Die Fotos der Unterkunft wecken leider falsche Erwartungen. Das Zimmer war überraschend klein und äußerst hellhörig. Für Menschen mit leichtem Schlaf ist das definitiv nicht geeignet – man hört nicht nur das Schnarchen aus dem Nebenzimmer, sondern auch Telefonate, laufende Fernseher und jede Toilettenspülung deutlich.
Zur Ausstattung: Das Bettlaken war fleckig, und die Fliesen in der Dusche waren nicht gründlich gereinigt. Insgesamt machte das Zimmer keinen wirklich sauberen Eindruck.
Ein weiterer Nachteil: Toilette und Badezimmer sind getrennt – in der Toilette selbst gibt es allerdings kein Handwaschbecken. Um sich nach dem Toilettengang die Hände zu waschen, muss man erst ins Badezimmer gehen, was weder praktisch noch hygienisch ist.
Insgesamt kann ich dieses Hotel leider nicht weiterempfehlen.

Out of all the European hotels we’ve been to, this was our favourite!
Yes the air conditioning doesn’t work but we were okay with this because we came during good weather and if it was hot, we just opened the window. Also, we really loved the window. Very Parisian though I didn’t get the view of the Eiffel tower like some of the other rooms.
The bathroom was really good! very clean and it had a tub and shower.
The bed was comfortable after running around for 12 hours. And the tv did work for us unlike some of the other reviews. The english channel was the CNN international and nothing else. We didn’t really mind cause there was wifi and mostly watched on our devices.
Hospitality was great! The female staff in the morning and afternoons were really helpful and nice! I didn’t have the correct adapter for charging my stuff and they lent me one for the duration of my stay. It helped a lot for us.
The location is a 30 minute walk from the Eiffel tower and there are 3 metros stations close by and a few bus stops.

Also ehrlich, ich weiß, dass man bei einem 3-Sterne-Hotel keine Wunder erwarten darf, aber das hier war echt enttäuschend. Die Zimmer haben mit den Fotos auf der Website so gut wie nichts zu tun – deutlich kleiner als es aus den Fotos wirkt. Die Duschkabine, allgemeim wirklich renovierungsbedürftig.
Wir waren einige Nächte da und haben in der Zeit kaum geschlafen. Das Hotel ist unglaublich hellhörig – man hört alles aus den Nachbarzimmern: Gespräche, Toilettenspülung, Duschen. Und wenn dann noch jemand schnarcht, kann man sich den Schlaf komplett abschminken.
Ich würde definitiv nicht nochmal buchen.

Fiquei muito satisfeito com minha estadia no Alizé Grenelle Paris Eiffel. A localização é excelente, a cerca de 1,5 km ou 20 minutos de caminhada da Torre Eiffel, com vários bistrôs, cafés, mercados e outros serviços bem próximos. Há uma estação de metrô a poucos passos do hotel, o que facilitou muito os deslocamentos pela cidade, além de uma estação de bicicletas próxima que também usei com facilidade. O quarto me surpreendeu positivamente: silencioso, aquecido, com uma cama muito confortável, roupas de cama e banho de excelente qualidade trocadas diariamente, ducha forte e agradável (apesar do box um pouco apertado), secador de cabelo, passador de calças e produtos de higiene de ótima qualidade. O elevador, embora pequeno e com capacidade limitada, atendia bem, mesmo que em alguns momentos fosse necessário esperar um pouco — especialmente estando no sétimo andar. No geral, a estadia foi ótima e o preço foi justo, considerando o conforto e principalmente a localização privilegiada.

Me hospedé 5 días y empezamos mal ya que no puedes controlar el A/C desde tu cuarto, cada vez que quería prenderlo tenía que llamar a recepción, lo prendían y lo apagaban a las 8:00am, no hablan español, y el baño es demasiado pequeño.
Solo tienen una plancha para ropa en todo el hotel y tienes que bajar al sótano para usarla.
Por último la tele falla constantemente.
Pésimo servicio en todo.
No lo recomiendo para nada, lo único bueno es que está bien ubicado y que la limpieza es diaria

Nice hotel in the middle of the city. But the space is not spacious, prepare if you bring big or lot of luggage. They don’t provide water kettle too in each room make it inconvenience to get hot water down in the restaurant

에펠탑 근처에 있는 숙소입니다. 나쁘지 않구요 주변에 한식당이 많아서 한식을 많이 먹었습니다. 호텔 청소는 깔끔하게 해주시고 작은 벽걸이 티비가 있는데 핸드폰이랑 연동해서 넷플릭스 같은걸 볼 수 있습니다.

Attention cet hôtel ne propose pas de service bagagerie … (sans doute le prix du m2 trop élevé sur Paris…) je n’ai pas du tout apprécié l’accueil, froid et pas professionnel.
Je demanderai à ma société de choisir un autre hôtel à la place.

There are no facility to make our own drinks like cups all.. even no any instant 3 in 1 drinks provided in the room. There is one lady in the reception who is not helpful and not friendly when we ask for something.

First of all, location is PERFECT. I stayed here twice and that is the main selling point. |The rooms are small-ish and could use an upgrade with the carpets. The biggest negative is the thin walls, we could hear the person next to us snore all night. It drove us crazy.

J’aime descendre dans cet hôtel car il est à proximité du centre de formation où je me rends. On peut critiquer la mauvaise insonorisation mais c’est un immeuble ancien dans Paris même. Je trouve la vibration du métro plutôt typique. Les chambres sont propres même si la décoration est fanée, les salles de bains rénovées et propres aussi. Le personnel est serviable, poli et sympathique. Le petit déjeuner est copieux et les produits sont bons.
Suite à un délogement imprévu du Beaugrenelle St Charles vers l’Alizé, j’ai reçu du directeur un agréable cadeau en dédommagement. J’apprécie et je remercie le geste.

Les chambres sont petites, les toilettes sont petites et les ascenseurs sont petits. Les installations sont médiocres et vétustes. L'insonorisation est très mauvaise, on entend le bruit de la porte d'à côté même si on branche un chargeur. Le personnel de l'hôtel n'est pas très sympathique. Il est également très proche du métro, la tour n'est pas loin, mais les autres attractions sont un peu éloignées.
