I was a little unhappy that you charged me for the 3rd night when I was unable to stay due to a family emergency. Especially when I called well in advance to advice and was told I would not be charged. We would not use your hotel again at P&G for this reason.

Un seul bemol : la durée du check in... 35 ' à attendre ! Je n'ai jamais vu ça dans aucun autre hotel. Explication : une seule personne à l'accueil en journée et à ce poste depuis 3 jours...

Tres jolies rénovations. Agréable. Chambre petite mais très confortable. Beaucoup apprécié la grosse Nespresso et toutes les capsules :)

La climatisation ne fonctionnait pas il faisait très chaud dans la chambreNous avions signalé à notre arrivée vouloir régler le prix de la chambre en espèces, le réceptionniste nous a indiqué que le prélèvement a été fait sur ma carte bancaire malgré notre demande de régler en espèces. D’ordinaire j’aime beaucoup votre hôtel, serait il possible d’avoir un geste commercial de votre part en compensation de ces désagréments et afin d’envisager une nouvelle venue dans votre hôtel ?

Le personnel n’est absolument à la hauteur d’un 4 étoiles. La prise en charge est parfois désinvolte. On nous a remis un badge de chambre, alors qu’il y avait encore des clients dans le lit. Il faut quémander pour boire un verre au bar. Des gens pique-nique sur la terrasse avec des sacs de courses de grande surface c’était pire qu’une aire d’autoroute. Des femmes en pyjama licorne. Aucun standing pour le tarif proposé.

Dans l’ensemble le séjour étais agréable, petit bémol le hammam ne fonctionnait pas ! Ces dommages, l’eau de la piscine étais plutôt froide .. j’ai été accueilli par un réceptionniste à l’accueil très gentil agréable avec le sourire contrairement à la dame avec des lunettes qu’il me dis quel ne travaille pas ici d’un ton sec et méprisant mais renseigne les autres clients de l’hôtel.
