Hôtel très sympathique et très propre. j’avais réservé pour une nuit pour un concert à l’accord Arena à 18 minutes de marche et la Gare de Lyon 20 min.
Personnel sympa et polis.
Il y a deux supermarchés pas loin (Monoprix et U express), des bars et des restos. Franchement je raccommode

Réservé car à proximité de l'hôpital pour l'accompagnement d'un proche. 2 nuits réservées. Malheureusement je suis contraint d'annuler la seconde nuit. L'hôtel me renvoi vers booking, booking me renvoit vers l'hôtel. L'hôtel ne répond à aucun des messages envoyés bien que sur place on m'affirme que si booking valide il peut y avoir annulation de la seconde nuit. Bref on me balade. En conclusion, passez votre chemin. Il y a d'autres hôtels à proximité bien plus attentifs aux clients.

Hôtel familial très sympa très bien situé à proximité du métro et de la Gare d’Austerlitz.
Personnel très sympathique et serviable. Chambres très propre et literie confortable. Chambre faite tous les jours.
Il y a tout ce qu’il faut dans la chambre linge de toilette savon sèche cheveux tv…
Nous y avons séjourner 3 nuits pour visiter paris. Parfait.
Le quartier est calme et l’on y trouve des restaurants juste à côté et des supermarchés une boucherie … un bar !
Nous y retournerons avec plaisir car pour le prix c’est une très bonne adresse !
Merci encore aux gérants pour leur gentillesse !

P'tit hôtel intimiste, chambre petiote mais bien agencée, tt ce quil faut, et très agréable, propre, ménage nickel !
Personnel adorable, chaleureux, bienveillant.
Très bien positionné dans ce quartier de Paris avc choix des transports à proximité.
2 p'tits choses infimes à évoluer : le code wifi dispo en chambre et avoir du pain frais au p'tit dej.
Mais je continuerai de venir tt de même ????

Joli petit hôtel. La literie est confortable. Le personnel toujours souriant et présent. En revanche la chambre avait une seule fenêtre donnant sur le couloir et la cour intérieure impossible d ouvrir.

AC with in room controls!!!! Need I say more for Paris in the summer. Room was clean, comfortable, and nice to cool off in after a hot day in the city. Not near the major tourist attractions but right between two different metro lines and along a bus route that goes right to the Louvre. Staff were friendly and helpful. The young lady during the day who checked us in and we would see as we were leaving spoke great English. Room was always clean when we returned. Area seemed very safe as it was nestled in between apartment buildings that house young families. Loved getting a hot sandwich directly across the street at the Mayam when we would be getting in late. There was a wonderful bakery, Fournil De L'Excellence, on the next corner on the same block as the Mayan. Next time in Paris, I plan to stay here again.

Muy buen hotel nos encanto , mi esposo y yo vinimos sin reserva previa y nos atendieron encantados monia un encanto , todo el personal en general muy amable tanto de día como de noche, servicié estupendo , habitación amplía baños limpios , volveríamos .

Llegamos sin reserva y nos hemos quedado 5 días mi esposa y yo. Excelente trato en recepción, cuarto amplio y muy limpio el cual limpian a diario baños limpios y con toallas limpia nos encantó volveríamos

First of all I would like to stay a big Thank you to all Hotel Jenner staff.
They have been a credit to the hotel absolutely friendly and supporting to assure I had a remarkable experience.
For the room photos was matched to the room which was provided on the website I booked and bathroom was more than satisfactory.
Beds was comfortable and let’s not forget the lovely cleaning staff.
Overall fantastic stay for the price in Paris.

Room is very very very very very small. Just for one person. Not for 2. The bed is very very very very small as well. Think that it is 120. Don't take that hotel if u r 2. Otherwise location is good. Close to metro station and close to restaurant, bars and monoprix.
We did not sleep very well during the stay because the bed is very very very small.

Wonderful little hotel! The cleaning staff and the front desk staff are superb! Only, complaint is with the shower not having a soap tray making it inconvenient to shower, particularly with glasses,.but this is very minor. Highly recommend and would likely stay again if staying in Paris. Right by the Metro and multiple grocery stores!
