Stayed here with my school arts department on a trip to Paris. It was fun! Place was overall very modern and sleek, the WiFi worked surprisingly enough.||The Good:|- Food was surprisingly great. Contential stuff mostly, but you can't exactly knock it. If your meals are included then you operate with a paper token system, which isn't ideal, but it works. Queues weren't long and there was some decent variety.||- All the events/commons are focused in this one huge hub area, which works a charm. We had a Jazz band on our first night, the atmosphere was perfect. Plenty of tables and space for us to play D&D. There's also an outdoors bit if you fancy that. ||- Getting on WiFi is easy and doesn't demand that you sell your soul to a newsletter or anything like that.||- Full of surprises! Local jazz band on the first night, a wonderful kind of café vibe in the evenings, and CATS. There was a particularly grumpy one that sat on the seats and did allow pats if you were lucky, I've immortalised him in my profile picture.||The Not-So-Good:|- Walls are very thin. So you can basically hear everything going on inside or outside. Not usually an issue. But considering the place's status as a youth hostel? It gets bad. Some earplugs help fine. ||- The group I roomed with were only given four out of an expected five room cards. Not usually an issue, but the hotel stresses their importance in verifying that you're actually staying at the hotel. Thankfully the staff were understanding, otherwise felt like being checked at the Berlin wall everytime I came in. ||- No air conditioning in the rooms, which was brutal in the Paris heat. On a group trip you'll usually be in the main hub, which is ventilated exceptionally. So this shouldn't be too much of a problem if you're travelling with a group.

Notre école Couleurs d'avenir à OCHEY a séjourné au FIAP durant 2 nuits lors d'un voyage scolaire.
Un accueil chaleureux, des chambres propres, bien pensées, une animation proposée par Xavier GARCIA très bien encadrée (blindtest cinéma et énigme du FIAP), buffet + repas au top !
A recommander !
Je reviendrai avec grand plaisir avec une future classe.

The room wasn’t horrible but it wasnt good, the shower door wouldn’t properly close. Ontop of that the fan didn’t work. The reason for this one star review is mainly the food. They hadn’t cooked the chicken and for some reason it had cheese in, the fish was frozen.

Horrible food on first night, fish was hard and cold as well as a disgusting salad. I'm fact, I couldn't get any sleep because of the fan. The bathroom doors wouldn't close so there was absolutely no privacy. The tap didn't work either so it was very unhygienic.

If you really just need the basic of having a bed and a shower after a long day of doing touristy things, this is the place. We stayed there for 3 nights. Clean, but hot. No a/c. No fridge in the room bc you’re not even allowed to eat in the rooms.

A lot of students stay here for their field trips so take it into account when planning to go down for breakfast. They start serving at 06:45 and when I went there on our last day at 08:00, there were no more eggs left. Breakfast meals were all cold as well, like came out of the fridge cold. There’s a microwave at least.

Chambre de qualité, au calme. C'était parfait pour une escapade parisienne à budget maîtrisé.|Accueil sympathique et personnel à l'écoute.|Je recommande vivement le FIAP.|Aussi bien adapté pour un voyage professionnel qu'en famille. Merci.

Nous avons vécu une agréable expérience. L'accueil à été super. Les équipes sont à l'écoute et réactive.
C'est la première fois que l'on nous propose des jeux (escape game et quizz emoji) dans un hébergement, et nous avons passé un excellent moment.
Nous renouvellerons l'expérience.

Mon nouveau lieu favori à Paris pour travailler ou juste profiter du calme avec une boisson chaude ou fraîche.

Endroit très agréable pour travailler et profiter du soleil dans une terrasse intérieure sans bruit.

(We actually went Feb 2024…not Summer). |This is such a good base for a school trip to Paris…. Rooms are comfy, quiet enough, functional. Our students were happy there…. Great pizza place just around the corner, really well located to get toG and onto all the sights.

Endroit très agréable et très propre.
Au niveau de l'accueil. Il y a une personne Santiago incroyable. Avec lui pas de problème, que des solutions! C est une personne adorable , qui solutionne le moindre problème avec calme, extrêmement de gentillesse et surtout très pro! Je peux vous assurer que cette personne à l'accueil est une pépite pour ses supérieurs et j espère qu'ils en ont conscience.

Wir waren hier für 2 Nächte in einem Doppelzimmer und können uns nicht beschweren: Zentrale Lage, sauberes Zimmer, toller Preis. Gefrühstück haben wir allerdings nicht, deshalb können wir dieses nicht beurteilen.

Not for tourist. Jampacked with students. Bathrooms inside room has no privacy. Complimentary breakfast 2/10. Not worth for what it is priced at nightly.

All was good to start with the rooms were comfy and nice. Hot but all hotel rooms are.

There was no stair to any of the room past floor 4 that I could see, so you have to go up in the lift! I hope they do actually have stairs because in a fire I wouldn’t want to have to go in a lift downstairs!

I went to have a shower and turned the shower on to warm up, I left it to warm up for 2 minutes and I saw it wasn’t draining very well so I went down to reception to say and they said they couldn’t get a maintenance man till morning so I went back to my room having not had a shower and then after 10 minutes a maintenance man came in and then went into our shower room and then after 5 mins he called me in and started running the tap on the sink and obviously he with French (and I couldn’t speak French but I’m not blaming the hotel for not being able to speak English) so then I pointed to the shower to try and tell Him that it was the shower that was blocked not the sink but he was very insistent that it was the sink I was talking about then he left our room and slammed the door!

If you left the window open at night you could hear all of the mopeds and cars but I think that is expected in a lot of hotels!

I woke up at 3am to the sound of banging upstairs which wasn’t the nicest but that’s not the hotels fault!

The food was alright a bit bland but what you’d expect for an all inclusive!

Pessima esperienza per quanto riguarda la pulizia, l'igiene e il cibo dato che sembra un piatto da ospedale, se ti prendi troppe cose te le prendono dal vassoio e le tolgono, il cibo è freddo e duro e non si può neanche chiamare cibo, le stanze sporche di polvere e i ripiani unti. Inoltre non c'è sicurezza e il rispetto verso i clienti che ci hanno trattati da prigionieri, la poco serietà del personale e la superficialità e scortesia nelle risposte. Non lo consiglio e non ci ritornerò piu

Ho soggiornato al FIAP Jean Monnet per qualche giorno e, sinceramente, è stato un errore che non ripeterò mai più. L’ostello si presenta come una struttura moderna e accogliente, ma la realtà è ben diversa: stanze minuscole, sporche e maleodoranti. La moquette era macchiata ovunque, e il bagno sembrava non essere stato pulito da settimane.

Il personale è stato incredibilmente scortese e indisponibile. Ogni richiesta veniva accolta con fastidio, come se fosse un peso anche solo rispondere. Nessuna attenzione al cliente, nessuna voglia di aiutare.

Il peggio però è stato il cibo. Una mensa da incubo: porzioni ridicole, piatti insapori e spesso serviti freddi. Una sera mi è stato dato del pesce che puzzava così tanto che ho pensato fosse uno scherzo.

Non riesco davvero a capire come questa struttura possa ancora ospitare turisti internazionali. È stato tutto talmente squallido che alla fine ho anticipato la partenza. Se cercate un soggiorno decente a Parigi, evitate assolutamente questo posto.

Pessima esperienza. Mai più al FIAP Jean Monnet

Non so da dove iniziare, se dall’incredibile sporcizia o dall’assoluta mancanza di rispetto verso i clienti. Le camere sembrano rimaste ferme agli anni ’70, ma con la pulizia di un vecchio scantinato abbandonato. Polvere ovunque, capelli negli angoli del bagno, e lenzuola che puzzavano di muffa. Un vero incubo.

Il personale? Scontroso e completamente disinteressato alle esigenze degli ospiti. Chiedere un’informazione era come disturbare un orso in letargo. Zero gentilezza, zero professionalità.

E il cibo… chiamarlo “cibo” è già un insulto alla cucina francese. Tutto immangiabile, scotto, freddo, insapore. Nemmeno alla mensa di una prigione servirebbero pasti così tristi. Un’esperienza culinaria da dimenticare. Contando anche il fatto che non si potesse portare cibo dall’esterno

Non fatevi ingannare dal sito o dalle foto: il FIAP Jean Monnet è una trappola per turisti. Sporco, rumoroso, mal gestito e assolutamente da evitare. Mai più.

Um hotel muito agradável próximo ao centro de Paris, acolhe famílias, jovens em grupo e individualmente. Desde a recepção percebemos o acolhimento, destaco aqui o recepcionista Santiago que muito atencioso esteve colaborando que a minha estadia no hotel tenha sido satisfatória. Tem uma gastronomia diversificada, recomendo

Die Lage ist sehr gut man kommt überall schnell hin. Es sind viele Geschäfte und Restaurants in der Nähe. Unser Zimmer war sehr Sauber und komplett neu renoviert. Das WLAN hat super funktioniert. Das Frühstück war wirklich gut es gab mehr als genug Auswah. Das Personal war sehr freundlich.

We stayed for 3 days and nights. The pricing is ridiculous! The rooms are tiny. The showers are full of mold! Hair and tooth paste residue still in the bathroom…Beds are way too soft, the pillows are thin and I don't know where else to continue. It is awfully loud, the breakfast is horrible, cold and personal unfriendly and careless.
No soap in the showers and the check out is at 9, and exactly at that time the breakfast ends…
not recommendable.

Extremely unhappy. Wasn’t informed food wasn’t allowed in the rooms so when I ordered food and headed up a person said I couldn’t. I did ask them to show me as there wasn’t any signs to state that and after 25 mins he couldn’t produce anything. He then took my picture. After I said I will eat in the bar he agreed to delete the pictures. After finishing the food I then went up and spoke to Raj to delete my photos after our agreement at this time he refused stating he needs my room number which I refused on grounds that he did not need to know. He then asked security to follow me and harass me until I finally gave my room number. I look forward to speaking to the manager

Ich bin mit meiner Klasse erst ein paar Stunden hier und es ist schlimm. Das Essen ist kalt und nicht genießbar, es ist viel zu wenig Platz und viel zu laut. Unser vierer Zimmer wurde in zwei einzelne aufgeteilt und hier ist es so unhygienisch. Überall liegen Haare rum, die nicht von uns sind (selbst in Handtüchern) es ist absolut staubig und ranzig. Das Wlan spackt auch rum, wir haben es jetzt alle aufgegeben. Außerdem zieht es am geschlossenen Fenster. Wenn ich könnte, würde ich Minussterne vergeben. Ich weiß nicht, wie ich es hier eine Woche mit meiner Klasse aushalten soll.
