The hotel is located at good spot, and rooms are very clean. I am very satisfied with my visit, but first impression I got from one of the stuff was the one that ruined expectation I had. When we arrived, the lady working at reception did not bother to greet us, even though we said hello. Then more people arrived but still she was still busy talking on the phone. When she was done with her call, she was not showing any interests, and it seemed like she was bothered by us. This experience was unique for this stuff, overall were they very friendly and helpful.

I can't judge their sincere kindness. I asked them for taking tip. Just have a experience. I can't find any problem. Good social environment. it's valuable. they supported coloring of my hair in Paris. You can't find value by internet.

Très bon emplacement à deux pas de la gare de Lyon.
Une vue privilégiée sur le Viaduc des Arts depuis la salle du petit déjeuner.
Chambre à la décoration soignée, très bon entretenue.

Hôtel très propre, literie impeccable, la chambre n'est pas très grande mais l'espace est bien organisé. L'accueil est parfait et le petit déjeuner bien garni. Séjour parfait.

La struttura ci accoglie in ambiente recentemente rinnovato con buon gusto e qualità. Ampie le camere e le docce, ottima la pulizia, considerando gli standard cittadini.
La posizione è strategica con la linea 1 e la Gare de Lyon a due passi. Consigliato!

Si j’avais pu mettre 3,5/5 je l’aurais fait, mais pas possible, et je ne peux pas mettre 4/5.. l’hôtel est bien situé pour partir visiter la capitale. Cependant les chambres sont mal insonorisées.. nous entendions tout ce qui se passait dans la chambre voisine.. difficile de dormir! Les chambres sont petites et moyennement propres mais la literie est bonne.. en revanche l’accueil a été parfait et le désir de satisfaire la clientèle est bien présent. De plus, l’hôtel est à 2 pas de la Gare de Lyon, et bien desservi (métro et bus juste à côté )

We loved our stay here. The staff was really nice and friendly (they spoke good English) and went above and beyond to make sure we had a good stay. Check-in and check-out simple and quick. The location worked out great for us as it is walking distance from Gare Du Lyon station. The room and bathroom was very clean and all amenities were on point. There were no bed bug issues either, which I was worried about due to all the news going on around Sept and Oct 2023. We were also worried about room thefts so we made sure to lock our stuff before leaving but otherwise I did not feel that the staff moved our stole our stuff as the small items like toiletries and chargers were in their place when we returned at night. The area felt safe and there were no disturbances at night. Do expect small stairways and elevators like other buildings in Paris but that did not bother us. Everything was perfect and if I'm ever in Paris again, I would stay here!

Excellent rapport qualité/prix, chambre très confortable, petit déjeuner complet et surtout un excellent accueil de la part du personnel qui manifeste une réelle sollicitude à l'égard du client.
Je recommande vraiment cet établissement.

A deux pas de la gare de Lyon, récemment rénové, sans invités indésirables à plein de pattes dans la chambre, propre, personnel sympa et efficace. Les murs un poil fins mais avec des boules quies, ça passe bien. Je recommande !

Très bien situé à 3 minutes du Hall 2 de la gare de Lyon.
Propre, très bon accueil 24/24, très bonne literie.
Les chambres sont bien équipées.
Les rideaux sont bien occultants et l'hôtel est calme.
Nous reviendrons

Très propre, équipements en état correct. Chambre de taille parisienne, insonorisation moyenne, mais pour un hôtel à Paris c'est un très bon choix dans cette gamme de prix
