so bad night service not worthful

I read reviews online who said the rims were small and I thought maybe they were exaggerating..but they weren't, there was almost no room for me to walk from one side of the bed to another, I had to walk over the bed. Soo small. Our room was also up a very dark very narrow stairwell that felt really sketchy because it had a motion detector on it for the light which didn't work well and I used my flashlight on my phone. Our view was literally of a wall.
Pro is that it's close to food and about 10 minutes away from eiffel tower. Other than that I wouldn't recommend it

We arrived on Monday and were told that the lift was out of order. The stairs are very narrow and circular. We were on the 3rd floor so we didn’t come and go as often as we would have liked. Wednesday evening the lift was finally repaired and when we checked out the following Monday there was no offer of an apology or discount.

Worst hotel I have ever stayed in . Smallest room with no room for even a suitcase .
Outlets don’t work in room
No outlets in bathroom for wife to do hair
Spit balls on ceiling above bed
No irons in room
No room for luggage
No fridge
Bugs in the bed .
And lastly, employees don’t care about customers or requests .

We check-in on May 9th, 2025 around 3:30pm. The woman at the reception desk were extremely helpful, kind and considerate to help us find a place for us to park our car. And also give help on taking the Metro. Thank you ladies.

Positive: Close walk to the waterfront, eiffel tower, and different foods/bars Negative: The room is extremely small, I saw reviews I thought people were just being picky but just myself & husband I had to walk on the bed,wasn't enough room for me to walk to my side of the bed. Our room up a dark stairwell the sensor didn't go off. dangerous

We stayed at this hotel for 6 days, we got the room on the 4th floor. The pros are the great location just walkable from the Eiffel Tower, technically it is in the 15th but practically in the 7th arrondissement. The metro, bus stops are all just a stone's throw away. The rooms are maintained well. The breakfast is too basic, and the tables are too small and the entire breakfast place is so small that if u sit it's very hard to get up. No fruits. Then the elevator is not reliable it didn't work from the 3rd day. The steps are winding & very hard to climb , so what's the point keeping the room for disabled on the 4th floor with such an unreliable elevator? After the elevator Experience wouldn't like to recommend this hotel for aged people & those with small kids.

We've booked the hotel a while in advance and arrived on time. We had to wait for another hour until the room wasn't done, which was really not a big problem for us.

The reason why I rate this hotel with 4 stars is that the elevator was broken down.
I went to many reviews that were stating that in this hotel is no elevator - but this is untrue (pictures attached).
We were on the 3rd floor that only was available via very steep old staircase (over 50 stairs).

So here's my honest opinion:
⛔️➖ If you are a person that feels uncomfortable or physically not capable to climb very steep stairs (that REALLY get to you the first two days ????) - do yourself a favor and look for a different hotel.

????. YES!!! the building is old and the rooms are tiny, but this is also normal in Paris.
The location is PRIME ⭐️ the Metrostation "Dupleix" Line 6 is located directly in front of the door. You just walk cross the street.

???? NO!!! There definitely are NO bed bugs, or any sort of bugs in the room. We've stayed here for 5 nights and to be honest - the beds are very comfortable. We slept very well. And there was NO odor or any sort of smells coming from the bathroom that by the way was pretty clean.

❤️ The ladies also at the front desk were very polite and nice to us.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I give it a 4 star rating because of the stairs, other than this I think for the price we were paying we had a pretty good experience. Considering how scared I was reading all the negative comments here.

Also it should be mentioned that we are talking about a 3 star and not a 5 star hotel. And it fulfilled the promise of a solid 3 star hotel.

I would recommend this hotel to young and "leg strong" people on a budget and with a bit of humor ???? because you're gonna find yourself huffing and puffing when you make it to the third floor.
If you're ok with this, that place is really a good choice for your wallet and cardio ☺️

Ich buchte mit meine zwei Töchter das Hotel.
Das Personal an der Rezeption war höflich. Leider mussten wir am Ersten Tag einen Kaution hinterlegen, wollte Bar bezahlen es wurde abgelehnt und musste mit der Karte bezahlen.
Das Zimmer war sehr klein mit einem Doppelbett und mit ein ausziehbares Bett zusammengequetscht, in dem wir überhaupt kein Platz zum bewegen hatten.
Das Bad war genauso Mini und roch sehr schrecklich.Frühstück war Katastrophe meine Kinder und ich waren über der Auswahl sehr enttäuscht.
Mann konnte Eifelturm zu Fuß sehr gut erreichen.

Decepcionado com a experiência no hotel. A limpeza do quarto deixou muito a desejar, encontramos sujeira acumulada e restos de comida de dias anteriores. Mesmo liberando o quarto para arrumação, a limpeza era superficial e, em alguns dias, nem foi realizada. Além disso, o elevador ficou fora de serviço por dias, causando ainda mais transtornos. Pelo valor pago, esperávamos um serviço muito melhor. Não voltaria e não recomendo.

Hotel in un ottima posizione,a 2mt dalla metro e a 800mt dalla torre Eiffel .
Camere molto piccole,giuste per un breve weekand. Spazio per la colazione molto ristretto ma apprezzabile la qualità .
Ottimo il rapporto qualità prezzo per la posizione.

Notre séjour dans cet hôtel n’a pas été à la hauteur de nos attentes, notamment en raison d’un manque d’hygiène et de professionnalisme flagrant.

Dès notre arrivée, l’accueil s’est révélé froid et impersonnel, ce qui n’est pas acceptable pour un établissement affichant un tarif de 150€ la nuit. Malheureusement, la déception s’est confirmée en découvrant notre chambre, qui ne correspondait en rien aux photos présentées sur le site. Pire encore, nous avons constaté la présence de taches de sang sur les draps, ce qui soulève de sérieuses préoccupations quant à l’entretien et l’hygiène des lieux.

Le petit déjeuner, proposé à 15€ par personne, est tout aussi décevant : offre très limitée, qualité médiocre et assiettes visiblement mal nettoyées. À ce prix, un minimum d’exigence en termes de variété et de propreté est attendu, mais il n’était clairement pas au rendez-vous.

Enfin, bien que nous ayons préalablement obtenu l’accord du personnel pour un départ légèrement retardé, nous avons eu la désagréable surprise d’être reprochés sur un ton peu courtois au moment de partir. Une attitude peu professionnelle qui reflète un certain manque de considération pour la clientèle.

Dans cette gamme de prix, nous nous attendions à une chambre propre, fidèle aux visuels mis en avant, et à un service plus rigoureux. Malheureusement, cet établissement ne répond pas à ces critères. Une expérience décevante que nous ne pouvons pas recommander.

My wife and I were greeted by a friendly staff upon check in. The hotel is small and the room given to us (at 3rd floor) was small with a window view of the street. Lobby and room were accentuated with repros of Ingres and David paintings which look nice. Walls and fixtures look dated but the bathroom looks new, spacious and clean. |Staff at reception was attentive, very friendly and helpful. Our requests were quickly attended to. Special mention to staffmember "Harold" who went out of his way to help me rebook a plane ticket and basically made life easy for us in navigating Paris (gave tips and directions to tourism sites). |Hotel is walking distance to Eiffel Tower and Metros. Lots of shops, cafes,boulangeries and convenience stores just outside the hotel.

The staff was incredibly kind and professional in every shift, making our stay a truly pleasant experience! ✨ Awesome hotel, location TOP!

Impresentable!! El hotel bien, la recepcionista de los días 1 y 2 de Marzo 2025 por la mañana, muy mal educada. Primero que no habla Español, así que o sabes francés o inglés, o tendrás serios problemas. Además sin identificar, no sabes con quien hablas. Además nos hizo esperar 60 minutos de pie y sin decirnos ni 1 palabra, para hacer el checkin. A los 10 minutos de haber llegado, cogió una llamada y se tiró 50 minutos hablando, sin hacernos el más mínimo caso, ni si quiera disculparse, ni indicarnos que tardaría, ni nada de nada. Le dijimos que en nuestra vida nos habían tratado tan mal, y se limitó a decir que el checkin era las 15h y no antes... vaya, ni un saludo, ni una disculpa, ni un "vayan a dar un paseo mientras tanto, que tardaré". Nada de nada, muy maleducada y muy poco profesional para estar en la recepción de un hotel. 1 hora de pie y esperando y dirigiéndose de malas maneras. Inadmisible.

I was really hesitant to book this hotel after reading some really negative reviews but I couldn’t be happier that I did! The room was absolutely beautiful, everything was very clean, absolutely more than enough space to move around the room. It is a boutique Parisian hotel room so yes it’s small compared to perhaps other hotels in other cities, but it’s more than enough for a couple visiting for a city break with a suitcase. We didn’t book the breakfast as we wanted to go out and explore and the location of this hotel makes that so so easy - lots of lime bikes around and easy to walk around but there is also the train right around the corner if needed.
The only critique would be; there is one gentleman on the front desk who isn’t very friendly or welcoming and he seems to do the late shift so isn’t always a nice welcome back. All other staff have been lovely, particularly Harold.
Secondly, they ask you to drop your key off before leaving the hotel which I don’t mind - but upon collection they don’t request any ID or anything like that which made my partner very uncomfortable.
Also, it would have been nice to have some sort of mini fridge to keep drinks and food in, not a deal breaker but would have been convenient.
However, all in all - I’d absolutely stay again!

Hôtel Paris Petit Louvre is a hidden gem! Just a minute from Dupleix metro and a short walk to the Eiffel Tower, the location is perfect. The rooms are cozy, clean, and some offer stunning Eiffel Tower views. Great Wi-Fi, comfy beds, and friendly staff made our stay even better. The continental breakfast was a nice touch. For comfort, price, and convenience, this hotel is a top choice in Paris—highly recommend!

Our family had a wonderful stay at Hotel Eiffel Petit Louvre. The location is fantastic—just a short walk to the Eiffel Tower and close to metro stations, making it easy to explore Paris. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-sized for a family, with a cozy atmosphere.

The staff was friendly and accommodating, ensuring we had everything we needed. Breakfast was tasty with a good variety. A great choice for families looking for a convenient and comfortable stay in Paris!

Very nice

Si les chambres sont un peu petites, elles restent confortables et bien agencées. Le personnel est agréable, à l'écoute.
Comme dans tout hôtel, malheureusement, ce sont les autres clients qui peuvent vous gâcher la nuit par leur manque de respect et leur manque de discrétion. D'autant que les couloirs sont petits et étriqués.
Pensez, donc, bouchons d'oreilles/boules Quiès.
Reste un hôtel agréable, propre, et à un prix fort raisonnable vu son emplacement.
Ne ratez pas le marché du dimanche matin, juste à côté !
