Booked our Eiffel Tower room with a view and it met our standards. The breakfast buffet is a huge a pass, only decent thing was an omelet. Everything else was toast, pastries, fruit, dollar size pancakes. Not impressive at all. Called prior to our stay (since we’ve been traveling Europe) to inquire about a washer and dryer, and was told that yes they had it. Arrived and no they did not have a washer and dryer. Our next option was hotel laundry service. Inquired and was told if we turned in our laundry we could pick it up the same day in the evening. Well, now we’re being told it’s Sunday and they don’t have laundry service on Sunday’s. Location is not desirable either. The bath tub shower combo is oddly a jump up holding the handicap bar which is a strange design and slip hazard. Would I stay here again, probably not.

The staff was welcoming and helpful. The views of the tower were fabulous! The dinner and drinks at the restah were good, but they were unstaffed and thus very slow. Nice touch, they randomly gave out breakfast treats one morning which was a lovely surprise. Def would stay again. Hotel very modern

Awesome Courtyard. Good size rooms for Paris, good AC (it was very hot during our stay), friendly staff, across street from Metro. My only complaint is the restaurant is way way over priced. 22 euro per person for continental breakfast is way out of market. Skip the hotel restaurant and bar (also over priced) and go literally across street and save 30-50%.

Really bad service to VIP customers. I'm a platinum Bonvoy member, which means that I *live* with Marriott hotels, spending a minimum of two nights every week.
I booked a night with Bonvoy points, then had to cancel my trip because of a very sad personal matter, but forgot to cancel. This is clearly my fault. That said, instead of calling me and making me aware of the immanent no-show, the hotel acted on its own, made my stay a "no-show", re-transferred my points to me and charged 280 EUR (!!).
I was only made aware of this after facts. The guy on the reception desk was super helpful, but he could not help since Mgmt. insisted that I have to pay the 280 EUR. Given the fact that they by no means made me aware of the immanent no-show implications, that I am a platinum member, where you are told that you are the super VIP etc. etc., me offering to settle this by points rather than the 280 EUR (which was turned down), this is about the poorest service I have ever seen.

Had a great stay here last week. Facilities and rooms were clean, very comfy beds, staff were all courteous, warm, welcoming. Great location right by a major transit hub + walking distance to the RER to Versailles. Also lots of food options nearby or a short walk from the hotel.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Highly Recommended!
As a Marriott Gold member who frequents various properties annually, my recent 3-night family vacation at the Courtyard by Marriott Paris Gare de Lyon was fantastic.
The hotel’s prime location near Gare de Lyon station offers easy access to bus, metro, and RER lines, making city exploration effortless. Our room comfortably accommodated four, was impeccably clean, and boasted a fantastic view of the Paris skyline and Seine. We could see a distant view of the Eiffel Tower and enjoyed seeing the evening light show from the room.
The staff’s friendliness and promptness were a great change from some Paris Marriott locations I have stayed at (Recommended do NOT stay at the Paris Marriott Opera Ambassador Hotel. When our in-room safe malfunctioned, it was swiftly repaired. While we opted out of the €24 per person daily breakfast (a bit steep!) as, the area has great boulangeries and restaurants. An awesome convenience was the complimentary filtered water station conveniently located across the hall from our room. Ice is also offered on two floors.
Additionally, the hotel securely stored our luggage post-checkout, allowing us to enjoy more of Paris unencumbered. For a delectable croissant experience, I highly recommend visiting Les Délices de la Gare de Lyon nearby. The area is safe, but please be aware of your belongings and pickpockets (as all over Paris- but especially when getting on and off crowded trains / metros at the station). Unfortunately, another tourist at the hotel had a pickpocket situation with their purse just as we were arriving.
Overall, this hotel provided a safe, comfortable, and convenient stay. Highly recommended! 5 stars.

We chose to go back for a long stay - the location next to gare de Lyon is super convenient and surprisingly quiet. Superb views over Paris - loved that.
Friendly helpful service and guidance every time we asked
4 stars for room because fridge had to be changed, had to be reminded to replace empty bath gel, inconsistent placement of coffee and tea bags, inconsistent number of towels.
But - problems were handled quickly and in happily.
Shoutout to Sid and our lady bartender for their friendly service and chats

Although we arrived at Gare Du Nord Train Station, we would be leaving from Gare De Lyon Train Station the following day so we chose a hotel near that station. The hotel was so close to the station, my 99 year old Father was able to walk it without any difficulty. ||A “Courtyard by Marriott” hotel comes with a certain expectation and this hotel did not disappoint. The staff, just like everyone else in Europe it seems, spoke perfect English and offered some excellent advice for our stay. Specifically the restaurant, literally across the road, where I had arguably the best meal of the trip. And the waiter was… nice! So much for the stereotype of Parisian Waiters!||Hotels are a bit like goalkeepers - you only notice the mistakes. To continue this analogy, this hotel kept a “clean sheet” (no pun intended!). Note - we did NOT try the restaurant or gym.||In short, and excellent hotel and ideally located for the price.||

Not only was this hotel clean, professional, and conveniently located in relation to the train station, but they went out of their way to make my day.||The rooms have these super cute orange water glasses available to use. I loved them so much that after I got home, I emailed the hotel and asked where they got them. They told me where to find them, and I thought that was that. Then, several days later, they emailed me again and asked for my mailing address because they wanted to send me two of the glasses for free. They shipped them from Paris to Minnesota without asking for a dime. I'm so tickled to have the souvenir from our trip!

The breakfast in the hotel is veried and fresh, good pastries, cheeses and juices. I had nice view from the room, facilities were okay but not adapted to my needs and some lack of maintenance. I had an extra sofa bed open taking most of my space, the curtains were a bit broken and didn't close fully which is a problem with early summer sunrise.

Very small rooms , staff were friendly but
1. They were not helpful when required, it was raining..not able to lend or bill to the room for taking umbrella
2. Card transaction done for pre-authorization the amount did not get reversed on time, have to.follow up.manytimes
This was not the experience with other marriot of Venice and Amsterdam

What a great surprise. Staff super friendly. Restaurant AMAZING. Great location. Super clean.
The highlight here was the restaurant. What a find. Chef grows fresh produce he uses on the food. Had the burrata salad several times. Steak frites incredible. Grilled salmon so good. I can’t wait to go back. I need to try the rest of the things on the menu.

This was our first time in Paris. And with Paris being the last city in a four city Europe trip, I wanted to make sure we had a great view of the city from our room in case our elder age caught up with us so we booked a room with a view of the Tour Eiffel. |We arrived to Paris via train at Gare de Nord. When we first exited Gare de Nord, we feared that the stories we had heard of Paris (city was dirty and the people non-inviting) were true. But as our Uber got further away from Gare de Nord and closer to Gare de Lyon area, we noticed that was not true. In fact, we found Parisians to be very friendly and welcoming. The staff at the Courtyard were no exception. All staff was welcoming and helpful. Most speak French and one or two other languages. When we arrived, Anna greeted and welcomed us to the Courtyard. She explained the amenities of the property and helped us find a self-service laundry mat nearby. |Throughout our visit, Anna greeted as we passed the front desk and would ask how our stay was going or if we needed anything. ||The view of Paris from our room was fabulous. When we were resting in our room, we would sit by the window sills and watch the Paris life go by. At night, we would enjoy the view of the city and Tour Eiffel light up and twinkle on the hour.| |The location of the hotel was great. Being close to the Gare de Lyon station, it was very close to the Metro line (1 and 14), RER A trains and various bus routes making most landmarks of Paris a short ride and walk away. The station’s entrance/exit #13 is literally within 30 yards/meters of hotel. There is a bus stop about 2 blocks away for Bus#63 that takes you directly to the Trocadero. The RER A (red train) takes you to either to Arc de Triomphe or to Disneyland Paris. The BatoBus (hop-on boat) stop is across the bridge about 15-min walk. ||Being from the US and familiar with Courtyard, I didn’t expect much from the bistro on property. However, to our surprise the property had a professional chef in the kitchen. The Paleron de Boeuf Confit (Braised beef chuck) was absolutely delicious. My favorite thing to do was to review Le Menu de Jour (menu of the day) and order either the starter, main, soup or dessert of the day. The menu items are created daily based on what specialties the chef feels like creating. Regardless of what they are, rest assured they are going to be delicious and cooked to perfection. |For breakfast, we visited Delices, the bakery (boulangerie), around the corner for café au lait, pan au chocolate and quiche. Delicious and reasonably priced. ||Prior to visiting France, I practiced my French using the Babbel app and listened to RFI-France radio. While I am not fluent, I am comfortable with the basic greetings and needed vocabulary to order food and travel on the public transportation. I believe, this along with the openness to embrace the local customs and culture made our experience and stay there a truly memorable one.||One of our favorite things was getting bread, pastries and sandwiches from Maison de Isabelle and going to Parc du Champ de Mars for a picnic to enjoying the view of the Tour Eiffel. ||Tip: There are Brita water stations to refill water bottles throughout hotel.

A modern hotel right next to the Gare De Lyon station - I had a very comfortable stay for couple of nights on business. |The room was not the most spacious as you would expect in Paris. I did enjoy the view of the Eiffel Tower and the Pantheon and the room was bright due to the wide and large windows across the width of the room|There are quite a few restaurants around the hotel within walking distance. The breakfast was sufficient and the chef at the omelette counter did a great job of dishing out quick and tasty omelettes. |Overall, a clean and modern hotel with a fairly convenient location.

Clean room with a lovely view of the Eiffel Tower.||The front desk folks made it clear that it is a “business hotel” that doesn’t offer a lot of tourist amenities. The young front desk staff has been very friendly and helpful when we ask for directions and things like that. But just coming off a fabulous river cruise and a stay at a great hotel in Amsterdam, the customer service vibe seems lacking in comparison. ||Great location in Paris 12.

Great hotel. Very nice interior, feels new. Staff was helpful and friendly. Rooms are a good size for European hotels.
椅子テーブル、ケトルもあったので朝食は近くのブーランジェリーで買って来て食べたりしました。まわりは特に怖い雰囲気もありません。
近くにスーパーもあります。バスティーユ周辺まで歩いて行けば地元の人が多い飲食店もたくさんありました。
リヨン駅はオペラ座あたりまで早い14号線をはじめ、5本のメトロとバスも合わせるとかなりのアクセス選択肢もあるので便利です。
今回は眺望指定をしていないのでエッフェル塔やサクレクールが見える部屋ではなかったですが、立地や広さで大満足です!
ウェルカムドリンクのチケットででっかいジョッキ????で生ビールが飲めました。ちょっとした事だけど良い思い出です。
