Très bon emplacements à deux pas de la Tour eiffel.
Les chambres ne sont pas super moquette taché sur les 2 fenêtres une ne s'ouvre pas.
Chambre pour 4 personnes 2 lits simple et l autre lits est un canapé convertible.
Salle de bain propre avec baignoire.
Moquette sale dans la chambre,Tv ne fonctionne pas,fuite de la douche.
Personnel pas aimable.
Je ne reviendrais pas.
Mais la qualité de l'hôtel est tout autre..
Pour commencer, nous arrivons en avanace donc nous demandons a mettre nos bagages dans une bagagerie, et bien la "bagagerie" est une piece fourre tout, n’importe qui peux y rentrer et prendre nos bagages..
Panne d'eau chaude durant notre nuitée (on nous avais pourtant dit que la panne avait était réparée avant notre venu..). Certaines prises dans la chambre ne sont pas fonctionnels, celle de la salle de bain par exemple, ce qui est assez embêtant. Pas de prises à côté du lit, ce qui est très embêtant aussi. La chasse d'eau des toilettes fonctionne une fois sur deux, d'ailleurs elle était cassée.. Un gros trou dans le mur de la douche, qui était caché uniquement avec un sac poubelle rafistoler..
Certains membres du personnel ne sont pas vraiment agréable. Et le petit déjeuner, on nous promets un buffet avec pas mal de choses mais en vérité c'est un buffet avec rien de plus banal.
Donc si vous ne vous attendez pas à grand chose, allez y, mais ne croyez pas a ce qui s’y fie sur le site.
Las habitaciones no son como las imágenes, son sucias, oscuras y viejas, muy descuidado todo el hotel. El personal fue amable, pero el lugar es horrible. Nuestra habitación cuando recién llegamos olía horrible, la limpieza es solo tender camas y cambiar toallas, no más, las paredes y techos parecen de papel porque escuchas absolutamente todo de otras habitaciones, no tuvimos agua caliente más que 1 vez y muy poca, la solución que nos ofrecían era cancelar nuestra estadía ahí, así, sin más, no te proponían un descuento, o siquiera recomendarte o buscar otros hoteles.
No recomiendo este lugar, pueden encontrar mejores opciones por el mismo precio o vale más la pena gastar un poco más por tener mejor calidad.

The Russian-speaking lady at the reception who was there when we came in the morning was very unpleasant, condescending, and didn't want to listen, finishing our sentences – 'Oh, okay, we understand.'
What kind of conversation is this with a client?
I have been working with clients for many years, and such a condescending conversation is unacceptable!!
The guy who was at the reception during the night when we checked in was pleasant. He told us to come back in the morning, and when we did, we met this condescending Russian-speaking lady!

Reviewing a "Standard Double Room" very friendly and nice staff, room & bathroom is bigger than expected, 24hr service desk, small computer desk, fast free wifi, etc.. Of course, the room will not be perfect and there are some negatives like only a few power outlets & no air conditioning in the room but this time of the year, just open the window at night, it's nice and cold. Or keep it closed if you want a warm room. TV has some channels/movies in English, which is great too.
Overall, the room is significantly better than what we paid the same price for in London but the tourism tax in Paris is a bit insane now. I would strongly recommend this hotel again but perhaps, not visiting Paris for tourism again.
