Die Zimmer leider dreckig, der Boden voller Staub und Haare. Bettwäsche war zerrissen an der Seite. Einziger Pluspunkt: Parkplatz war inklusive

Please DO NOT book here your stay! There was a old man who sneaked in to our room while i was in shower! They sneak in to your room and want to steal your stuff, please do not book here! Im a woman and i was so much scared!

It was a horrible room, it was four of us and they put us in a room with one normal bed and a sofa bed covered in stains. we stepped a foot into the room and dust was all over the floor i dont think the room was used or cleaned in months , found a massive dead spider in the kitchen, the water glasses they provide in the room were covered in stains, i couldnt even bare to stand in the room i honestly thought i'd take myself and sleep in the car. rude lady at the front desk with zero customer service skills. i travel a lot and i never stayed in a worser hotel in my entire life. it was honestly very disappointing and ruined the entire trip

The room have absolutely no sound isolation. I was on the ground floor and I could perfectly here people speaking in another room. The breakfast was disappointing: the pain au chocolat was dry. I asked if I could check out 1h later, they told me no, but I remained in the lobby 1h30m and I could see that my room was not cleaned until I left.

Prima prijs-kwaliteit verhouding. Parkeren kon om de hoek, wel een steile en krappe parkeergarage. Ligging van hotel was perfect, dichtbij metro en restaurants/bakker. Kamer waren ok. Wij hadden een suite, deze was groot genoeg. Suite was schoon, enige minpunt was dat hij wel een beetje uitgeleefd was. Kortom een prima hotel voor een nachtje Parijs.

Nous avons séjourné 1 nuit sur Paris et avons choisi cet hotel.
Nous avons été très bien accueillis, il semble régner une très bonne ambiance, sans chichi, avec bienveillance.
L'hotel n'étant pas complet, il nous ont proposé un surclassage : chambre avec balcon. En fait c'était un toit terrasse de plus de 15 m2 avec une vue sur Paris bien agréable. Le top.
L'hôtel et les chambres sont coquets.
Literie très confortable et hotel calme.
Petit déjeuner à 6 € efficace.
Gors +, parking gratuit à quelques mètres sur demande.
Je recommande et j'y retournerai quand je reviendrai sur Paris.

Extrêmement décevant. On doit payer des taxes que nous n’ont pas été communiquées l’avance, des charges extras pour le parking qui est pas inclus dans le prix.

All in all a good hotel with a reasonable price.
Pro: overall price, two nights in a 3 bed room about 300 Euro; location, pretty central with a metro station, lots of restaurants and supermarkets in the vecinity; free parking space in the closest car park; cheap breakfast, 6 Euro per person; free coffee
Con: the sleeping couch we got in our 3 bed room was not that confortable and would squeak at every movement; the breakfast consists of a croissant, joghurt and canned fruits.

Sehr freundlich war der erste Check nicht ,und die Zimmer waren nicht sehr sauber Betten waren durchgelegen und Haare am spüllbecken von den vor Gästen. Das einzige gute ist kostenloser parkplatz.

Excellent accueil, personnel très attentionné et disponible qui sait s’adapter aux problématiques de leurs clients.
Nous avions 2 véhicules à garer en sécurité pour une chambre, aucun problème.
Nous reviendrons pour de nouvelles escapades à Paris.
L’hotel propose des chambres propres, confortables et bien insonorisées, avec un personnel de ménage discret et efficace.

By far the worst hotel I've stayed in. I paid €500 + €50 overnight tax for a room that was designed for three people. I had to sleep on a folding sofa and without a blanket for two days. Furthermore, they couldn't provide me with a duvet. The staff was rude and irresponsible, never again pure rip off.

L hôtel est superbe avec tous les services .le personnel est adorable.la vue exceptionnelle etc..ayant un problème de santé j ai été soigné par le docteur Hujjaree qui est un médecin compétent, humain et d une bienveillance incomparable .l infirmier est très bien merci encore au docteur Hujjaree.

Hôtel très calme et bien placé. Accueil et personnel très sympathique.
Chambre triple spacieuse avec cuisine et grand couloir.
Parking gratuit mis à disposition à proximité.
Emplacement idéal à 300m de la station de métro TOLBIAC, parfait pour une visite de Paris.

not that much good to tell about this hotel. Maybe that prices are on the lower end for a hotel, that parking is for free. But that is msot i can imagine. Service is not friendly. Rooms are basic and outdated, with almost nothing in the bathroom. Rooms on the rdc - ground floor are very noisy due to the large hall way, the breakfas buffet area and some people making lot's of it

Грязно! Плесень червня везде! Пыль черная так же на шторах! Шторы сами тоже в пятнах! Пол грязный и черный! В микроволновке остатки еды чужой! Полотенца, которые приносили свежие на самом деле с пятнами! В номере, когда был сервис днем не до закрыли дверь и когда мы вернулись вечером на весь Кар дор на этаже светился свет из нашего номера! На что администратор сказала, что это мы ее не закрыли сами, но даже если так, сервис, когда был в номере - положили полотенца, убрали мусор и так же и оставили эту дверь, не закрыв ее! Просто ужас, честно говоря! Я молчу о том, что нам 3 дня обещали убрать женскую кроватку с номера, которая нам мешала!
Честно, я в шоке! И номер дали немного другой, нежели на фото!
Мы заказываем всегда через букинг, а тут забронировали через оф. Сайт и сервис ужасен! Будто они дают на букинге номера лучше, боясь плохих отзывом!

Пекарня рядом и кафе +
Но это не заслуга отеля, увы.
И еще, на ресепшене девушка не говорит ни на каком языке кроме французского, пришлось общаться через переводчик (((
Очень жаль, что отель совершенно не ухожен, хотя потенциал колоссальный!!!

don't book this hotel they have bed bugs.it is really dangerous.at night you will be bitten by those beasts.they live in the bed .i had been in this hotel 3 to 5 January 2022 for 2 nights. and i am bitten by bed bugs it was drama i did not sleep 2 nights .please before you go to stay here read first info on the internet about bed bugs.they can easily crawl into your suitcase and take it home.it is real dangerous.

Personnel très agréable. Emplacement du parkings nickel. C est du luxe d avoir un parking gratuit à Paris. Chambre jolie, calme, bien chauffée et propre. Bonne insonorisation. Literie confortable. Petit défaut au niveau des WC qui semble ne pas résister encore longtemps au poid de ses utilisateurs. Signalé à la réception au départ. Quelques anciens support mural dans la SDB qui mériterait d être enlevés.seul regret : manque une table pour se restaurer à 2.

Moyen on me l'a jamais fait ça 2 TV dans une pièce ???? avec 1 télécommande pas de table pour manger faut savoir qu'on et venu à 4 obligé de manger sur le lit ???? la climatisation fonctionne pas bloquer à 28 ???? sinon bon emplacement
