Hotel económico con una excelente ubicación, cuartos limpios, con instalaciones correctas, sin pretensión. Pequeño, solo tiene23 habitaciones. Amabilidad absoluta de su

Nice room, nice staff. Horrible location unless you are a huge party person. Got no sleep in the three nights there due to very loud nightlife. If you like that atmosphere then it's a good hotel.

Hotel molto comodo per la posizione a pochi passi dalla metro che permette di raggiungere velocemente tutte le mete turistiche di Parigi. Abbiamo soggiornato in una quadrupla sufficientemente ampia, ma all’interno non viene fornito né un frigo né un bollitore. La camera era sufficientemente pulita, anche se non tutti i giorni è stato aspirato bene il pavimento.
Rapporto qualità/prezzo buono comunque.

Pessima esperienza in parte dovuta a quello che può offrire questo hotel. Hotel molto vecchio, camere vecchie relativamente piccole ma comunque pulite.. bagno senza areazione e quindi 'odori' sempre presenti. Se sfortunatamente come noi capitate con camera a fronte strada preparatevi a casino e schiamazzi notturni e spesso alla presenza di polizia per vari motivi. Pessima posizione se cercate tranquillitá o se siete una famiglia con bambini vista anche la zona degradata

soggiornato 2 volte in questo hotel e mi sono sempre trovata bene, personale gentilissimo e posizione ottima: vicino alla metro, in un quartiere vivo e la domenica ci sono i mercati. camere comode e bei bagni, tutto pulito. siamo stati 6 giorni e ci tornerei sicuramente!

Nous avons séjourné à l’Hôtel Daval lors de notre passage à Paris et avons été très satisfaits de notre expérience. La chambre, bien que petite, était agréable et confortable. Nous avions une chambre côté cour, ce qui nous a permis de profiter d’un calme absolu, un vrai plus dans une ville aussi animée que Paris.

L’emplacement de l’hôtel est idéal, en plein cœur du quartier de la Bastille, avec un accès facilité aux transports en commun : plusieurs stations de métro et arrêts de bus sont à quelques pas. Le quartier est vivant, avec de nombreux restaurants et cafés à proximité, ce qui permet de se restaurer facilement à toute heure.

Enfin, l’accueil a été particulièrement sympathique, et nous avons trouvé le rapport qualité-prix excellent pour la période de notre séjour. Un très bon choix pour un séjour à Paris !

Un service client excellent et particulièrement accueillant. La chambre est spacieuse et propre. Cependant, il est nécessaire de prévoir sa propre pâte dentifrice. Par ailleurs, j'ai trouvé la chambre un peu froide même après avoir monté le chauffage, et les murs ne sont pas très bien isolés, ce qui fait qu'on entend les bruits extérieurs ainsi que ceux de la chambre voisine.
Néanmoins, ce séjour demeure tout de même très plaisant ☺️.

Hôtel situé à côté d’une boîte de nuit et de bars, très bruyant de 1h à 5h du matin pour les chambres côté rue, chambre mal insonorisée, on pouvait entendre les conversations des personnes dans la rue, devant les bars, boîte, qui parlaient très fort
De plus si vous réservez avec Booking attention, la chambre double est très petite par rapport à l’impression que l’on peut avoir sur les photos (11m2)
Mais le personnel est sympa et bon accueil

2 nuits avec 1 enfant. Chambre triple donnant sur une cour intérieure donc très calme. Hôtel avec un bon rapport qualité/prix, 230 euros pour 3 et 2 nuits à Paris et en plus idéalement situé, ça le fait. Petit déj pas cher du tout et suffisant. Personnel accueillant, dynamique et souriant. Chambre et commun propre, rien à redire. La literie satifaisante à mon goût, un peu moins d'après mon conjoint qui a dormi du sommeil du juste, j en suis témoin. Il n y a pas de volet mais des rideaux qui eeffectivement laisse passer la lumière du jour (car cour intérieur donc pas de lumière la nuit) mais ça tombe bien on est pas en vacances à Paris pour dormir. Après je n ai pas l experience des chambres donnant sur la rue. J avoue que la deuxième nuit les voisins ont été bruyants mais le personnel n y peut rien si les gens sont mal élevés. C est partout pareil.

Just left the hotel and I have to say it was awesome. My first time in Paris and decided to do a solo trip. So happy I choose this hotel. The area is perfect, everything I needed was right around me. Fast food, restaurants, bars and the metro. The staff was very welcoming and helpful throughout my stay.

I choose the single room. Yes it was small but for one person you’ll be just fine. Room had a heater, which kept it nice and cozy during the winter time. Bathroom is tiny but you manage. For the price and accommendations it was worth it. I would deff stay here again!

Very much a 'get what you pay for experience' - the price and location were both fantastic. We booked a double room and arrived late on our first night. When we got to our room (first floor) I was very unhappy after the busy day and travel. The room was very clean but absolutely tiny, with only a small space down one side of the double bed to manoeuvre. There was a cupboard on the left of the double bed by the head space which clearly housed a water pipe or similar - everytime someone flushed or used their bathroom we'd hear the water rush by our heads. The noise from above and behind due to the staircase was unbelievable. It was so tiny we couldn't even open the suitcase, and the decor was shabby and dated. The bathroom was like an airplane toilet, tiny and plastic. After the first night I complained and to their credit, reception were very quick to get us moved into another double room, on the second floor. What a difference! This room had a bit more space around the bed, the decor was modern and fresh and the bathroom was lovely. I appreciate the staff going out of their way but was shocked that you can pay the same rate and get a completely different room experience. Unfortunately the issues with noise were exactly the same even after the move. ||Also, which I thought was odd, you had to leave your key with reception everytime you went out. Not necessarily a complaint but it was still odd. I wouldn't stay again but it was fine for 3 nights.

Perfect place with a lot of bars and restaurants not far. Subway at 4 min. Quiet. Nice clean room, surprising not small for Paris. Good bed. Employees were very nice. Funny very very small elevator. Breakfast okay but not huge and in a small room.

Hôtel idéalement placé, à proximité immédiate de Bastille. Le personnel s’est montré accueillant à notre arrivée.
Cependant, la chambre n’était pas conforme aux photos vues lors de la réservation sur Internet. Un standing bien moins élevé que les photos laissent penser.
Une expérience globalement décevante, et un prix de 146€ à mon sens excessif au vu de la prestation d’ensemble.

Cet hôtel particulièrement bien situé offre une très bonne literie, changée régulièrement. Propre et bien chauffée, la chambre est au calme et on entend pas du tout les voisins. We spent four nights here. It was perfect for my husband, me, and our five year old son. Yes, the elevator is tiny. But the room is a great price, the staff is so kind and friendly, the hotel is clean and conveniently located. For someone in a wheelchair it probably wouldn’t work but it didn’t bother us to make an extra trip in the elevator with our big suitcase. We would stay here again.

Hotel stra comodo per andare dovunque a Parigi a poche decine di metri dalla Place della Bastille e quindi dalla Metro. Camera piccola, ma a Parigi si sa, pulitissima e ogni giorno passavano a pulire e riordinare. Ottima colazione alla mattina e personale sempre disponibile e cortese. Ci torneremo!
