Petit hôtel sympa très bien situé de nombreux commerces et restaurants aux alentours.
Agréable pour passer un bon séjour, bonne odeur dans le hall, très bon service personnel hyper accueillant et souriant.
Je vous laisse découvrir par vous même.

Chambre agréable, calme. Accueil très chaleureux. La douche est un peu petite, environ 65 par 65.

Amazing location if you are staying in Paris a few days, Eiffel Tower 20min away or 15 if you walk fast ????
The area is great, surrounded by bakeries, small fruit shops and restaurants. From our window we could see the Eiffel Tower (only the top part), and is really nice.
Three stars because the reception team could improve their manners and way to the customer, it doesn’t seem professional enough to me for working in a 3 star hotel, not giving details about it.
Finishing in a good note, the cleaning team and the woman assisting for breakfast were great!! Rooms are cleaned everyday and the person was assisting us every time we had questions or we need anything (warm milk for example). I would only add that the offer is limited: you get croissants, cereals, coffee from capsules, juice and bread. Would have appreciated a bit more variety, for the same price you can have a great breakfast in one of the bars nearby.

Am fost in Paris pentru cateva zile de ziua mea, am ales acest hotel datorita faptului ca era aproape de centru si usor de a circula cu autobuzul sau metroul.
La hotel a fost tot perfect, curatenie, liniste, ne a oferit prosoape in fiecare zi si au facut curatenie in camera in fiecare zi.
Staff ul a fost de mare ajutor, inca din prima zi pana in ultima zi.
Ne a ajutat cu bookingul pentru alti prieteni si chiar am primit si o oferta.
Recomand cu foarte mare incredere.

I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Carladez Cambronne! The room was very spacious with a lovely view, and the hotel is located in a quiet area, yet very close to metro and bus stations, making it easy to explore the city. It’s also just about a 20-minute walk to the Eiffel Tower, which was a great bonus!
The staff were exceptionally kind, professional, and available 24/7, always ready to help with anything we needed. Our room was cleaned thoroughly every day, and the bed was extremely comfortable, making it easy to relax after a day of sightseeing.
Another highlight was the excellent pastry shop right next to the hotel — perfect for enjoying a fresh croissant or a coffee in the morning.
Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Paris. I will definitely stay here again on my next trip!

L'hôtel est très bien situé. La chambre est propre et tout à fait convenable. Le personnel de l'hôtel est adorable (avec un plus pour la dame des petits déjeuners, qui est vraiment très gentille et souriante). Nous reviendrons.

Das Hotel lag sehr zentral,
die Zimmer sind sehr klein und spartanisch ausgestattet,
das Frühstück war auch sehr übersichtlich und gewöhnungsbedürftig,
ein sehr sehr kleiner Raum-im Keller-
Parken vor Ort nicht möglich, man musste ein paar Straßen weiter laufen und konnte dann das Auto im Parkhaus abstellen, der Preis ist OK

Excelente hotel, la habitación y el baño bastante pequeños pero todo muy limpio y la ubicación lo compensa. Super cerca de estaciones del Metro y a unos cuantos pasos de la Torre Eiffel y los centros de interés de París, un área segura para caminar de noche.

Séjour d une nuit le 27 février 2025. A notre arrivée vers 16h , on nous informe que l ascenseur est en panne ainsi que l électricité. La personne à l accueil est très peu aimable et ne propose aucune aide pour les valises.. nous avons demandé une chambre plus accessible, c est soit disant Impossible. De retour vers 23h, l ascenseur est toujours en panne et il n y a pas d électricité dans notre chambre. Je finis par trouver une personne dans la salle prévue pour les petits déjeuners ( il n y a personne dans le hall d accueil) qui nous attribue une autre chambre. Je précise que nous sommes septuagénaires. Le seul standing de l hôtel c est son prix. A éviter absolument..

Me and my partner booked this hotel as the location was good and the pictures on the website looked fantastic for the money.||||We stayed here for 3 nights (Thursday to Sunday) and cost us around €300 plus city tax at around €33 for us both for the three nights.(payable on arrival).||||||On first impressions walking in it looks ok, carpets were tired and narrow stairs leading to our floor/room (4th floor room 403).||||There is a small lift available that can carry 2people plus our luggage but wouldn’t try for a third person.||||On entering the room it was small but what did we expect for the money, plus we just needed a bed to sleep in and washing facilities which is what we had.||||Best way to describe the condition is a polished turd, they have tried to make an effort to modernise it but on a budget in my opinion.||||The bed was comfortable, nice pillows and lining, fresh towels everyday, clean and tidy, and working AC (temperamental at times).||||If your one that carries a bit of weight, then you might struggle to use the shower, the doors are so narrow to enter and moving around it to wash is next to impossible.||||On closer inspection there where a few things that let it down to look at, like stains on the roof, holes where screws used to be and cracks in the tiles from old shelving that’s been removed.||||The shower head could also do with a deep clean as this was minging.||||But all that wouldn’t have bothered us to the point to give this a moderate review if it hadn’t been for the noisy neighbours above us, our first night there we were shattered so when we couldn’t sleep due to the stomping of the people in the room above us we just put it down to us being picky.||||The next night we had come back from Disney for the day and again was shattered and was very sleepy but again those same neighbours were stomping around, each of these nights it quietened down by around 12 midnight.||||However, the final night was where it was too much, by 1:15 in the morning I had to get dressed and go down stairs and complain to the night staff, they were apologetic even though it wasn’t there fault and I assumed they had contacted those individuals, however by 1:50am I had to get dressed again and complain, this time I stayed while they contacted them and threatened to call the police if they didn’t stop.||||Luckily this was enough to shut them up but it spoiled our stay here and naturally I felt as though it made me tired the next day from having a bad nights sleep and having to check out on the Sunday morning.||||As I said it’s a shame the neighbours let it down because we could have had a really good stay here if it wasn’t for them.||||You could argue I should have complained days earlier but we are not ones to make a fuss and hate any confrontation but according to the staff, those individuals were very young and clearly had no respect for other people.||||All in all, the room was as good as what we paid for and for the time we spent in it, we got what we wanted and needed from it.||||We didn’t use the dinning facilities so cannot comment on that, we just ate out in the city (which was expensive) but we budgeted for that.||||If your expecting 5star or high standard facilities, I’d skip this hotel, it’s fine for somewhere to store your luggage, use the safe for passports and valuables, and wash and sleep but if you plan to use the hotel for more staying in, it’s not really the place for that.||||Would I stay here again? Probably not, call me a snob but I just felt it was misleading by the pictures and was just not to the standards I expected.||||I wish I’d know what it was really like and would have paid more to stay somewhere else.||||I hope my pictures give you all a better idea of the conditions and what you are paying for.||||Enjoy, Rich

Cet hôtel a un mauvais rapport qualité prix.
Les chambres sont al entretenues, avec des taches sur les murs.
Le service laisse à désirer.
En plus je me suis fait voler des affaires ( du shopping que j’avais effectué); et au lieu d’investiguer notamment en vérifiant les caméras de surveillance ( il y’en a qu’à l’accueil); le gérant a fait preuve d’une grande mauvaise foi. J’ai décidé de renoncer à mes deux nuitées restantes et je suis allé dans un autre hôtel.
En 20 d’utilisation des services hôteliers, je n’avais jamais été viciée de vol nulle part dans le monde, à part dans et Hotel. Et je suis tombé sur d’autres témoignages de cas de vols dans cet établissement.

Cet n’a pas un bon rapport qualité prix. Les chambres sont mal entretenues, et le service est inexistant.
Je viens de séjourner la bas, et j’ai du partir car on ma volé des affaires dans ma chambre; et face a la mauvaise foi du gérant, j’ai du prendre mes affaires et partir dans un autre hôtel.
En 20 ans d’utilisation de chambre d’hôtel, je n’ai jamais été victime de vol à part dans cet hôtel.

Hotel well located and nice. Internet could be improved as was quite slow.

Amazing place, perfect service, perfect area near a lot of shops, restaurants and metro stops. Breakfast alright - typical in tourist cities.

In unserem Zimmer war die Lampe kaputt es hat sich Schimmel im unserem Zimmer
Gesammelt darauf hin haben wir das der Person angemerkt und die haben einfach nur reagiert mit ich mach mal die Lüftung was kein Sinn macht aber egal Zimmer war klein Zimmer hat gestunken keine Ahnug weswegen aber aufjedenfall eine Renovierung ist notwendig ist zu teuer für 4 Personen haben wir 1000€ gezahlt einfach nur schade das man für so ein Preis der maßig verarscht wird das ist sehr schade ich hoffe das ändert sich und nicht empfehlenswert

I do not recommend it, the heat cannot be turned on, the breakfast is very poor, you have nothing to choose from, the parking lot is not as close as it says, it is 600 meters away

Rien à redire sur l’hôtel en lui même mais à mon arrivée, j’ai dû attendre 15min dehors avant que quelqu’un vienne m’ouvrir (je suis arrivée dans la nuit et donc la porte d’entrée était fermée). En effet, après avoir sonné pendant je ne sais pas combien de temps et avoir appelé plusieurs fois l’hôtel qui n’a pas répondu, une personne est venue m’accueillir. Il faudrait s’assurer que tous les Check in soient fait avant d’aller préparer les petits déjeuners au sous sol, isolé de l’entrée. Dommage

Petit hôtel agréable.. Bien situé en plein 15eme...plein de restau autour Sur 6 étages.Petit ascenseur. Salle de petit déjeuner exiguë en sous sol.

J'ai séjourné une nuit au Carladez et j'ai été absolument ravie par le niveau de service et l'hospitalité. Bien que le check-in soit prévu pour 15h, ils ont gentiment préparé ma chambre à l'avance afin que je puisse passer un appel professionnel important à 13h30. Le lendemain, ayant de nouveau des contraintes professionnelles, j'ai pu encore une fois bénéficier de leur si gentille hospitalité en restant travailler tranquillement dans leur le salon commun, et ce, bien après mon check-out. En plus de cela, l'hôtel est adorable, le lit très confortable et l'emplacement exceptionnel.
Encore merci, vous avez beaucoup simplifié mon séjour a Paris ????

Excelente servicio y atención de la persona encargada en el counter, siempre dispuesta a ayudar al huésped con suma amabilidad. Muy buena relacion calidad-precio. Ubicación centrica, de fácil desplazamiento hacia las principales atracciones turísticas. Habitaciones limpias y espaciosas. Volveremos en nuestra siguiente estancia en París.

Simple et correct

Hôtesse d accueil désagréable quand on lui demande un renseignement, angles de chambre moisis, prise qui s enleve du mur.
Ne vaut vraiment pas le prix.

Chambres propres mais avec quelques petits défauts, les accessoires de salle de bain cassé et pas remplacés, le frigo qui ne fonctionne pas très bien, porte de la sdb qui ne ferme pas et le manque de voilage à la fenêtre quand il fait jour.
Le personnel est très serviables, merci

Excellent hôtel, parfaitement situé (près de la gare Montparnasse) avec un service chaleureux et personnalisé.

J'y retournerai sans hésitation !
