Lo peor es que me picaron no sé si pulgas, chinches o que otro bicho. Le mostré al conserje y pidió que cambien las sábanas. Me fui de Paris el 12/05/25 y hoy 15/05 me sigo rascando los brazos y piernas
Rezeption super nett, Zimmer nicht gesehen, Frühstücksraum; naja.
Zimmer waren sauber aber sehr eng und Bad auch , aber für die 4 Tage ok .
Dame am Empfang sehr nett und hilfsbereit.
Frühstück sehr übersichtlich aber Baguette und Croissant waren sehr lecker .
Alles im allem für paar Tage zum aushalten und Central .
Etwas veraltet, aber wir haben ein paar sehr schöne Eindrücke von Paris mitgenommen und das zählt .
La salle de bain impeccable.
Le petit déjeuner servi à table, c'est agréable, et je remercie particulièrement la dame qui chaque matin me préparait mon chocolat en le faisant bien chaud comme j'aime. Nous y retournerons bien volontiers.
Le réceptionniste qui s’est occupé de notre petit déjeuner n’est pas commode, et pas agréable. Il n’explique rien et regarde de travers.
Concernant le petit déjeuner, les produits sont bon mais aucun choix pour le prix
I booked the hotel with Booking app and I’m golden customer on Booking but even they were not able to reach the hotel because receptionist is sleeping. He was very rude he asked me to have the key of my room every time I’m going out in fact it’s not mention in the booking app and customer support told me that they have no right to take my key till I’m in the hotel. When we entered he was sleeping and he was not happy that we arrive late so he has to wake up. The door of room was open soap and towels was used I have pictures. Booking is trying to find solution now. Never this hotel.
P.S By using the chance I want to say that booking application and customer support service did absolutely the best to support me
Now I’m trying to find solution to booking App. They are online with me, but they cannot reach hotel because the receptionist sleeping.

My advice never book so you’re gonna invest your money and you’re gonna stress a lot
Nachdem ich all die häßlichen Kommentare gelesen habe, empfinde ich ein starkes Bedürfnis meine Erfahrungen zu teilen. Ich muss für dieses Hotel eine Lanze brechen.
1. Es handelt sich um ein ⭐⭐ Hotel! Manche haben hier scheinbar das Adlon erwartet. In Deutschland nennt man sowas Jugendherberge ????
2. Supergünstig. 3 Tage Paris, 2 Personen, 2 Übernachtungen, Hin und Rückfahrt inkl. 360 €. WTF?.
3. Ja, es ist eng. Der Fahrstuhl, die Gänge, die Zimmer, die Sanitäranlagen. Die Bettdecken waren auch nicht unbedingt das beste, der Lärmeinfluss anderer Gäste kam eher durch die dünnen Türen und weniger wegen den Wänden.
4. Aber es war sauber! Hauptsache.
5. Ok, wir hatten Samstagnacht ein Zimmer zur Straße raus. Was soll man erwarten. Der Partylärm und Strassenverkehr hört nicht vor 3 Uhr morgens auf und fängt um 4 wieder an. Fenster auf oder zu. Deine Entscheidung.
6.. Frühstück: Beschwerden weil es nur einen Croissant, Kaffee und Orangensaft gibt? Ernsthaft?
7. Rezeption: Sehr nett 24/7 besetzt. Man kann kommen und gehen wie man will, die Tür ist immer offen.
Fazit: Wer sich hier beschwert, hat wahrscheinlich erwartet, zum Preis von einem ⭐⭐ Hotel ein ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Hotel zu erhalten. Und war dann schwer enttäuscht.
Ausserdem ging es doch nur darum ein Bett fûr den Fall der Fälle zu haben. ???? Geschlafen hat sowieso keiner. ????

Even though the room was quite cozy it lacked some basic necessities. There was only one fully working electrical outlet and that was where the tv was plugged in, far from the bed and basically at head height. This was very inconvenient for charging our phones. The shower was super tiny and even though we visited in november-december there were no duvet covers, just thin blankets and a sheet in the bed. The bed itself was also quite hard and not that comfortable.
But our biggest problem was the noise. We are usually not sensitive to that, but this was quite bizarre. Just outside our room there was a phone on the wall and it was CONSTANTLY ringing. We think the staff used it for internal communication, but it made it quite unbearable to stay in the room daytime.
There was also a LOT of noise from the cleaning staff that slammed with vacuum cleaners and shouted to each other through the corridor for hours. We do not expect silence at a hotel, and certainly the cleaning has to be done, but it went on like this day in and day out. At one point a cleaning lady even came into our room while we were having a short afternoon nap. She just bursted in, said something in french and started cleaning the bathroom. Heard about knocking?
Overall the staff in the reception was very blasé and seemed exceptionally uninterested in the guests. All guests had to leave the key there every time we went out, which is fine, but it could take minutes to get the staff's attention just to be able to hand in the key. For no obvious reason, I must add.
This hotel is not a complete catastrophe and we enjoyed our stay in Paris, but we would not recommend to stay here unless you have low standards and get a very good deal. We have visited many other two star hotels in the same price range that have been much better.
En 1 mot HOTEL À FUIR….conditions générales abusives de 14 jours… les autres hôtels de la chaîne beaucoup plus conciliant …..400€ gagné bien facilement car je pense que ma chambre a été reloué.. pas commerçant du tout.. lisez bien les conditions d’annulation… mais éviter cet établissement

-Cartier liniștit, curat pentru Paris.????
-Personal politicos ( de exemplu am primit camera cu patru ore m-ai repede decât eram programat)????????????
-Camera, baia ,perfect curate.????????
-Prețul plătit este un preț corect.????
-Spațiile într-adevăr, sunt mici pentru mine. (Cameră , baie aproximativ 15 m pătrați .Cameră pentru o persoană)
- Poziționat lângă stația de metrou ????
-Mic dejun corect 8,5 Euro ????
P.S. Am ținut cont de faptul că este un Hotel de două stele.

În final câteva aspecte ,pe minus
- Spațiile comune (Lift, Holuri, Scară interioară) mi se par extrem de mici ,pentru numărul de etaje și camere pe care le deține hotelul. Primul instinct ma făcut să caut scara de incendiu ! Nu am găsit. ????????????????????????
-La intrarea în hotel era funcțională doar ușa de ieșire din Hotel (ușă de evacuare în caz de incendiu)
Ușa de intrare inițială, era blocată cu niște plante. ????????????
- Pereții camerei nu sunt antifonați, motiv pentru care fiecare mișcare de pe hol s-au din celelalte camere se aud destul de tare. ????
L’aspetto esterno e quello della hall non corrispondono a quello delle camere. Abbiamo trascorso un weekend lungo di marzo e non ci aspettavamo sicuramente questi servizi in un 2 stelle: pulizia della camera con cambio degli asciugamani giornaliero e reception aperta 24 ore. La camera è arredata in modo moderno, materasso e cuscino sono entrambi comodi e la doccia ampia.
La posizione è ottima poiché è raggiungibile a piedi da diverse stazioni metro.
Nelle vicinanze ci sono molti localini carini dove trascorrere la serata, in compagnia di giovani.
Consiglio vivamente.
