Great little hotel in a good location for getting around the city. Breakfast is good quality and value and convenient as it is available earlier than the local cafes.
The in room coffee is good but sugar and creamer would be a welcome addition.

Delightful hotel. Very clean and cozy rooms, helpful staff, substantial breakfast buffet to start the day including bacon and eggs; 2 lifts, 3 minute walk to metro. No complaints, would definitely stay again.

la habitación no es grande, pero para una persona sola, muy bien. la limpieza excelente, tenes agua y expresso para prepararte... me bañocon muy buena presión, me gustó el colchón.... muy en precio y a dos cuadras del metro.

Good stay - just one night. Pleasant staff. Nice clean room, smallish but absolutely fine, comfortable bed, coffee machine in room. Bathroom very clean - looked new, nice towels. Decent breakfast. Recommended.

L’accueil à la Manufacture est toujours impeccable, le personnel est à l’écoute et arrangeant, les chambres sont très agréables et le petit déjeuner au top. Mon pied à terre pour mes déplacements pro à Paris depuis qques années. Merci à toute l’équipe.

Cet hôtel est vraiment charmant, tout a été parfait !
L’emplacement est superbe, tout près des transports de la Place d’Italie mais au calme dans une petite rue.
La chambre était impeccablement propre.
Bon petit déjeuner, avec de bons produits.
Personnel chaleureux et agréable !

Charmant hôtel cozy avec un emplacement idéal pour moi, juste à côté de la mairie du 13 éme et donc de la place d'Italie. Le personnel y est très accueillant et professionel. La chambre était agréable, calme et très propre. Un établissement que je recommande.

Darei 10 stelle alla pulizia e la gentilezza del personale.
Un ottima posizione vicino a Place d'Italie dove ci sono tre ligne metropolitane che portano ovunque anche all'arc de triomphe e la tour Eiffel.

Tout a été parfait. Nous avons eu deux lits, les matelas sont de très bonne qualité. Le petit déjeuner super, l'accueil très sympathique. Encore merci et bonne Pâques

Mauvais sejour:
- des claquements de portes littéralement toutes les 2 minutes, pendant 1h30 par la chambre d à côté. Chambre "communiquante" donc 2 portes qui claquent à chaque fois
- alternance eau chaude, eau froide pendant la douche. Et carrément douche froide aux alentours de 19h
- petite chambre et lit très mou -> m'a provoqué une sciatique
Point positif quand même : le ménage et le petit déjeuner. Mais sinon 2 nuits d'hôtel désagréables, surtout pour le prix

Bel hôtel relativement petit. Quartier agréable avec de nombreux restaurants à proximité. Bonne connexion métro avec le reste de Paris.
Également des quartiers très sympas et quelque peu méconnus à proximité de l'hôtel. Hautement recommandé

Buen hotel de 3 estrellas, con una magnífica atención. Los espacios comunes son muy acogedores, habitaciones pequeñas pero acogedoras, muy silenciosas y con camas muy cómodas. Recepción 24 horas. La ubicación nos ha encantado, al lado de metro y autobuses para ir a principales sitios turísticos. Está en un barrio residencial con gran oferta gastronómica (desde fast food, mucha variedad oriental y típicas brasseries parisinas. Tiene un pequeño carrefour market a 2 minutos donde nos podíamos proveer de caprichos y agua. Volveríamos sin dudarlo.

Comfortable and inviting room, with a wonderful view of the Eiffel Tower. The location was fantastic, with easy access to many restaurants, ATMs, pharmacies, a supermarket, buses, and a metro station. For those who enjoy walking, the area offered beautiful streets perfect for exploring Paris on foot. Breakfast was fresh and delicious, with a wide variety of pastries and excellent coffee. The staff was unfailingly polite, friendly, and informative. We had a lovely time and would definitely stay here again on our next trip to Paris.
