We stayed at this hotel during our trip to Paris and overall had a pleasant experience. The location is super convenient – right next to a metro, bus, and tram station, but still on a quiet street, which was great for resting after a full day in the city.
The staff were polite and helpful, and there’s always someone at the reception 24/7, which made us feel safe and supported. The building has six floors and a small elevator that fits about two people.
Our room was on the 6th floor. It was small but very clean, and the bed was surprisingly comfortable. However, the soundproofing wasn’t great – we could hear people talking in the neighboring rooms. Also, the room only had a small window and the curtains didn’t fully block out the light, so it got bright quite early in the morning.
The hotel is not in the center of Paris – it takes around 30 minutes by metro to reach the Eiffel Tower – but with such easy access to public transport, getting around was never a problem.
One thing we really liked was the bakery (boulangerie) just around the corner – perfect for grabbing fresh breakfast every morning before heading out.
If you're looking for a well-located, simple and clean place to stay in Paris with friendly staff, this is a solid option – just keep in mind the room size and noise if you're a light sleeper. Overall, a good value for money and a comfortable stay.

Nous avons séjourné dans cet hôtel le week-end de l'Ascension et tout s’est parfaitement bien passé. La chambre était propre, conforme aux photos, avec un petit balcon très agréable. Le lieu a tout le charme d’un hôtel parisien authentique.
Quartier calme avec toutes les commodités aux alentours (Franprix, café, buffalo, KFC etc). L'hôtel est bien insonorisé (aucun bruit malgré la victoire du PSG !)
Le vrai plus : la réception et le personnel, d’une grande gentillesse et toujours disponibles.
L’emplacement est également idéal : tram et métro à deux pas, un bus juste devant l’hôtel qui va directement à l’Arc de Triomphe, et pour les plus motivés, on peut même rejoindre les sites touristiques en une petite heure de marche.
Enfin, un parking sécurisé et pratique est disponible. Je recommande sans hésiter !

Le personnel de l'hôtel est très accueillant. Le petit-déjeuner est correct, sans plus. La chambre que j'avais était propre, mais la salle de bain un peu défraîchie (pomme de douche entartrée, joins noircis). Hôtel très bien situé, tout proche du métro, et dans un coin calme.

We have just returned from 7 nights at this hotel. We found the staff lovely and especially the receptionist (boss? think her name was Maria) who booked us in. She was so charming and helpful, really made all the difference after a long journey. The room was clean and well presented, the sheets were very clean and the bed comfortable. The hotel is in a quiet area and we slept very well. The maid who cleaned our room every day did a really wonderful job and was very attentive to the details, well done to her and many thanks. The metro is just around the corner and you can get into the centre of Paris in around 20 minutes. Only downside, can't think of one. Would recommend.

Beside a few minor things that were loose in the room like the TV was hanging from the bracket and we were unable to watch it at all, but after all day roaming around Paris everyone was tired and wanted to rest it was not a real problem, rooms are clean. The reception staff is very helpful. The bus station is 50 meters from the hotel and you can hop on and get to the center of Paris in no time. Very convenient location. Also a very quiet street as well. I recommend booking parking with a hotel for €35.00 per day just to have peace of mind.

This hotel is close to public transportation, and quiet at night. We had the superior room with a charming balcony. The room was small but clean. Staff were really friendly and accommodating. We had the breakfast one morning, and it was delicious! I loved staying here!

Le quartier est animé pas peureux en journée. Tout est facile d accès Chatelet, Porte de Versailles, Orly. Excellent rapport qualité prix et accueil très sympathique.

Although the room was quite small we had a nice view looking out from the bedroom with french shutter windows. The breakfast was very nice and the staff always went out of their way for us.||We would highly recommend this Hotel and my Wife thought the bed was very comfortable.

Wir sind mit der Großfamilie (3 Generationen) gereist und hatten insgesamt 4 Zimmer im 6. Stock. Das Preis-Leistung war sehr gut. Metro, Bus und Supermarkt sind in unmittelbarer Nähe. Vor allem war das Personal überaus hilfsbereit und nett!

Literie vraiment pas terrible et chambre moyenne. Salle de bain très petite à éviter si vous avez un surpoids. Très bien situé neanmoins. Malheureusement pour la chambre c'est vous et votre chance, tarif égal pour pouvez tomber sur 2 chambres totalement différentes avec des prestation tout aussi différentes. Dommage

Nouveau séjour à Paris. Nouvelle étape (5 nuits) pour la troisième année consécutive à l'Hôtel Virgina. Situé à proximité immédiate de la porte d'Orléans, mais dans une rue calme, hôtel tranquille, bon accueil, propreté irréprochable. Que demander de plus ?
