Breakfast was explicitly included in our booking. Both in the booking webpage and in the invoice. However, the hotel did not provide it and we did not receive any compensation.
More importantly, there was something in our room that was so catastrophically wrong that it caused a severe allergic reaction to my partner. We could not determine the source--perhaps too much dust, acari, fungae spores, we cannot know--but there was something in the air blocked her nose and throat to the degree that we had to go to the emergency room and leave the hotel before planned.

Excellent rapport qualité / prix, difficile de faire mieux en plein Paris !
Chambre petite et assez ancienne, mais bien entretenue, accueil sympathique !
Si vous allez au 13ème Art, vous serez à 2 minutes à pied du théâtre.
Bonus, la rue n'est pas très passante, et vous ne serez pas dérangez par la circulation.

Pretty hotel has everything you need.
This is a very nice hotel next to the place D'italie. Very cheap for Paris and it does the job.
Close to all public transport to get to all the touristic stuff to do. You can park the pram downstairs , very accommodating. The staff is very nice. The bed is comfy and there are extra blankets in the wardrobe for the people that didn't check and the heater is working.
We had the small kitchenette which was nice.
You have Carrefour market 2 min walks which is cheap to get your grocery and such a money saver.
Place d'Italie is quiet and the people are very polite. I definitely recommend this hotel and don't really get the bad review

Une honte ! À fuir
Suite à un retard de la sncf pour quelques minutes l’hôtel ne souhaite même pas garder la porte ouverte afin de bénéficier d’une chambre déjà payée . En plus d’être menaçant et ingrat au téléphone . Des escrocs a fuir absolument , une honte.

Ottima posizione, grazie alla vicinanza con la stazione della metro che permette i collegamenti col resto della città. |Camera piccola ed essenziale, ma pulita, accogliente e comoda. Struttura silenziosa.|Prezzo molto vantaggioso se confrontato con la concorrenza in città. |Consigliato particolarmente per coppie o singoli che trascorrano in giro gran parte della giornata.

The hotel is terrible
The room is very small; the toilet and shower are only suitable for petite guests. The bed and mattress are old, with a hard, outdated type of padding that feels uncomfortable and itchy to sleep on. The blanket is old and thin (even though the temperature during my stay at night was 7–9°C). The staircase is narrow and dark, making it easy to trip and fall (a warning for guests carrying backpacks and staying on the 2nd or 3rd floor). The deposit information was not clearly mentioned in advance when booking online, and I had to pay extra upon arrival. If you leave early, there is no receptionist — guests have to leave the key themselves and exit the hotel. The internet is very inconvenient because each time you use it, you have to log in again with your email and password. The information on Agoda is inaccurate compared to reality. Genuine reviews are pushed far down, making it hard for customers to scroll and read them, while the top reviews seem like fake ones. Overall, this place is terrible, and I want to warn others who are about to book here!

Petit et simple mais bien aménagé, un accueil très agréable et attentionné.
On y trouve les petites attentions en plus : la possibilité de se faire du thé / café dans la chambre, de commander un panier de petit-déjeuner pour un prix correct.
Situé dans une rue bien calme, on n'entend pas la circulation.

A very quaint hotel in a quiet area near Place D'Italie, we met the really friendly owner, the rooms are very clean, we slept well and we had no problems at all. Actually, this hotel made our trip to Paris very special- it really couldn't have been better in the beautiful city for a romantic trip. Just bear in mind only that the steps to the rooms on the higher floors are steep so some people might have difficulties. But we didn't have any issues. I recommend this hotel completely.

Llegamos un poco asustadas por las reseñas que habíamos leído, pero al llegar nos dimos cuenta que eran un poco exageradas.
Es un buen sitio relación precio resultado, teniendo en cuenta lo caro que es el alojamiento en París. Lo mejor de todo es la ubicación, al lado de plaza Italia desde donde puedes ir a cualquier sitio de Paris de forma rápida y cerca de restaurantes y comercios para comprar viveres.
Nosotras nos alojamos en el estudio superior y tiene todo lo que necesitas para pasar unos días. Hay que decir que los fogones sirven para hacer comidas que no generen mucho olor, ya que no tienen la mejor ventilación. La habitación está bien climatizada, no pasamos frío a pesar de que fuera habían temperaturas negativas.
Los puntos negativos que hemos encontrado es que el colchón no es cómodo y que las habitaciones no están bien insonorizadas y un día nos despertó un niño llorando muy temprano por la mañana.
En cualquier caso, en general estamos satisfechas con nuestra estancia, es muy barato para su ubicación y tiene todo lo necesario para pasar unos días en París.

C'est la première fois que je passais une nuit dans cet hôtel. Il est situé dans une petite rue piétonne très calme, à littéralement 2 pas de la place d'Italie où bourdonne Paris !
Très bon rapport qualité-prix.
Le personnel est présent, accueillant, serviable.
La chambre est agréable, avec thé/café, frigo, mugs en céramique (pas en plastique !).
A la lecture des commentaires précédents, j'avais prévu des boules Quies...inutiles : la nuit a été très calme !
C'est un lieu qui en effet est un peu vétuste, mais je trouve que ça rajoute à son charme ! Je recommande vivement !!!

Très satisfaite de la chambre réservée pour une nuit. Hôtel situé dans une rue calme. Personnel disponible et à l écoute. Chambre et salle de bain impeccables et conformes au descriptif.Une bouilloire et un petit réfrigérateur permettent de gérer son petit déjeuner si celui proposé par l hôtel ne vous convient pas. Attention, pas d ascenseur ce qui n a pas été un problème pour moi

Estupendo, la gente espera que sea un hotel de lujo pero el precio que pagas es lo que es, habitación muy bien con su baño a pleno pie de metro y autobuses en 15/20 min estas en los puntos mas turisticos, restaurantes y un centro comercial justo en frente.
Mi amiga y yo estuvimos dos noches y fueron muy agradables, nos sentimos comodas en todo momento. En la recepción hablan varios idiomas, para nuestra suerte en español. Para lo que hay en paris esta bastante bien y a muy buen precio.
Tuvimos que pagar al llegar una fianza de 80€, te explican que es por si usas algo del minibar de las habitaciones o por si hay algun daño en la habitación. Nosotras no tocamos nada por si acaso jajajajajajaja tan solo espero que mis 80€ sean devueltos, quitando esto todo muy bien

Hôtel vétuste. Literie pas top et douche avec des traces de moisissures. En même temps ce n'est qu'une étoile. Fait le job pour 1 nuit.
Dommage que les clients ne sont pas respectueux des autres clients de l'hôtel (italiens arrivés à 00h30 et qui parlent fort juste devant votre porte).

j'avais réservé un studio avec kitchenette très bon rapport qualité prix (274 e pour 3 nuits) ; hôtel très bien situé à coté du métro ; rue très calme ; personnel très aimable ; chambre très propre ; petit bémol l'insonorisation des chambres qui n'est pas terrible c'est dommage cela peut gâcher le séjour selon que les voisins sont bruyants ou pas ; je pense que c'est un point à revoir ; et pas de climatisation en été cela peut être difficile mais au vu du tarif on ne peut pas tout avoir ; pas de petit déjeuner mais un panier petit dej est proposé pour 5 euros ; hôtel sans ascenseur donc pas pour des personnes qui ont des difficultés pour marcher (cela est précisé sur leur site) ;

Świetna lokalizacja (blisko sklepy, metro). Hotel oferuje możliwość przechowania bagażu, na recepcji miła obsługa. W pokoju duża szafa, stolik.
Łazienka mała, ale czysta (spłuczka słabo działała).
Brak windy, dla nas akurat nie był to kłopot.
Minusy: nieprzyjemny zapach na klatce schodowej, niestabilne łóżko (chwiało się na nogach), brudne obicia krzeseł, poplamiony koc i narzuta…

Obsługa bardzo miła, dali wcześniej pokój.
W dzień wyjazdu można było zostawić bagaże i zwiedzać bez nich.

I stayed for 4 nights, great value for the pricing. The location was great, a metro line 3 minutes away by walk - safe and quiet area. The staff were very kind and helpful! The rooms were simple and clean.

Hicimos la reserva y el pago por Booking. Pero al llegar allí nos hicieron pagar 77€ de una supuesta "fianza" que en ningún sitio se informaba (hay que denunciar en Booking) Los recepcionistas bordes, mal educados, prepotentes menos una chica que trabaja allí que es encantadora. El hotel bien ubicado en cuanto a metro, sitio tranquilo. Escaleras huelen mal (nuestra habitación no) muy mejorable porque te obligan a "limpieza" diaria del apartamento con tal de entrar a ver cómo lo estás manteniendo. Pero piden mucho para lo poco que dan.
