Das Hotel liegt perfekt und ist sehr gut angebunden, ideal für Paris-Entdecker. Kein Problem zu Fuß überall hinzukommen. Unser Zimmer war gut, sauber und sehr gemütlich. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir das freundliche und hilfsbereite Personal. Ein großes Dankeschön an Kahina, die uns während unseres gesamten Aufenthalts mit viel Herz unterstützt hat – vor allem am Abreisetag, als wir unser Gepäck im Hotel lassen konnten und den letzten Tag ganz entspannt genießen durften. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

We had a lovely stay at this location which was right across the street from metro 6 (no issues with street noise or metro noises). Kahina our reception host was incredibly kind, sweet, and very helpful. She took the time and mapped out some things we should do.

Room was very nice. Bed was comfortable. Shower had hand held sprayer and rain fall features. Did have 6 sprayers but they did not work. Tub was super nice to soak in after hours of walking. TV was broken, but efforts were made to fix. Toliet room was super small, almost like airplane bathroom. If you are tall or a larger person, this might be a bit of a challenge. Mini fridge in room, plus coffee maker.

Daily coffee, water, and access to fridge and stove in reception area noted. No freezer available in fridge. Also they put out croissants and fruit daily as well which was a super nice touch.

We did have access to balcony and I will say views were spectacular of Eiffel Tower. Balcony is not made for sitting.

Lots of places to eat and great little neighborhood.

Overall, wonderful location, staff, and comforts. We would for sure stay here again!!

Unser Aufenthalt war wirklich großartig. Direkt links vom Hotel gab es eine Vielzahl an Restaurants und Geschäften – ideal, um sich kulinarisch verwöhnen zu lassen oder einfach durch die Umgebung zu schlendern. Auch der Eiffelturm war bequem erreichbar, besonders in Kombination mit dem praktischen Metro-Ticket, mit dem man schnell und unkompliziert durch die Stadt kommt.
Ein weiterer Pluspunkt: Rundum eine perfekte Lage für einen gelungenen Paris-Trip!

Cevap vermişsiniz tşkler odalarınızın hepsinin eyfel manazarası olmadığını bana gösterdiniz o yüzden ben odamı ayırtırken balkonlu oda diye daha fazla para vererek 1 ay öncesinde. Ayırdım ve size mesaj attım işk defa geleceğimizi ve eyfel i gören güzel bir oda ayırıp ayıramıyacağınızı sorduk ve sizde evet ayırcağız dediniz buna rahmen bize eyfel görmeyen vasat bir oda ayarladınız. O yüzden size mesaj yazdım teşekkürlerimi ilettim. Ben doğru olan hereşeyi fazlasıyla yaptım ama sizden geri dönüş vasat altı cevabınızda bunu gösteriyor.

Neden 1 yıldız verdim. Sebebi şudur. Klasik müşteri kandırmacası yapılması. 1 ay öncesinden yeri satın aldım. ve kendilerine mail attım. hemen cevap verdiler güzel yanbıtladılar çok süper. Sırf balkonundan eyfel kulesi görüntüsü var diye eşimle büyül bir hayalle gittik. Evet üst kattaki odalarda balkondan eyfel manzarası var fakat biz 1 gece kalacağımız için bize alt kattan köşeden uak bir oda ayarlamışlar inanılmaz bir hayal kırıklığı ama onların tabi umrunda değil onlar aldıkları paraya bakıyorlar atıl odalarıda iş yapmış oluyor. Eyfel görüntüsü olmadıktan sonra orada neden oda tutayım bir sürü daha uygun hatta kahvaltılı odalar var. Biz oraya 1 günlüğüne gittik güzel bir anı olsun istedik. Sabah erkenden Paris e indik akşam 16 ye kadar dolaştık. Otele geldik ve böyle bir olayla karşılaştık kalmasaydınız diye bilirsiniz fakat o saaten sonra oda bulmak zor aynı zamanda normalinden çok pahalı. Böyle rezil bir işletmecilik anca işi gücü para olan kişilerin yapacağı bir şeydir. Bizim bütün gezimizi hayallerimiz öldürdüler. Tek iyi noktası resepsiyondaki bayan com ilgilendi çok üzüldü ama oda bir çalışan işletme sahibinin insani veya vicdani biri olmadığı kesin o işe para olarak bakıyor. Tanrı ona bu yaptığını çok farklı şekilde mutlaka soracaktır. Bize 40 euro geri iade edeceklermiş şimdi yazıcam oda onun olsun zengin olsun cok parası olsun yeterki başkalarının hayallerini yıkmasın.

Service impeccable, la chambre fait très cocooning. L’emplacement de l’hôtel est parfait. Et la jeune femme à l’accueil a été à l’écoute de nos souhaits.

The hotel is in a good location, right opposite the metro, which is very quiet once the windows are closed. We enjoyed the view of the Eiffel tower and little balcony with table and chairs. The separate toilet to the shower is nice. Lovely shower. We also liked the fridge, which made it easy to store our food and the nespresso coffee machine. However, we felt more pods could have been provided. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. Negatives: The carpet in the room had a funky smell and was not nice. Floorboards would make the room much better and cleaner. The room also made us itchy, probably due to heavy cleaning detergents or spray to hide the smell of the carpet. I must commend this hotel though for their excellent customer service over chat and email and their app. It made everything very smooth and even though there was no personal staff at reception, it did not feel like you were just abandoned.

We truly enjoyed our recent stay at Sublim! The room had everything we could need, including an amazing view of the Eiffel Tower from the balcony! The staff were SO incredibly sweet and helpful with any and all questions we had. The location could not be better! Literally a 1 min walk across the street to the Metro, and quick walk to several cafes in the neighborhood. We loved our stay at Sublim!

I stayed at this hotel about two weeks ago, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. On the second morning, after the room was cleaned, I noticed my nightdress had gone missing. I reported it to reception, asking them to check if it had been accidentally taken with the laundry. I received no update until I followed up myself.||The receptionist I spoke with seemed uninterested and unhelpful. When I asked to speak to the manager, I was told he wasn’t available and they refused to provide his contact information. I was assured he would be informed and would reach out to me via email — but I’m still waiting to hear back.||It’s very disappointing that personal belongings can go missing and no one takes responsibility or even follows up. Guests should be aware that their items may not be safe.||Housekeeping was inconsistent. While the cleaning was fine when done, my room wasn’t cleaned at all for the last three nights, despite my request to at least have the towels changed.||The only positive aspect of my stay was one of the receptionists, Kahina, who was friendly, attentive, and genuinely helpful. She stood out in an otherwise frustrating experience.

Disappointing Experience – Missing Item and Poor Service

A disappointing experience, the one star I have given is for the room, view and location combined. Firstly, let me start off by saying this is hardly a hotel. More like a serviced apartment if you could even say that. If you think you are booking a normal hotel with 24/7 reception, you are wrong. They only have someone in the lobby from 8am-8pm. You are given a code to enter the building and your room, check in is online. They do not allow you to check in any time before 4pm even if you request earlier. So we left our luggage and went out. When we tried to contact the number and whatsapp many times, there was no answer. On the day we checked out the lady at the reception was refusing to keep our luggage in the lobby past 5pm despite stating in a whatsapp message that you can leave luggage in the lobby from 8am-8pm. Awful customer service and a complete lack of care! I would not return here again.

I had an incredible stay here at Sublim! I booked a suite and it was absolutely worth it. The room was spacious, beautifully designed, and featured a large shower and a luxurious bathtub perfect for unwinding after a long day.

The highlight of my stay was the breathtaking Eiffel Tower view from my room. Even without a balcony, I truly enjoyed every moment of it. As it was my first time in Paris, I fully embraced the experience and appreciated the stunning scenery.

The receptionist was incredibly kind and helpful, ensuring a seamless check-in process.

I would gladly stay here again, for comfort, great service, and an amazing Parisian view this hotel is a wonderful choice!

Unangenehme Erfahrung

Leider war mein Aufenthalt nicht angenehm. Beim Duschen gab es ein Wasserleck, und das Wasser konnte nicht richtig abfließen. Sobald ich die Tür öffnete, floss das Wasser auf den Teppich und in den Bereich des Waschbeckens. Das war wirklich unangenehm.

Außerdem wurde das Bettlaken nicht gewechselt! Ich habe es bemerkt, weil ich Croissant-Krümel auf dem Bett hinterlassen hatte und sie später noch dort waren. Das war wirklich ärgerlich, besonders weil einige Kissen auf den Teppich gefallen sind, der wahrscheinlich durch das Wasserleck feucht war – und ich habe darauf geschlafen!

Mein Gott, wie unangenehm! Alles, was man in einem Hotel will, ist ein sauberes Bett und eine funktionierende Dusche. Leider war das hier nicht der Fall.

I really like the hotel,the metro is right across the street, I also walked to the center[ there where is eiffel tower] it took me 15 minutes, but it's really not far - I saw beautiful buildings by walking. Our hotel room was really beautiful, view of the Eiffel tower, heating is great, I have no complaints.

Un excellent séjour au sein de cet hôtel, la chambre est comme un petit cocon avec tout ce qu'il faut pour passer un bon séjour, et notamment une terrasse avec vue sur la Tour Eiffel, c'était parfait, sans compter le métro en face de l'hôtel, je ne peux que recommander !
