Une expérience très agréable ! Un énorme merci au personnel attentionné et sympathique ! Un tout petit accent à mettre sur les poussières dans la salle des petits déjeuner s’il y a un point d’amélioration mais hormis cela MERCI pour cet excellent moment !

Absolut gemütliches kleines Hotel, sehr zentral. Die Metro ist gut zu erreichen, Eifelturm in unmittelbarer Nähe.

Glücksfall: Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Blick auf den Eifelturm.
Die Zimmer sind gemütlich, klein und sehr sauber.
Kaffeemaschine im Zimmer, Föhn ebenso. Es fehlt an nichts.
Das Wasser hat einen ausgezeichneten Druck und ist warm.

In der kleinen Lounge kann man gemütlich selbst Cocktails mischen.

Frühstück ist schnuckelig, frisch ,ausreichend und gut.

Die Servicekräfte sind alle sehr freundlich.

Wir kommen wieder...und wieder...und wieder...

Hotel is located close enough to walk to most monuments. The surrounding neighborhood is fairly busy in the day but quiet at night and located right next to the train station. Hotel rooms are clean and has mostly modern amenities. Staff service is a bit slow and, depending on the day, can be a bit unpleasant. Price of the room is a bit overpriced. Overall good place if you want to be close enough to visit the cities monuments and local eateries.

Its Paris. Hotel rooms are expected to be small. No exception here. Small but clean, and comfortable. We stayed 3 nights. Location was great, just across the stress from the Cambronne Metro station. A small grocery store right outside the entrance. Velo bike stand as well. Plenty of cafes and restaurants a short walking distance. Walkable to the Eiffel Tower. Plenty of major attractions and short Metro rides away. Being close to the Metro can mean some train noise at night but the windows do a good job at keeping most of the sound out

Bathrooms are also small but clean. Hot water in the shower was not consistent but mostly there. Some water leak around the edges of the shower glass panes.

The temperature cannot be adjusted from the room. One has to go down to the lobby and they can adjust it from there (though somewhat begrudgingly). Front staff however, were all very friendly, spoke good English, and tried to help out in any way they could.

Breakfast is decent but not the best. Hot and cold options. Limited cheese and fruit variety. It was reasonable.

If you are frugal and are not interested in the size of the room but cleanliness, comfort and location, then this hotel is a very good option.

"I had a truly amazing experience staying at the hotel. All the staff were incredibly kind and helpful. There was one moment when the fire alarm went off unexpectedly, and it was a bit startling as there was no explanation provided. Aside from that, everything was wonderful, and I would love to stay here again in the future. Thank you very much."

Worst hotel service+ hotel manager is extremely unprofessional.

Booked my hotel in Agoda and been canceled for no reason, both hotel and Agoda are not talking responsibility.

Also the action is extremely terrible!!

I don’t think I can say how much I truly enjoyed this hotel probably one of my favorites ever! The staff were warm and welcoming. They even knew it was my daughter’s birthday, so they added balloons to our room, which was such a sweet surprise. The room was clean. The location was amazing with lots of great restaurants in the metro close by. We had a room facing the Eiffel Tower. The view was amazing. I highly recommend upgrading to that room. The breakfast was OK. My daughter is all allergic to eggs and not a fan of yogurt so not much for her to eat. But I enjoyed it! If you’re in Paris and don’t wanna spend an absolute fortune, but love location and a good hotel that treats its guests like they should then stay at this hotel!

The hotel is in an ideal location, opposite the metro with easy access to all main attractions. Really friendly staff, clean rooms that are maintained daily. Our room was on the small side was the only downfall but aside from that really pleasant experience

I have now stayed here twice. Both times the staff was warm and helpful. The rooms are small, but clean and very nicely appointed with modern bathrooms and comfortable beds. The hotel is directly across the street from the Metro station making it extremely convenient to travel around Paris. From many of the rooms you can see the Eiffel Tower and watch it twinkle each night. I would stay here again!

No help with luggage on arrival even if you have a small baby with you.
No iron in the room, they provide on request but again no service, you goto reception and bring it up yourself.
No minibar / Fridge in the room, if you have baby food with you, best of luck with that.
If you need water bottle, they will refill one for you by going to the reception.
so basically No room service at all, feels like you are living in an expensive Airbnb.
Room price 271 euros per night/ back garden view

Another delightful stay at this hotel. Perfectly located for my business trip in the 15th arrondisement, surrounded by a wealth of cafes, restaurants and an amazing Boulangerie next door. Staff are warm and welcoming, were very accommodating when I asked to change rooms on check in (the first time I stayed) and ensured that I had the same room this time with the added bonus of a view of the Eiffel Tower (albeit through the scaffolding that is temporarily in place). Air conditioning was set at the perfect temperature as it was unseasonably warm for April. Breakfast had plenty of choice including a hot offering as well as the usual continental offerings with a bean to coffee machine and fresh fruit juice. Room was spacious (by Parisian standards), a comfortable bed and soft pillows. With a coffee machine, complimentary water in the room and an iron and ironing board available on request. I will be returning to this hotel when I am next on business in Paris later this year and would recommend it to anyone looking for a hotel in Paris.

Friendly service, great location, several cafes in the area, walking distance to many attractions and metro right there at your convenience. Breakfast was good. Rooms were serviced everyday and rooms were comfort and clean.

Je m appelle mme habi et je voyage très souvent à paris .je vais toujours au first hôtel parce que je me sens bien dans cet hôtel . Chambre top accueil exceptionnel gentillesse et bienveillance de toute l équipe font que je ne veux plus aller ailleurs ❤️ je recommande a 10 000 pour cent. Tout est top et surtout un staff au petit soin pour tous les clients . Dès notre arrivée on sait que le séjour sera merveilleux ????. Faites votre expérience vous ne serez pas déçus

I am not sure if my review is fair, as we were put on the back foot from the outset for this accommodation. Through our travel agent we were charged $800AUD per night for this accommodation. In Australia, that would get you a high quality stay. With the renovations, no view and average room, I have stayed in much better accommodation in Australia for a quarter of the cost. However I will say the staff was great. They were extremely friendly and the breakfast was great also. Location wise it is not too bad with access to the train station and Eiffel Tower, although a place a little further down the road, closer to a main train line and the Eiffel Tower, may be a better option.

The service at First Hotel was amazing, so friendly and helpful. The room was spotless and had everything we needed, even a toothbrush! It made our stay really comfortable and convenient. Highly recommend!

This is a lovely hotel in Paris, the staff are so lovely and really make you feel welcome. They do everything and more for you to enjoy your stay and accommodate you in every way.

This is a great spot as it’s a little quieter, however close and central. There is also a metro right outside which is amazing!

I would stay here again! X

L'emplacement de l'hôtel est proche des transports publics et il y a de nombreux restaurants à proximité. L'hôtel est très attentif à ses clients et le soir du Nouvel An, il leur a offert du champagne et des macarons. Le petit déjeuner peut être acheté pour un supplément de 15 € par personne (2023.12).

Le personnel de l'hôtel était excellent. Ils ont reçu nos bagages tôt et les ont laissés dans la chambre. Mon mari a commandé quelque chose de spécial pour mon anniversaire et la chambre était magnifiquement décorée. La vue depuis la suite est un rêve. Le personnel était extrêmement aimable et attentif.

Un très bel hôtel, bien entretenu et très bien situé ! Nous avons réservé une chambre avec vue sur la Tour Eiffel et nous avons beaucoup apprécié cette vue. La Tour Eiffel est à 15-20 minutes à pied et la station de métro "different" est devant la porte.
Les chambres sont petites mais suffisantes et très propres. Le buffet du petit-déjeuner est vaste et délicieux, le personnel est toujours très serviable et aimable. Nous y retournerions à tout moment ????????
