Lit en 140 une blague pour un 4 étoiles.
Insonorisation inexistante = réveillé à chaque passage et fermeture de porte.
Un 4 étoiles qui en vaut 2 ou 3 max mais au prix d'un 4 bien entendu...

Petit déjeuner copieux et varié
Unfortunately I cannot recommend this hotel. During our stay cosmetics went missing from our room. In the same weekend another hotel guest also had things go missing from their room too.
Both cases were reported to hotel management, but despite the seriousness of the issue, the management were not surprised by it. When challenged about what they were going to do about it the hotel manager was unsupportive and indifferent about trying to resolve it. Despite the seriousness of the issue, she implied it was our fault that cosmetics were not placed in the safe?!?
Although it was reported to the police, there is an open case with the police in the 11th district of Paris police commissariat, to date no compensation has been offered by either booking.com (the platform we booked the hotel on) or by the hotel.
This ruined what was otherwise a wonderful weekend in Paris.
UPDATE 13.01.2025. Today I finally received a reply, far to much time it should have taken for such a serious matter. Like other responses to negative reviews the response from new hôtel group is polite, but ultimately empty and worthless. The fact that the spend more time on their image on social media presence than solving real the real issue is highly disturbing.
Again I must repeat there was also another guest who had property go missing AND the there is an open case with the Parisian police!
On their website new hotel group prides its self on the heritage of a family home. In my home at least I can be sure my property will be where I left it when I return. I guess it is just nice marketing words that should not be taken seriously.
It very much seems that despite the polite words suggesting otherwise new hotel group really has no interest in serious customer concerns and profits come before customers. Very sad indeed!
This whole matter has been very disturbing and ruined our trip.If you indeed mean what you say that you remain reachable will you put this right for both the other hotel guest and ourselves who have suffered, or do you only offer more empty words?
Update 15.01.2025. Despite claims full faith in their staff, this if the the review that I found during my research is correct it would mean ours was not an isolated incident. On the zenhotels review site for this hotel one can find a 1 star review by a verified traveler who had electronic items go missing from their room. According to their review all staff were questioned in front of them but the items were not returned. Honestly what was the hotel management expecting, it was highly improbable that they would get a signed sealed confession!
Update 18.03.2025.
Nearly three months later and still no compensation. Despite their own written feedback to this review "We are, and will remain, at your disposal, Sir." they were clearly ware that that was never going going to be a satisfactory response to property going missing of that was a demonstrably false statement with only the intent to white wash reviews.

Despite all this, to date we have not been offered any kind of reimbursement!
We have had feedback from the hotel management that they spoke to staff after we left but it did not yield new results. What a surprise. They are very naive if they thought they thought they would get a signed and sealed confession ????♂️!
Being one to never give up I found another guest review on hotels.com from 2019 who also had property go missing from their room. The hotel management also replied to them and like with us they play down the issue, reaffirm their confidence in the staff and finish with a superficial “we remain at you disposal, but this seems to be more of an attempt to whitewash the issue than anything genuine because if they wanted to they could have solved it the day it happened.
I would be interested to know where does this confidence in the staff come from, it seems to be very misplaced as our case is clearly NOT an isolated one. If only they would put as much effort into resolving these issues as to manicuring their social media presence!
On their website the opine to their heritage of their first hotel in Marseilles and the spirit of a family home. In my home I can be sure when I return to it my property is where I left it. Perhaps the website is just marketing BS?
So in the spirit of your gesture to “remain at our disposal” newhotelgroup will you show the world that taking money is not your only motivation, step up to your responsibilites and finally put this right for both us and the other guests?
--> Suggestion instead of making social media friendly statements in your reply to this review about you "remaining reachable", you ahne all you need to contact us, our Data was provided to you at check in, you also have the booking references from the booking platfroms used!
Polite but ultimately superficial and meanigless statements, avoidance of answering pertinant questions, obfuscation and misrepresentation from new Hotel group in their reply in coming in 3...2...1...
Chambre assez petite et pas très bien isolé mais dans l’ensemble tout est OK.
Je trouve quand même que cet hôtel ne vaut pas les 4 étoiles mais plus 3 étoiles.
Très bonne amplitude horaire sur le petit déjeuner (7h à 12h)
Sinon personnel très accueillant et sympathique !
Je réserve un hôtel pour ma compagne et moi-même.
Nous avons été très bien accueillis à la réception.
Une fois dans la chambre nous avons pu constater la véracité de plusieurs commentaires qui témoignaient d’un état de propreté relatif des chambres. Si celles-ci sont plutôt propres, certaines tâches de saleté demeurent dans la salle de bain (miroir, carrelage). Ce n’est rien de très grave mais on peut légitimement s’attendre à une propreté plus rigoureuse pour un quatre étoiles.
La mauvaise insonorisation des chambres est le véritable point noir de cet hôtel. Placé au cœur de paris, l’hôtel a voulu, dans un espace réduit, proposer de nombreuses chambres. Mais la proximité de celles ci et la mauvaise isolation des chambres pose réellement problème. On est réveillés tôt le matin par chaque son de voix ou de porte provenant du couloir mais également des chambres voisines. Présentes à paris pour un week-end de travail fatiguant, nous avions pris un 4 étoiles dans l’optique justement de pouvoir bénéficier d’une qualité de confort et de repos supérieur. Cette prestation n’a assurément pas été à la hauteur de ce que promet cette catégorie d’hôtel.
Le petit déjeuner n’est pas non plus à la hauteur d’un quatre étoiles. Celui ci est disponible de 7h à 12h ce qui représente un horaire élargi et confortable pour les voyageurs souhaitant profiter d’un peu plus de repos. Cependant cette horaire étendue nécessite un renouvellement continu des produits proposés afin de pouvoir pleinement en profiter. Nous sommes partis prendre le petit déjeuner vers 10h et nous avons été désagréablement surprises de voir de nombreux plats qui n’avaient pas été réapprovisionnées : œufs brouillés manquants, jus terminés, fromages réduits…Cela a pris beaucoup de temps avant d’être corrigé et le manque de personnel en salle est aussi à notifier. Pour fréquenter très régulièrement ce type d’établissements pour le travail, la qualité des produits proposés ne relève pas du tout de ceux du standing d’un 4 étoiles. L’ensemble, voir la totalité des produits, sont à caractère industriel et les viennoiseries pourraient être de meilleure qualité, les œufs brouillés sont en poudre et même la salade de fruits est similaire à celles proposées dans les compagnies aériennes low-cost. Enfin, l’offre de produits est bien trop inférieure à celle attendue, et rappelle fortement le petit déjeuner des hôtels ibis Style.
En somme, si l’hôtel se présentait comme un hôtel 3 étoiles nous n’aurions rien trouvé à redire, hormis les problèmes d’isolation acoustique des chambres. Nous avons pour conclure le sentiment d’avoir payé pour un service qui ne nous a pas été délivré.
However, a member of staff on the front desk was incredibly aggressive and rude, and management did not follow through on their apology for this despite repeated requests.

Die Zimmer sind sehr beengt- stylisches Badezimmer- doch schwach beheizt.
