Avis BEST WESTERN HÔTEL EIFFEL CAMBRONNE Paris

Nous avons passé un merveilleux week-end dans cet hôtel à Paris, lors du 1er mai.
Endroit fabuleux, avec une jolie vue sur les toits de Paris et sur quelques monuments.
L’accueil est très sympathique et le petit déjeuner extraordinaire (quelques produits faits maison très appréciables).
Tout proche du Champ-de-Mars (environ 15 minutes à pied).
De plus, il y a un parking public près de l’hôtel et couvert.
Nous recommandons grandement cet établissement et y séjournerons à nouveau avec plaisir !

Hôtel très bien, un accueil chaleureux et un personnel au petit soin. Emplacement au top, avec parking à proximité, tour eiffel à 20mn à pied.

We stayed at Maison 46 during our Paris trip and overall—it was a great little find. It’s a modern, boutique-style hotel tucked in a quiet street (well, usually quiet), just steps away from the Eiffel Tower. It’s sleek, it’s clean, and it gives off “small but sophisticated” energy—which we appreciated as a family traveling with a toddler and 17 bags (give or take).||Let’s start with the wins:| • The location is amazing. We were just a short walk from the Eiffel Tower—perfect for morning strolls and impromptu “we’re in Paris!” photo shoots. You really can’t beat the convenience.| • The design is fresh and modern. Think minimalist furniture, clean lines, neutral tones, and a nice use of space. It doesn’t try too hard to be overly Parisian—it’s just cool, chic, and functional. The bathroom especially was a pleasant surprise: roomy by European standards, with a great shower and actual counter space. A unicorn!| • It’s a cozy, intimate hotel. Not a big chain, not impersonal. It felt like staying in someone’s very stylish Paris apartment (if that apartment came with housekeeping and keycards).||Now for the real talk:| • Construction out front is no joke. Getting an Uber or taxi was… an opportunity. We spent a lot of time waving at confused drivers who couldn’t reach us. Think of it as a built-in obstacle course—Parisian edition.| • The walls are very thin. Like, “you’ll learn your neighbors’ favorite podcast and they’ll learn your baby’s sleep schedule” thin. Unfortunately, our toddler had some Parisian meltdowns (he’s two, he’s allowed), and we’re pretty sure someone in the room next door was Googling how to file a noise complaint in French. If you’re traveling with a child, maybe drop off some apology macarons at check-in, just in case.| • Not a ton of room to spread out, but that’s pretty typical for central Paris hotels. We made it work, but minimalism hits different when your toddler decides to unpack everything in 30 seconds.||In short: it’s modern, it’s well-located, and it gave us what we needed for our Paris adventure. Just be prepared for some construction-related logistics and consider whispering after 9pm.||Would we stay again? Yes—but next time we’ll request a top-floor room, pack noise-canceling headphones, and maybe leave the baby with the grandparents.

Good room after renovation but can’t turn on heating, so it was cold. Good breakfast and nice personnel

Many disadvantages. No mini bar in the room, No toiletry kits, Sink in the bathroom was leaking bad, Breakfast is basically only eggs & bread & water, nothing else was there. Whole streets around the hotel were under construction which made a lot of noise.

Terrible experience. We arrived at 2 AM from California with our 2-year-old daughter, and they told us no rooms were available despite our reservation. They gave us a room under maintenance — cold, wet, and smelling bad — which made my daughter sick. The next morning, the shift supervisor told us we could leave, and she’d explain to the manager so we’d only be charged for one night and refunded the rest. We left and stayed elsewhere, but since then no one has responded to calls or emails. Still waiting for my refund.

J’ai passé deux nuits à Maison 46. La literie est vraiment top et la chambre sympa. Le petit déjeuner était correct. En revanche, le prix est excessif par rapport à la qualité globale de la prestation.

Un hotel realmente hermoso en el distrito 15 de París, tenía mis dudas por la ubicación, pero en verdad eso no fue un problema, estábamos a pocos minutos caminando de la torre y la conexión con los metros es perfecta. El personal el un 1000 y el área de comedor es encantadora. Solo podría decir q la ducha es muy pequeña, pero no fue un problema para nosotros

very nice hotel, you can see that the reception and rooms have been renovated, the rooms are small but clean and tidy, in the room apart from the bed there are bedside tables, a few hangers, a desk, a safe and a small portable mirror (perfect for women who put on make-up) the bathroom is small but sufficient - shower, towels, soap and shower gel (for hair and body). near the hotel there are two Carrefour markets, cafes and bars. To the Eiffel Tower 20 minutes on foot, to the metro station line 6 (5 min) to line 8 (6 minutes). Safe area, you can walk freely at night. I highly recommend this hotel

My friend left an ítem behind after checking out , she has been calling to pick it up. They took more than 4 days to answer calls and emails and supposably “didint” find the ítem. Don’t leave anything behind because they will not return it to you!

I had an extremely unpleasant and unsettling experience at this hotel.

First of all, before check-in, I tried to contact the hotel via email and phone for several weeks to confirm the possibility of staying on a higher floor (the price was the same). However, I received no response at all. When they finally replied, they simply told me that it was not possible. I then asked, “Okay, when will such rooms be available? This is important to me.” – to which they responded “We don’t know”. This level of service is completely unacceptable.

But the worst part happened early in the morning at 7 AM while I was asleep in my room. I had locked the door from the inside, yet someone still opened it. They saw my belongings on the chair and quietly left.

Who was this? A staff member? Another guest? How did someone even have access to my locked room??

I felt completely unsafe and vulnerable. Clearly, guest security is not a priority at this hotel. This was an absolutely unacceptable experience, and I would never recommend staying here.

Personal muy amable y simpático la habitación estaba muy bien cuidada y todo estaba muy limpio. Destacar la localización donde hay muchos restaurantes y se encuentra muy cerca De la Torre Eiffel.||Lo mejor de todo fue el desayuno y que recomiendo encarecidamente, todo recién hecho con mucho mimo y amor y cuidando los detalles.||Sin lugar a dudas si regreso a parís me volvería a hospedar aquí, me hicieron sentir como en casa.||Muchas gracias!!

Nous avons séjourné une nuit à la Maison 46. Nous avons êtes très bien accueillies, plusieurs choix de chambres ont été proposées alors que nous n’avions émis aucune demande particulière. La literie est confortable, belle décoration, le personnel très poli et très bonne localisation.

Lovely place! The room was small but perfectly fit with everything what you need staying for a night or two. Really clean. Really warm. With nice details that make that place more cosy such as pictures on the wall and interesting wallpapers. Will recommend!

L'hôtel est superbe, très bien situé et plutôt calme.
Le personnel a été très sympathique. Les parties communes (salon/verrière, cuisine,..) sont très agréables et bien décorées. La chambre était bien équipée et plutôt propre. La literie parfaite. La vue sur cour nous a permis de nous reposer sans problème.
Nous reviendrons sans hésiter !

Zimmer sind wie auf den Bildern in einem guten Zustand, es ist sauber bzw. es wird auch täglich sauber gemacht.

Das Personal ist freundlich und ist hilfsbereit bei Fragen.

Der Standort ist nahgelegen zu verschiedenen Metro- und Buslinien, womit man also überall hinkommt.
Der Eiffelturm ist zu Fuß ca. 10-15min entfernt.

Wir waren vor einigen Wochen für eine Nacht im Hotel Maison 46.
Das Zimmer war sauber und ordentlich und der Preis (144,50€) auch in Ordnung.
Einen Parkplatz gibt es nicht, jedoch ist in unmittelbarer Nähe ein Parkhaus.
Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut. Der Eiffelturm ist in 10 min fussläufig sehr gut zu erreichen.

Très bel hôtel et très bon accueil

La chambre été très propre, emplacement vraiment parfait. Accueil au top. Magnifique vue sur la Tour Eiffel. Très romantique.
J’enlèverais une étoile car pour une nuit à 350€ on a forcément des attentes et il n’y avait pas de rideau/volet dans la salle de bain donc réveillé de très bonne heure. Et je rajouterais un petit frigo car quand il fait chaud comme aujourd’hui ce serait agréable de pouvoir boire de l’eau fraîche. Mais je recommande cet établissement.

Cute hotel, but definitely a mixed bag overall.

Pros:
Staff was very friendly, managed everything well, booked a taxi to the airport for us. The location is excellent, very walkable to the Eiffel Tower, and a few small businesses located around the hotel for convenience. With our room on the 5th floor in the back of the building we could see the top of the Eiffel Tower. Room service was always good and very quick.

Cons:
The room itself was nice except for the water damage in one corner. There was what appeared to be some black mold near rhetorical ceiling, and the wallpaper was peeling off, presumably because of water entering. The heating was a bit annoying to work, since the radiators took a while to change the room temperature. The room also lacks a mini fridge, but since I was there in winter I was able to put my drinks on the balcony to keep them cold. Walls are also a bit thin, and we often heard the neighboring rooms talking.
