Room was very nice. Bed was comfortable. Shower had hand held sprayer and rain fall features. Did have 6 sprayers but they did not work. Tub was super nice to soak in after hours of walking. TV was broken, but efforts were made to fix. Toliet room was super small, almost like airplane bathroom. If you are tall or a larger person, this might be a bit of a challenge. Mini fridge in room, plus coffee maker.
Daily coffee, water, and access to fridge and stove in reception area noted. No freezer available in fridge. Also they put out croissants and fruit daily as well which was a super nice touch.
We did have access to balcony and I will say views were spectacular of Eiffel Tower. Balcony is not made for sitting.
Lots of places to eat and great little neighborhood.
Overall, wonderful location, staff, and comforts. We would for sure stay here again!!

I stayed at this hotel about two weeks ago, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. On the second morning, after the room was cleaned, I noticed my nightdress had gone missing. I reported it to reception, asking them to check if it had been accidentally taken with the laundry. I received no update until I followed up myself.
The receptionist I spoke with seemed uninterested and unhelpful. When I asked to speak to the manager, I was told he wasn’t available and they refused to provide his contact information. I was assured he would be informed and would reach out to me via email — but I’m still waiting to hear back.
It’s very disappointing that personal belongings can go missing and no one takes responsibility or even follows up. Guests should be aware that their items may not be safe.
Housekeeping was inconsistent. While the cleaning was fine when done, my room wasn’t cleaned at all for the last three nights, despite my request to at least have the towels changed.
The only positive aspect of my stay was one of the receptionists, Kahina, who was friendly, attentive, and genuinely helpful. She stood out in an otherwise frustrating experience.
The highlight of my stay was the breathtaking Eiffel Tower view from my room. Even without a balcony, I truly enjoyed every moment of it. As it was my first time in Paris, I fully embraced the experience and appreciated the stunning scenery.
The receptionist was incredibly kind and helpful, ensuring a seamless check-in process.
I would gladly stay here again, for comfort, great service, and an amazing Parisian view this hotel is a wonderful choice!
Leider war mein Aufenthalt nicht angenehm. Beim Duschen gab es ein Wasserleck, und das Wasser konnte nicht richtig abfließen. Sobald ich die Tür öffnete, floss das Wasser auf den Teppich und in den Bereich des Waschbeckens. Das war wirklich unangenehm.
Außerdem wurde das Bettlaken nicht gewechselt! Ich habe es bemerkt, weil ich Croissant-Krümel auf dem Bett hinterlassen hatte und sie später noch dort waren. Das war wirklich ärgerlich, besonders weil einige Kissen auf den Teppich gefallen sind, der wahrscheinlich durch das Wasserleck feucht war – und ich habe darauf geschlafen!
Mein Gott, wie unangenehm! Alles, was man in einem Hotel will, ist ein sauberes Bett und eine funktionierende Dusche. Leider war das hier nicht der Fall.
