pulito la mattina dopo…non lo consiglio affatto

Ett hotell nära Eiffeltornet (bor du på 6:e våningen kan du till och med se Eiffeltornet även om sikten är rätt begränsad). Hotellet ligger i ett trevligt och säkert område. Personalen är väldigt trevliga. Rummen är rena och har bra standard! Om du skaffar ett gratis medlemskap i deras kundklubb bjuds du på en gratis frukost. På hotellet kan du själv tvätta dina kläder för €5. Vi rekommenderar detta hotell samt restaurangen som ligger precis intill. Där hittar du mat till rimliga priser och stora portioner (övriga restauranger i området serverar också god mat - men har små portioner).

Nous avons passé un super week-end, la chambre était propre. Nous avons eu un super accueil et nous avons été super bien conseillé pour le repas du midi. L'hôtel est vraiment bien situé (a 10 minutes du Trocadéro, 20 minutes de la tour Eiffel et entouré de pleins de restaurants).

位置很棒！從16區的地鐵站出來走幾分鐘就到了，沿路經過的建築和景色都太美了，導致後來的飯店位置覺得差太多！房間很小，行李箱勉強打得開！有小廚房，洗碗機、電磁爐什麼都有！但是房間門都挨得很近，拿餐盤和鍋碗瓢盆需要小心，不然框框框的聲音自己都覺得對不起隔壁住客。

Muy mal este hotel. Todavía ni llego y ya me cobró el total de mi estancia en mi Tarjeta de Crédito. Mando mail para cancelar conforme a las políticas de cancelación y me responden una respuesta estandarizada, nada personalizada, que "lo evaluarán y me responderán en 7 días". Insisto y me dicen que mi reembolso ha procedido pero que espere de 5 a 7 días, y mientras mi tarjeta está con este gasto no ejercido. Muy mal servicio a clientes.

The staff at the Citadines Trocadero were exceptional. The location was convenient and well-placed for both business and tourist activities. I highly recommend this location to any who are visiting Paris. You won't be disappointed!

The hotel management team was very accommodating and made our stay pleasant by addressing an issue we encountered with one of the desk staff members, Ibtissam, she created a hell/challenging experience for us. She could benefit from customer service training, as she did not know how to properly address or treat customers. Her behaviour was unprofessional, unapologetic, and argumentative. We heard from others staff at the hotel that she tends to argue with customers and has received some negative reviews, so be cautious if you encounter her.||All of this could have been avoided if she hadn't been so argumentative and had simply done her job correctly. She seemed to want to handle the situation on her own terms rather than following proper procedures. ||On a positive note, I appreciate the management team for resolving the issue quickly and efficiently. This was our second stay at the hotel, but I am uncertain if we will return for a third visit.

Hôtel avec un prix attractif pour le quartier, une réception propre et soignée, ainsi qu’un salon agréable. Le personnel est adorable et très attentionné. En revanche, le confort des chambres n’est pas à la hauteur : il faisait extrêmement froid dans la mienne et humide, et bien que j’aie trouvé un radiateur d’appoint dans le placard (signe que le problème est connu), cela n’a pas suffi à réchauffer l’espace. De plus, le ménage quotidien annoncé n’a pas été effectué durant mon séjour. Dommage, car le potentiel est là !

很喜歡這間酒店，位置方便，走路5分鐘到地鐵，走路8分鐘已看到巴黎鐵塔或凱旋門，職員有善，有升降機方便帶行李移動，房間非常乾淨設備新，廚房設備充足有微波爐，廚具很乾淨衛生，廁所洗澡舒適，花灑水力非常夠，容易調教，鏡子有防霧，空間非常充足，尤其床舖非常舒服，睡得很好，床頭有充足的電插頭，有大窗口，可以看到巴黎鐵塔頂尖！隔天會有職員打掃。寧靜隔音亦不錯！地區也很安全，走路到對面已經有超級市場！只是床尾通道較為狹窄，但只是小問題！

The Hotel is quite good overall. The Studio have a good dimension and it's very confortable, however, this is my 4th night and there is no room cleaning, toals and bed changing which is the less positive aspect. The Breakfast is quite nice also and the Location is great!! Near Arc du Triumph, Eiffel Tower and with plenty of restaurants, great supermarket and the Metro is also near. Perfect Location indeed. I am at 5th floor and is really quiet and I don't listen any external noise. The backyard is also great! Totally recomended!

Studio très bien placé, très bon rapport qualité prix. Conforme aux photos.10mn à pied de la tour eiffel, 5mn du métro, 20 mn des champs elysees. Boulangerie à 50 m, 2 supermarchés à 200 m.
Personnel très aimable et serviable, toujours à disposition.
Un petit plus, café et thé à disposition tte la journée. Une terrasse extérieure très appréciable.
Il faudrait juste des condiments individuels comme du sel, poivre, sucre et huile dans le studio seraient les bienvenu,sinon on peut cuisiner et manger à 2 sans problème.

I stayed at this hotel 22nd to the 25th of December. I was very impressed with the customer service. The room was super clean, kitchen was well equipped as well. Great location within walking distance to the main tourist destination.
The entire staff was great from the young lady who took her time to write down what metro to take to Disneyland ( I didn't catch her name but she worked Saturday the 23rd) to the awesome breakfast buffet attendant.
I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay there on my next visit.

Plusieurs petits points négatif pour la chambre car le rideau ne se fermai pas totalement au niveau de l angle donc toute la soirée, nuit et matinée de la lumière en plein sur le visage tres désagréable..
Notre Chambre en rez-de-chaussée donc tres bruyant dommage !
On entendait les bruits des bols et couverts des petits déjeuner qui ont ete pris tres tôt ainsi que les conversations des clients qui parlait fort...
Réceptionniste (brune avec des lunettes) tres poli, tres professionnelle mais par contre vraiment dommage un visage tres froid PAS UN SOURIRE tout le long des explications durant le séjour..
