L'accueil est en rénovation, mais ce n'est pas dérangeant. La chambre est propre et confortable, avec une belle vue sur l'architecture. Le personnel est très agréable, il y a toujours une personne à l'accueil joignable au besoin. Le coin est tranquille et sécuritaire. On est à 15 minutes à pied de la tour eiffel, métro et vélib à quelques pas de l'hôtel, plusieurs restaurants/boulangeries/commerces aux alentours. Je recommande!

The rooms are not very big and are quite simple. The tables next to the beds are very small and are built in about a foot from the bed on each side. There are no drawers or shelves in the bedroom. The bed is very comfortable and the service was wonderful. Breakfast was also very nice. the bathroom is nice but there should be a handrail in the shower/tub area since the step down from the tub is a big one and can be slippery. There is also an ice machine that only worked one time, so if you like ice, then consider that. Otherwise it is very close to the metro station which was wonderful. The staff was kind and very respectful. Once more thing, I was not aware that the hotel was under renovation when we booked, and there was no garden area, as was described on the website.

Horrible experience. I would never stay here again. We thought the hotel was closed down when we walked up. There is an inconspicuous door to get in that is not identified very well. The "lobby" is a dump. It has two old office desks and boxes stacked everywhere. It looked like a rundown office from the 70's. The place smelled horrible too. I'm not sure if it was from paint or what, but the whole place smelled. The pictures on the website are also misleading. When I booked it did not indicate that the hotel was under construction. No outdoor garden, we didn't even dare look for the lounge that was pictured. Make sure you look at the "official" website for photos. The photos that look decent are from an old listing when the hotel was a Best Western. BTW, if you are handicapped and in a wheelchair you may not be able to fit in the lift. It is SO small. The only good thing about it was the location close to a subway station.

Rooms are newly renovated and have a nice simple and modern feel but they just need aired out a bit. Air con in my room didn't seem to work so might be worth checking before summer hits.
Location right next to the metro was super convenient and one of the reasons for my stay.
Staff were excellent and provided a good service throughout, particularly the woman hosting the breakfast - she was such a ray of sunshine and happiness. On that note breakfast was very decent for the price of you don't fancy going out for breakfast in the mornings.
Overall a solid stay with only a few downsides which I firmly believe will disappear in time.

Abgesehen davon, dass das Hotel aktuell im Umbau ist, gibt es weder am Standort, noch an den Zimmern etwas zu kritisieren. Von den Straßen ist bei geschlossenen Fenstern nichts zu hören. Der Service ist absolut zufriedenstellend und äußerst freundlich. Bei einem weiteren Besuch in Paris spricht nichts gegen das Hotel Montcalm. Merci beaucoup!

Small but perfect sized room for our week in Paris! Location is great (few doors down from the metro). Construction in the lobby was not disruptive, and our stay was very enjoyable. Only minor issue was a couple times the elevator didn’t work. Front desk staff were polite and breakfast was great! Would stay again.

Parfait tout était à la hauteur de ce qu’ils proposent, en plein coeur du 15 eme et à côté de tout les petits commerces et restaurants de la ville ! À 20 min à pied de la Tour Eiffel pas besoin de prendre le métropolitain. Le métropolitain est juste en face de l’hôtel qui amène partout |La propreté est incroyable |Merci pour votre gentillesse

Firstly, the room had a strong odor and a lot of formaldehyde, The room started operating while it was still under construction ，but at first I only wanted to stay for one night and didn't mind. The next day, I left early due to road conditions and checked out late. He asked me to pay 30 euros, and I am just a student. 30 euros is a huge sum of money for me. I told him that I could keep 10 euros for me to take a taxi. He directly snatched the money from me, which was very inhumane because my English was not good and I didn't know that late check-out would require payment. In the end, they took the money directly from me, which was very disrespectful to me. There was a very bad lady at the front desk. The hazardous substances in the hotel made me feel very upset because I stayed in this hotel. I went downstairs and explained to them that no one admitted to it. You can apologize to me for the smell, but not admitting it is too much and has caused serious damage to my mind and body. I feel like I need to I have cancer and depression, and the service attitude is the worst I have ever encountered in Europe. Because of this hotel, I have started to hate Paris and will not come back. I said I would go to the relevant department to report the service staff. They were very contemptuous and said, 'Are you going? Is she being racist because of my skin color?'

Je ne recommande pas cet hôtel,
malgré sa situation géographique.
Nous avons passé une nuit blanche en raison de voisins criant toute la nuit, obligée d’appeler la réception pour intervenir.
chambre pas insonorisées et je ne recommande pas cet hôtel !

Ale at reception was very helpful. Recommend! Currently going through refurbishment and the new hotel looks at be coming along well. Staff were always on hand if we needed anything and we'd definitely stay there again. Also located next to the metro.

Demorei muito para escolher um hotel com bom custo benefício em Paris porque íamos a trabalho, fotografar um casal de clientes. Achei esse hotel pelo google e realmente foi uma experiência muito boa! Toda equipe foi super simpática, achei o hotel bem localizado, e com excelente custo benefício. Ótima cama, lençóis, bom chuveiro. Tivemos um contratempo no último dia de viagem, o hotel estava em reforma e ficamos sem água quente naquele dia. Eu reclamei por email e eles foram muito corretos e devolveram o valor da diária daquele dia, no meu cartão de crédito. Então foram extremamente corretos comigo, eu voltaria com toda certeza, numa próxima viagem a Paris e recomendo!

Hotel en cours de rénovation au moment de mon séjour. Odeur de peinture persistante dans la chambre, ce qui a rendu l'expérience moins agréable que prévu. Personnel néanmoins au petit soin. Hotel joli et très propre, bien situé. Mériterait d'y retourner.

A recommander vivement pour un city trip !

- Le petit déjeuner n'est pas à notre goût pour 15€/personne
- Relativement proche de la Tour Eiffel et de l'Arc de Triomphe, à 15 minutes en voiture
- Hôtel propre
- Pas de chaînes de télévision en allemand, au cas où, comme chez nous, la journée ne serait faite que de pluie !
